Technical Field

Background
The ear electrode is mainly used for inserting a tiny electrode into the ear of a patient to enable the electrode to be attached to nerves in the ear, and the tail end of the electrode is connected with equipment such as a hearing aid, so that the patient can better receive auditory information and feed back the auditory information to the brain. Such ear electrodes have been used in clinical medicine, but there is a symptom that inflammation is caused in part of the ears of patients due to insertion of the electrodes. The main manifestation is that the electrode can be well contacted with the ear of a patient, but can be inflamed due to the influence of foreign matters.
In the traditional method, in order to avoid ear inflammation, an anti-inflammatory drug is required to be directly coated on a tiny ear electrode, but the coated anti-inflammatory drug forms an isolation layer to cover the surface of the electrode, so that the electrode cannot be contacted with the nerve in the ear.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to provide a device and method for spraying a drug onto a specific position of an ear electrode without affecting the contact between the electrode and the nerve.

In view of the above, the invention provides a hollowed-out clamping die for spraying a pesticide to an ear electrode, which is designed to spray the pesticide to a specific position of the ear electrode through a structural design, so that the ear electrode is prevented from being covered completely, and a connection effect is ensured.

(3) after the spraying is finished, the hollowed-out clamping mold is opened after the anti-inflammatory drug is solidified, the ear electrode is taken out, and then the drug spraying is finished.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the hollow clamping die for spraying the medicine on the ear electrode and the using method thereof, and the hollow clamping die has the following beneficial effects:
