Wherein, the shape of the first opening 3211 and the second opening 3221 may match the shape of the locking component 33, so as to fix the second connecting element and the first connecting element by the locking component.
It should be understood that the specific shapes of the first opening 3211 and the second opening 3221 may be set according to practical situations, and are not limited herein. For example, the first opening 3211 may have the same size as the second opening 3221, or the first opening 3211 may be slightly larger than the second opening 3221, as long as the locking member 33 can lock the relative rotation between the first connecting member 322 and the second connecting member 321 by passing through the second opening 3221 and the first opening 3211.
In order to limit the second connecting element from rotating excessively relative to the first connecting element, as shown in fig. 7, a limiting portion 3222 may be disposed at one end of the first connecting element 322 close to the second connecting element 321, and a protrusion portion 3212 corresponding to the position of the limiting portion 3222 may be disposed on a side wall of the second connecting element 321; in the first state, the projection portion 3212 may abut against the stopper portion 3222.
It is understood that the position of the protrusion 3212 disposed on the second connector 321 may be opposite to the position of the first opening 3211 disposed on the second connector 321, and the position of the protrusion 3212 is separated from the port of the second connector 321 by a predetermined distance, which may be the length of the second connector 321 embedded in the first connector 322. Therefore, the protruding portion can abut against the limiting portion in the first state, and the second connecting piece is limited from rotating excessively relative to the first connecting piece.
To further describe the specific structure of the locking component for fixing the second connecting element and the first connecting element, as shown in fig. 7, the fixing element 31 may be provided with a guide slot 311, and the guide slot 311 of the fixing element 31 may communicate with the second opening 3221 on the side wall of the first connecting element 322; in the first state, the locking component 33 can penetrate into the second opening 3221 and the first opening 3211 through the guide slot 311 to lock the relative rotation between the first connecting element 322 and the second connecting element 321.
The width of the guide slot 311 may be the same as the width of the second opening 3221, that is, the size of the guide slot 311 may match the size of the locking component 33, so that the locking component 33 can fix the second connecting element 321 and the first connecting element 322.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the connecting mechanism 3 may further include a pressing rod 34 and an elastic member 35, the locking component 33 may be disposed on the pressing rod 34 and may be fixedly connected to the pressing rod 34, and the pressing rod 34 may act on the elastic member 35; in the case where the telescopic length of the elastic member 35 is changed by the pressing lever 34, the locking member 33 may be movable in the height direction of the seat body 1 within the guide groove hole 311. Therefore, the position of the locking component in the guide groove hole can be determined through the mutual matching of the pressure rod and the elastic piece, and the rotating position of the headrest is further controlled.
The strut and the elastic member mentioned above are optional components in the seat provided in the embodiments of the present application. It should be understood that whether the seat provided in the embodiments of the present application includes the pressing rod and the elastic member may be selected according to an actual application scenario, and is not limited herein.
In addition, it should be understood that the specific connection manner of the pressing rod 34 in the present application may be set according to practical applications, and is not limited herein. For example, the pressing rod 34 may be fixedly connected with the locking component 33 by welding, or the locking component 33 may be an integral structure with the pressing rod 34.
The elastic member 35 may contact the pressing rod 34, and the elastic member 35 may be a spring. In the first state of the headrest 2, the elastic member 35 may be in a normal state, that is, the compression bar 34 does not change the telescopic length of the elastic member 35; in the second state of the headrest 2, the elastic member 35 may be in a compressed state, that is, the compression bar 34 changes the expansion length of the elastic member 35.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the connecting mechanism 3 may further include a channel member 36, a supporting member 37, and a blocking plate 38, the channel member 36 may be fixedly connected to the fixing member 31, and the channel member 36 may wrap at least a portion of the locking member 33; the supporting member 37 may wrap at least a portion of the elastic member 35 and may be used to keep the position of the elastic member 35 stable, and the supporting member 37 may be fixedly connected to the fixing member 31; the baffle 38 can be sleeved on the pressure rod 34 and can be used for shielding the exposed part of the elastic member 35 relative to the support member 37. The size of the baffle 38 may be enough to block the gap between the support member 37 and the chute member 36. That is, the blocking plate 38 may just block the gap between the supporting member 37 and the chute member 36; the height of the baffle 38 may also be greater than the spacing between the support member 37 and the channel member 36. Therefore, the positions of the locking component and the elastic component can be fixed by arranging the guide groove component and the fixing component, so that the whole structure is more stable and perfect.
The above-mentioned chute members, fixtures and baffles are optional components in the seats provided by the embodiments of the present application. It should be understood that, whether the seat provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the chute member, the fixing member, and the baffle may be selected according to an actual application scenario, and is not limited herein.
The specific shapes of the channel member 36 and the supporting member 37 may be set according to the shapes of the locking member 33 and the elastic member 35, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment of the present application, one end of the elastic member 35 may be fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting member 37, and the other end of the elastic member 35 may contact the locking member 33. The support member 37 may be fixed to the seat member 31 at a position spaced apart from the position where the chute member 36 is fixed to the seat member, and may be on a straight line along the height direction of the seat body 1. The blocking plate 38 can be sleeved on the pressing rod 34, the blocking plate 38 can be spaced from the locking part 33, and the blocking plate 38 can be parallel to the fixing part 31, so as to better block the exposed part of the elastic part 35 relative to the supporting part 37 and the guide groove part 36.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, when the headrest 2 is in the second state, that is, when the headrest 2 is accommodated in the accommodating space 11, an exploded schematic view of the connecting mechanism 3 may refer to fig. 8. At this time, the protrusion portion 3212 may be opposite to the position of the position-limiting portion 3222, and the first opening 3211 of the second connecting element 321 may be in contact with the sidewall of the first connecting element 322 opposite to the second opening 3221, that is, the first opening 3211 is opposite to the second opening 3221; also, an end of the locking member 33 near the first opening 3211 may contact a side wall of the second connecting member 321 where the protrusion 3212 is disposed, and at this time, the elastic member 35 may be in a compressed state.
According to the seat provided by the embodiment of the application, the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece can be fixed by arranging the locking part to penetrate through the second opening on the first connecting piece and the first opening on the second connecting piece, so that the headrest can rotate to a normal use position; set up the depression bar simultaneously and mutually support with the elastic component, can reduce the shared space of headrest with the headrest holding that the passenger did not use in the back portion of seat body to optimize passenger's the field of vision, be favorable to the change of passenger's timely reply road conditions.
The following describes in further detail a specific rotation manner of the headrest in the seat provided by the embodiment of the present application with reference to practical application scenarios and fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8.
For example, when a passenger needs a wide field of view to timely cope with a change in road conditions, the passenger may press down the pressing rod 34, and the pressing rod 34 acts on the elastic member 35, so that the elastic member 35 is in a compressed state; at the same time, the locking component 33 can move downward in the height direction of the seat body 1 in the guide slot hole 311, and is disengaged from the first opening 3211 and the second opening 3221. At this time, the passenger may manually rotate the headrest 2 toward the accommodation space 11 in the backrest portion of the seat body 1, that is, the second link 321 may rotate in the first link 322, so that the headrest is accommodated in the accommodation space 11. In the case that the passenger needs to use the seat headrest normally, the passenger can manually rotate the headrest, at this time, the elastic member 35 rebounds to push the locking member 33 to move upward in the height direction of the seat body 1 in the guide slot hole 311, and when the passenger rotates the headrest, that is, the second opening 3221 of the second connecting member 321 coincides with the first opening 3211, the locking member 33 can fix the position of the headrest by passing through the second opening 3221 and the first opening 3211 to fix the second connecting member 321 and the first connecting member 322; meanwhile, the protrusion 3212 may abut against the position-limiting portion 3222, so as to prevent the second connecting element 321 from rotating excessively relative to the first connecting element 322.
In this way, the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece can be fixed by arranging the locking part to penetrate through the second opening on the first connecting piece and the first opening on the second connecting piece of the fixing bracket, so that the headrest can be rotated to a normal use position; meanwhile, the pressing rod and the elastic piece are arranged to be matched with each other, so that a headrest which is not used by a passenger can be accommodated in the backrest part of the seat body, and the space occupied by the headrest is reduced, therefore, the visual field of the passenger is optimized, and the passenger can respond to the change of road conditions in time.
In one embodiment of the present application, the seat may be a front passenger seat. When the front-row passenger seat is occupied, the headrest of the passenger seat can be turned over and hidden, namely, the headrest is accommodated in the accommodating space. Therefore, a wide front visual field can be brought to the back row passengers, the back row copilot side visual field is basically the same as that of the front row, the back row passengers can always see the front road condition, and the back row passenger cabin side visual field is favorable for timely making a proper response to deal with the change of the road condition, so that the back row passenger cabin side visual field is favorable for riding safety and is not easy to carsickness for people; meanwhile, the driver can have better lateral and backward vision after the headrest is folded.
Since the passenger seat on the rear-row side is more and more important, the passenger seat on the front-row side can be more comfortable when seated by hiding the headrest of the passenger seat on the front-row side. Meanwhile, in the case of vehicle collision or emergency braking, when a rear passenger collides with the backrest of the seat, the surface of the headrest is entirely made of soft material, so that the injury to people can be reduced. In addition, the headrest and the whole seat are integrated, so that the seat headrest does not need to be independently installed in a final assembly workshop for producing the seat, and the final assembly process is saved; also, the headrest may be folded in the backrest of the seat, so that the space in the vehicle and the management, storage, and transportation costs may be saved.
This application utilizes the vacant region in back of the seat back to set up to the accommodation space of headrest, hides the seat headrest into, has not only opened the back row field of vision to the front seat after the deformation can play better guard action to the back row passenger. Simultaneously, this application headrest can be by the light folding or recovery function of realizing simply of row's passenger around in the car, when people need resume the headrest position, directly with the hand turn-up headrest can, locking part among the coupling mechanism can pop out the solid headrest of card automatically.
