As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a brake pedal including: a first pedal arm 1, a second pedal arm 2 and a connecting piece 3; the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are connected through the connecting piece 3; the first pedal arm 1 comprises a first pedal surface 11 and the second pedal arm 2 comprises a second pedal surface 21; the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 include a first relative position (shown in fig. 4) and a second relative position; the first tread surface 11 and the second tread surface 21 at the first relative position are coplanar, and the first tread surface 11 and the second tread surface 21 at the second relative position are folded in an included angle manner.
The brake pedal related to the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a first pedal arm 1 and a second pedal arm 2 are connected through a connecting piece 3; and the relative positions (including the first relative position and the second relative position) of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are set; thus, when the driver needs to use the brake pedal, the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 is a first relative position, and at the moment, the brake pedal is unfolded like a conventional pedal for the driver to use; when the driver does not need to use the brake pedal, the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 is a second relative position, and at the moment, the brake pedal is folded and retracted, so that the leg movement space of the driver occupied by the brake pedal is reduced.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member 3 may also be a connecting shaft only; at this time, in order to control the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2, the maximum included angle and the minimum included angle between the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are fixed values; i.e. when the brake pedal is deployed, the first pedal face 11 of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal face 21 of the second pedal arm 2 are coplanar; when the brake pedal is folded, an included angle between the first pedal surface 11 of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal surface 21 of the second pedal arm 2 is a preset minimum included angle; a clamping degree limiting member for limiting the size of the included angle between the first tread surface 11 and the second tread surface 21 may be added to the brake pedal, and the specific implementation is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 is such that during switching of the second relative position to the first relative position, the second pedal arm 2 rotates about the centre axis of the connecting element 3.
In a further embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to make the coplanar state of the first pedal surface 11 of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal surface 21 of the second pedal arm 2 more stable without being affected by road bumps or the like when the driver uses the brake pedal, i.e. when the first pedal surface 11 of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal surface 21 of the second pedal arm 2 are coplanar, the brake pedal further comprises a limiting structure 5, and the limiting structure 5 is used for limiting the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 to the first relative position. Specifically, the limiting structure 5 comprises a lock block 51, a limiting member 52 and a projection welding nut 53; one end of the locking block 51 is fixedly connected to the second pedal arm 2; the other end of the locking block 51 is provided with a limiting hole 511; the limiting member 52 is configured to be engaged with the limiting hole 511 to limit the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 to the first relative position. In a more specific embodiment of the present invention, an internal thread may be provided in the limiting hole 511, and an external thread (or a bolt member may be directly used) that is engaged with the internal thread may be provided on the limiting member 52, so that the relative position of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 is stabilized at the first relative position by the threaded connection.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention can also be applied to a smart driving mode, and in this case, the brake pedal further includes a control module (not shown in the figure) for switching the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2. When the vehicle is in the non-intelligent driving state, the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are at the first relative position; when the vehicle is in the smart driving state, the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are at the second relative position. In addition, in a further embodiment of the present invention, a manual switch for switching the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 may be further provided to sufficiently comply with the intention of the driver.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 may further include a plurality of relative positions other than the first relative position and the second relative position, i.e., the space utilization ratio may be increased by increasing the folding position to realize multiple folding.

The connecting piece 3 is a folding-unfolding connecting piece, and two ends of the folding-unfolding connecting piece are respectively arranged on the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2; when the connecting piece 3 is in an open state, the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2 are in the first relative position; when the connecting member 3 is in a folded state, the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal are in the second relative position. In this embodiment, during the switching between the second relative position and the first relative position of the relative positions of the first pedal arm 1 and the second pedal arm 2, the second pedal arm 2 rotates around the central axis of the connecting member 3. 1. A brake pedal, comprising: a first pedal arm, a second pedal arm and a connecting piece;
the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm are connected through the connecting piece;
the first pedal arm includes a first pedal face and the second pedal arm includes a second pedal face;
the relative positions of the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm include a first relative position and a second relative position; the first pedal surface and the second pedal surface at the first relative position are coplanar, and the first pedal surface and the second pedal surface at the second relative position are folded in an included angle mode.
2. The brake pedal of claim 1,
the connecting piece is a folding connecting piece, and two ends of the folding connecting piece are respectively arranged on the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm;

4. The brake pedal of any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising a control module for switching the relative positions of the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm.
5. The brake pedal of claim 4 wherein the relative position of the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm is in the first relative position when the vehicle is in a non-smart driving state.
6. The brake pedal of claim 4 wherein the relative position of the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm is in the second relative position when the vehicle is in the smart driving state.
7. The brake pedal of any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising a limiting structure for limiting the relative position of said first pedal arm and said second pedal arm to said first relative position.
8. The brake pedal of claim 7 wherein the limiting structure includes a locking piece and a limiting piece;
one end of the locking block is fixedly connected to the second pedal arm;
the other end of the locking block is provided with a limiting hole;
the limiting piece is used for being matched with the limiting hole to limit the relative position of the first pedal arm and the second pedal arm to be at the first relative position.
9. The brake pedal of claim 8 wherein said limiting aperture has internal threads disposed therein, and said limiting member includes external threads thereon for mating with said internal threads.
10. A motor vehicle, characterized by comprising a brake pedal according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
