本公布一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统,属于工程机械动力系统技术领域。包括发电机和24V蓄电池,所述发电机控制连接牵引电机;所述发电机连接整流模块;所述整流模块连接逆变模块,整流模块至逆变模块的电路中连接有储能蓄电池;所述逆变模块连接所述牵引电机;岸电充电接口连接有滤波器,滤波器连接所述整流模块。本发明充分利用牵引电机制动能量给储能蓄电池充电,牵引时可以充分利用储能蓄电池能量提供动力,减少碳排放;当发电机出现异常时,能通过储能蓄电池的能量使车辆能尽快运行到检修库,无需其他车牵引;当气温较低,矿车交接班期间出现24V蓄电池馈电情况,导致车辆无法启动时,可以通过光伏电池板避免此类问题产生。

技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械动力系统,具体是一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统。
背景技术
矿用自卸车广泛应用于矿山、大型建筑等领域,但自卸车大型柴油机油耗惊人。根据具体载重吨位的不同,油箱容积大约为千余升到数千升,每年耗油量折算达数百万元。据统计,运输成本约占矿石成本的45%~55%,车辆能源消耗约占矿石总能耗的40%~60%,也造成极大的大气污染物排放。混合动力自卸车将是未来一段时间重点应用的技术,即可响应节能减排发展趋势,又能保证动力的需求。
现有自卸车大多为液力传动,存在的不足是:
1、设备空间大、维护时间长且当发电机损坏后车辆无法运行,容易半路搁浅,不便维修;
2、在北方领域气温较低,矿车交接班期间若出现24V蓄电池馈电,导致车辆无法启动,严重影响车辆运行。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统,包括发电机和24V蓄电池,所述发电机控制连接牵引电机;所述发电机连接整流模块;所述整流模块连接逆变模块,整流模块至逆变模块的电路中连接有储能蓄电池;所述逆变模块连接所述牵引电机;岸电充电接口连接有滤波器,滤波器连接所述整流模块。
其进一步是:所述发电机至整流模块的电路中连接有开关K1。
所述滤波器至整流模块的电路中连接有开关K2。
还包括光伏电池板,光伏电池板输出端连接有24V备用蓄电池;所述24V备用蓄电池连接至所述24V蓄电池。
所述24V备用蓄电池至24V蓄电池的电路中连接有开关K3。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、可以回收牵引电机制动时的能量并利用,充分利用牵引电机制动能量给储能蓄电池充电,牵引时可以充分利用储能蓄电池能量提供动力,减少碳排放;
2、当发电机出现异常时,能通过储能蓄电池的能量使车辆能尽快运行到检修库,无需其他车牵引;
3、利用司机交接班时间,K1断开、K2闭合接入充电三相电源,为储能系统充电,滤波器用于网侧谐波抑制,保证电能质量满足要求;
4、当气温较低,矿车交接班期间出现24V蓄电池馈电情况,导致车辆无法启动时,可以通过光伏电池板避免此类问题产生。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。
结合图1所示,一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统,包括发电机4、24V蓄电池2,发电机4提供整车动力,24V蓄电池2为整车提供24V电源。发电机4电连接整流模块5,整流模块5将三相交流电转换成直流电。发电机4至整流模块5的电路中安装开关K1。整流模块5电连接逆变模块6,逆变模块6电连接牵引电机8。逆变模块6将整流出的直流电变成频率、幅值可调的交流电,驱动牵引电机8,进而驱动整车运行。整流模块5至逆变模块6的电路中电连接储能蓄电池7,储能蓄电池7连接在直流侧,用于吸收牵引电机8制动能量。
岸电充电接口连接滤波器1,滤波器1电连接整流模块5,滤波器1用于网侧谐波抑制。当司机交接班时,可以利用岸电充电接口给储能蓄电池7充电。
光伏电池板3输出端电连接24V备用蓄电池,24V备用蓄电池电连接至24V蓄电池2。24V备用蓄电池至24V蓄电池2的电路中安装开关K3。
工作方式:
正常运行况时:发电机4输出的交流电,经整流模块5后变成直流电,经过逆变模块6后,逆变成三相交流电,输出给牵引电机,用来驱动牵引电机8;储能蓄电池7和发电机4按照系统功率分配提供相应的动力。当牵引电机8制动时,能量给储能蓄电池7充电;
在司机交接班期间,断开K1、闭合K2,通过岸电充电接口、经滤波器1抑制谐波、整流模块5给储能蓄电池7充电,滤波器用于网侧谐波抑制,保证电能质量满足要求;
当发电机4故障时:储能蓄电池7给牵引电机8供电,储能蓄电池77经过逆变模块6给牵引电机8供电,驱动电动轮车缓慢进库。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述发电机(4)至整流模块(5)的电路中连接有开关K1。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用自卸车混合动力系统,其特征在于:还包括光伏电池板(3),光伏电池板(3)输出端连接有24V备用蓄电池;所述24V备用蓄电池连接至所述24V蓄电池(2)。
