Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide seasoning pretreatment equipment, and aims to solve the problems that raw materials are adhered to a stirring paddle, the raw materials need to be manually cleaned by stopping, the efficiency is reduced, and the raw materials are not beneficial to keeping the inside of a stirring cavity clean.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the pretreatment equipment of the seasoning comprises a treatment box, an end cover and a rotating shaft, and the equipment further comprises:
the stirring paddles are arranged on the rotating shaft and used for pushing the materials in the processing box to move and mix;
the first cleaning units are arranged on the end cover, correspond to the stirring paddles one to one, and are used for circularly cleaning materials adhered to the surface of one side of each stirring paddle;
the plurality of intermittent guide rails are arranged on the end cover and are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first cleaning units, and the intermittent guide rails are used for limiting the first cleaning units to be attached to one side surface of the stirring paddle to move.
Preferably, the first cleaning unit comprises a scraper blade arranged in the intermittent guide rail and an elastic member with two ends respectively connected with the scraper blade and the end cover.
Preferably, a buffer pad is installed on one side of the scraper contacting with the stirring paddle.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a guide rail component arranged on the end cover,
and the second cleaning unit is arranged in the guide rail assembly, is connected with the stirring paddle and is used for cleaning the materials adhered to the surface of the other side of the stirring paddle.
Preferably, the guide rail assembly comprises a plurality of groups of end-to-end guide rail units, and each guide rail unit comprises a traction guide rail and a reset guide rail which are communicated with each other.
Preferably, the number of the guide rail units is half of the number of the stirring paddles.
Preferably, the second cleaning unit comprises a cleaning piece arranged in the guide rail unit and a limiting frame arranged on the other side of the stirring paddle;
the limiting frame is provided with a follow-up guide rail, and the cleaning piece penetrates through the follow-up guide rail and is in contact with the other side of the stirring paddle.
Preferably, an extension piece is installed on one end of the stirring paddle close to the treatment box, and the extension piece is made of a soft material.
Preferably, one end of the cleaning piece is rotatably provided with a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is slidably arranged in a limiting groove.
Preferably, a tooth row is arranged in the guide rail assembly, teeth meshed with the tooth row are arranged on the circumferential surface of one end of the cleaning piece, and a plurality of brush heads are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the other end of the cleaning piece.
According to the seasoning pretreatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the intermittent guide rail and the first cleaning unit are arranged, so that when the stirring paddle rotates, the first cleaning unit is forced to move on the surface of the stirring paddle along the intermittent guide rail under the pushing of the stirring paddle, and materials adhered to the surface of the stirring paddle are scraped, so that the purpose of automatically cleaning the stirring paddle is achieved, the stirring paddle does not need to be stopped for manual cleaning, the pretreatment efficiency is increased, and the cleaning in the stirring cavity is convenient to maintain.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an internal structure of an apparatus for pre-treating seasoning according to an embodiment is schematically illustrated, and the apparatus includes:
the device comprises a treatment box 1, an end cover 2 and a rotating shaft 7;
the stirring paddles 3 are arranged on the rotating shaft 7 and are used for pushing the materials in the processing box 1 to move and mix;
the first cleaning units are arranged on the end cover 2, correspond to the stirring paddles 3 one by one, and are used for circularly cleaning materials adhered to the surface of one side of each stirring paddle 3;
a plurality of intermittent type guide rails 5 set up on end cover 2 and with a plurality of first cleaning element one-to-one for it removes to restrict first cleaning element laminating stirring rake 3 side surface.
In a condition of this embodiment, use fig. 1 as an example, stirring rake 3 rotates clockwise, through setting up intermittent type guide rail 5 and first cleaning unit, make when stirring rake 3 rotates, force first cleaning unit to remove at stirring rake 3's surface along intermittent type guide rail 5 under stirring rake 3's promotion, scrape off the material of 3 surface adhesion of stirring rake, thereby reach the purpose of automatic clearance stirring rake 3, do not need to shut down manual clearance to stirring rake 3, the efficiency of pretreatment has been increased, be convenient for keep the cleanness in the stirring chamber.
In one aspect of this embodiment, the rotating shaft 7 is rotatably mounted on the end cap 2, the end cap 2 is mounted on the processing box 1, and the rotating shaft 7 is driven by a driving source to move circularly inside the processing box 1, where the driving source may be a motor assembly, or a gear assembly or a belt pulley assembly driven by a motor, as long as the rotating shaft 7 can rotate.
The end caps 2 may be side caps or upper and lower caps, but the end caps 2 are preferably upper caps in order to prevent the materials from accumulating on the end caps 2 and thus seeping into the intermittent guide 5 and interfering with the movement of the first cleaning unit.
It is further noted that, in connection with fig. 1 and 2, the arrangement of the intermittent guide 5 and the paddles 3 is such that they occur in pairs, and a set of first cleaning units is installed in each intermittent guide 5, but the shape of the intermittent guide 5 is not necessarily a straight line as shown in fig. 1, the inclination angle of the linear guide rail can be designed according to the use requirement, the intermittent guide rail 5 can also be a smooth arc line or a curve which fluctuates back and forth, in fig. 1, which is only one form, the main function of the intermittent guide 5 is to guide the first cleaning unit to move from the inside to the outside on the surface of the paddle 3, when the first cleaning unit reaches the outer end of the stirring paddle 3, the first cleaning unit passes over the stirring paddle 3, is released from the limitation of the current stirring paddle 3, automatically resets along the intermittent guide rail 5, then is in contact with another stirring paddle 3 again, and starts to clean the surface of another stirring paddle 3 again. The surface of the stirring paddle 3 is cleaned in a circulating mode, so that the surface of the stirring paddle 3 is not adhered with too thick materials, and the yield of the materials is prevented from being reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first cleaning unit comprises a scraper 9 mounted in the intermittent guide 5 and an elastic member 13 connected at both ends to the scraper 9 and the end cap 2, respectively. The scraper 9 moves on the surface of the stirring paddle 3, the material on the surface of the stirring paddle 3 is scraped to achieve the cleaning effect, the elastic piece 13 is stretched, when the scraper 9 moves to the outermost end of the stirring paddle 3 along the intermittent guide rail 5, the scraper 9 crosses the stirring paddle 3, the scraper resets under the pulling of the elastic piece 13 along the intermittent guide rail 5, and when the scraper 9 meets another stirring paddle 3, another round of cleaning is started. The elastic member 13 may be a spring as shown in fig. 5, and in addition, the elastic member may be replaced by other elastic members, such as a silica gel column, a rubber band, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In one aspect of this embodiment, shown in connection with fig. 5, a cushion pad 14 is mounted on the side of the blade 9 that contacts the paddle 3. When the scraper 9 passes over the stirring paddle 3, the scraper 9 moves towards the other stirring paddle 3 at a higher speed under the action force of the elastic piece 13, so that in order to avoid damage to the scraper 9 and the stirring paddle 3 caused by impact, the scraper 9 is additionally provided with a buffer pad 14 for absorbing the impact force and protecting the scraper 9 and the stirring paddle 3. Wherein the cushion pad 14 is preferably made of an elastic material, such as edible silicone, food grade gel, etc.
In one aspect of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, an extension member 4 is mounted on one end of the paddle 3 close to the treatment tank 1, and the extension member 4 is made of a soft material. The material of extension 4 can choose the similar material preparation of with blotter 14 for use, because first cleaning unit need cross the tip formation circulation reciprocating motion of stirring rake 3, consequently must leave the clearance between stirring rake 3 and the processing case 1, but the existence of this clearance can lead to being in the material in the clearance can't be stirred, in order to solve this problem, extension 4 has been increased, extension 4 can move along with stirring rake 3, dial the material in the clearance, but when scraper 9 moved to the position of extension 4, because the restriction of intermittent type guide 5 and the continuous motion of stirring rake 3, make extension 4 blocked the deformation by scraper 9, modified extension 4 passes behind scraper 9 and resumes original state, continue to rotate with stirring rake 3 synchro.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
a guide rail component which is arranged on the end cover 2,
and the second cleaning unit is arranged in the guide rail assembly, is connected with the stirring paddle 3 and is used for cleaning the materials adhered to the other side surface of the stirring paddle 3.
In one aspect of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide rail assembly includes a plurality of sets of end-to-end guide rail units, the number of the guide rail units is half of the number of the paddles 3, and each of the guide rail units includes a traction guide rail 6 and a return guide rail 11 which are communicated with each other. The second cleaning element moves along guide rail set spare under the drive of stirring rake 3, when the second cleaning element moves in traction guide 6, the root outside end removal from stirring rake 3 is followed to the second cleaning element, when the second cleaning element moves in reset guide 11, the second cleaning element moves to the root from the outer end of stirring rake 3, because guide rail set spare comprises a plurality of end to end's guide rail set spare, consequently, the second cleaning element can be along with the removal of stirring rake 3, the reciprocating surface round trip movement at stirring rake 3 of circulation, thereby reach the purpose of clearing up stirring rake 3 opposite side surface, thereby make two of stirring rake 3 and the side of material contact can both be cleared up.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the second cleaning unit comprises a cleaning member 10 installed in the guide rail unit and a limiting frame 8 installed on the other side of the stirring paddle 3;
a follow-up guide rail 12 is arranged on the limiting frame 8, and the cleaning piece 10 penetrates through the follow-up guide rail 12 to be in contact with the other side of the stirring paddle 3.
One end of the cleaning piece 10 is arranged in the guide rail unit and limited in the follow-up guide rail 12, when the stirring paddle 3 moves, the cleaning piece 10 moves along with the stirring paddle and moves along the guide rail unit and the follow-up guide rail 12, the cleaning piece 10 is in surface contact with the stirring paddle 3 to achieve the purpose of cleaning, at the moment, the cleaning piece 10 can rotate or slide in the guide rail unit, even balls, rollers and the like can be arranged at the end part of the cleaning piece 10 to reduce friction, and the shape of the cleaning piece 10 can be strip-shaped, column-shaped, plate-shaped and the like.
In one aspect of this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, a limit plate 15 is rotatably mounted at one end of the cleaning member 10, and the limit plate 15 is slidably mounted in the limit groove 17. In order to prevent the cleaning piece 10 from falling from the guide rail unit, the limiting plate 15 is additionally arranged to limit the cleaning piece 10 in the guide rail unit, in order to avoid the limiting plate 15 from interfering with various movement forms of the cleaning piece 10, the limiting plate 15 is connected with the cleaning piece 10 in a rotating mode, and one end of the limiting plate 15 is installed in a sliding groove 18 on the cleaning piece 10.
In one aspect of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a tooth row is provided in the guide rail assembly, teeth engaged with the tooth row are provided on a circumferential surface of one end of the cleaning member 10, and a plurality of brush heads 16 are uniformly provided on a circumferential surface of the other end of the cleaning member 10. In order to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning element 10, the movement of the cleaning element 10 is designed to be rotary, and the plurality of brush heads 16 continuously clean the surface of the stirring paddle 3 during the rotation; as the cleaning member 10 moves in the rail unit, the teeth at one end of the cleaning member 10 are continuously engaged with the rows of teeth, so that the cleaning member 10 rotates while moving in the rail unit.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
