Example 9
A use method of the polymer moisture-proof fireproof sealing combined material comprises the following steps:
s1, accurately weighing the component A and the component B according to any proportion in the embodiments 1-8;
s2, uniformly mixing the component A and the component B in a mixing tank to obtain a sizing material;
s3, encapsulating the uniformly mixed glue stock into the bottom of the electrical cabinet or a gap of an element to ensure self-leveling in the whole process;
and S4, curing at room temperature or standing, and heating for curing after the rubber material automatically foams until the bubbles disappear.
The curing time under the room temperature condition is 0.5 to 4 hours. The temperature is high in summer, and the curing is faster; the curing will be slower with lower temperatures in winter.
Example 10
A use method of the polymer moisture-proof fireproof sealing combined material comprises the following steps:
s0, finishing cables and labels on a working surface, removing dust, rust and the like, and reinforcing the place with serious rust by adopting a metal plate; pre-sealing a hole with the diameter of more than 2mm at the bottom of the cabinet body by using fireproof mud or other fireproof materials;
s1, accurately weighing the component A and the component B according to any proportion in the embodiments 1-8;
s2, uniformly mixing the component A and the component B in a mixing tank to obtain a rubber material;
s3, encapsulating the uniformly mixed glue stock to the bottom of the electrical cabinet or a gap of an element to ensure the self-leveling of the whole process;
and S4, curing at room temperature or standing, and heating for curing after the rubber material automatically foams until the bubbles disappear.
The curing time under the room temperature condition is 0.5 to 4 hours. The temperature is high in summer, and the curing speed is faster; the curing will be slower with lower temperatures in winter.
Comparative example 1: in contrast to example 1, the polyborosiloxane in the B component was omitted and the remaining raw materials and their proportions were unchanged.
Comparative example 2: in contrast to example 1, the methylbutinol of component A was omitted and the remaining starting materials and their proportions were unchanged.
Comparative example 3: different from example 1, the polyether modified silicone oil in the component B was adjusted to 0.5 part by weight, and the remaining raw materials and their proportions were unchanged.
Comparative example 4: in contrast to example 1, the polyborosiloxane in the B component was adjusted to 62 parts by weight, and the remaining raw materials and their proportions were unchanged.
Evaluation of the effects: the materials prepared according to any of the above examples 1 to 8 of the present invention, the materials prepared according to comparative examples 1 to 4, and conventional fire-proof mud, quick-drying cement, fire-proof board/plasterboard were compared for the following properties, with reference standards for the various property tests as follows:

GA 161-1997 performance requirements and experimental methods of fireproof plugging materials;

DL5027-2015 typical fire control regulations for electric power equipment;
GB50168-2018 Specification on construction and acceptance of cable lines in electrical installation engineering;
GB50987-2014 fireproof Specification for design of Water conservancy and hydropower engineering;
CECS 154-2003 technical Specification for fireproof sealing and plugging of buildings.
The results of the test alignment are shown in tables 1, 2 and 3 below:

According to the test and the comparison result, the combined material provided by the invention is used as a sealing material of an electrical cabinet, has the advantages of good insulating property, high bonding strength, impermeability, flame retardance and high hardness, is suitable for construction operation, and can realize better presentation of the properties through better synergistic cooperation of all components in the combined material.

the component B is prepared from the following raw materials:
40-55 parts of polyborosiloxane;
45-60 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil;
0.05-0.2 part by weight of polyether modified silicone oil;
0.6-1.8 parts by weight of a Pt catalyst;
the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1,
the hydroxyl content of the polyborosiloxane is 1.5-4%, and the active hydrogen mole fraction of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.3-0.8mol/100g.
2. A polymer moisture-proof fire-proof sealing composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vinyl terminated polysiloxane is a vinyl terminated polyphenylsiloxane or a vinyl terminated dimethylpolysiloxane.

A moisture-proof and fire-proof polymeric plugging composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the polyborosiloxane is obtained by the following preparation method: weighing polydimethylsiloxane, boric acid and calcium carbonate, adding the weighed materials into a vacuum kneading machine, sealing the kettle, starting stirring, heating to 172-180 ℃, keeping for 2-2.5 hours after the temperature reaches 172-180 ℃, and cooling for 4-5 hours after the reaction is finished to obtain the product.
