Abstract
The invention provides a movable slag blocking device suitable for a drainage ditch, which comprises a branch blocking frame, a slag collecting grate, a slide rail and a slag storage basket. The branch blocking frame is vertically fixed in the drainage ditch, four to five vertical flat frames which are hollowed out are vertically connected with two to three arc surface frames to form a cap shape, and the flat frame in the middle of the cross section of the three-branch drainage ditch protrudes towards the water inlet direction; the slag collecting grate is formed in a row shape by embedding 10-30 light separating rod pieces parallel to the bottom of the groove into inclined slide rails on the side walls of two sides of the drainage groove; the slag storage basket consists of a horizontal grid bottom and a vertical grid wall, and is erected at the top of the drainage ditch next to the top of the sliding rail. The device helps the drainage ditch to prevent the grading trash in the land of jam.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a movable slag blocking device suitable for a drainage ditch, in particular to a device for realizing primary purification by grading slag blocking in a drainage ditch of a highway or an urban road, belonging to the field of drainage.
Background
Sponge city construction requires moderate preliminary purification of rainwater before direct discharge. The highway or the urban road has drainage requirements, and precipitation and interception methods are mostly adopted for primary rainwater purification. Particularly in heavy rain or heavy rain periods such as local waterlogging or flood running, floating objects such as dead branches and patrinia leaves in the range of a catchment area enter the ditch and need to be intercepted. The full-section fixed slag blocking net in the ditch is a common effective interception method, but the interception efficiency is limited by the dredging degree of meshes; the slag blocking net cannot guide the self-dredging of the meshes without moving, so that slag always enters and blocks the meshes in a clamping and embedding manner under the clamping of water flow, the water passing section is gradually reduced, and the drainage efficiency is restricted. Therefore, an interception measure which can intercept the floating objects and has small influence on the drainage efficiency is needed.

The beneficial effects are that: the branch blocking frame, the slag collecting grate and the slag storage basket are sequentially arranged in the incoming water direction, so that object floaters with different sizes can be intercepted in a grading manner; the hollow size of the flat frame, the flat frame in the middle of the cross section of the three-division drainage ditch and the convex design of the incoming water are convenient for preventing the thick and large branch slag from being intercepted on one section to form a blocked bottleneck; the upper end part of the branch blocking frame is bound by a deformable spring, and the lower end part of the branch blocking frame is hinged and fixed in a rotating mode, so that the branch blocking frame can conveniently and properly move according to the size of hydraulic impact and the amount of blocked slag, coarse slag can be retained and fine slag can pass through the branch blocking frame, and blockage can be reduced; the separated light rod pieces are embedded into the slide rails to form a row-shaped movable slag collecting grate, so that the grate for intercepting fine slag can float and climb under the action of water power conveniently; when the rainwater in the ditch is unsaturated, the slag collecting grate cannot climb to the top of the drainage ditch, and fine slag can be attached to the upper part of the grate; when rainwater in the ditch is saturated, the slag collecting grate climbs to the top of the drainage ditch, and further pushes fine slag to rise on the slope and enter a slag storage basket at the top by means of the choked water generated by the grate, and meanwhile, the grate climbs to increase the flow speed at the lower part; the inclined arrangement of the slag collection grate climbs with the pushing of water flow, so that the blockage of the grate and the influence of the blockage on the flow speed are inhibited, and the water passing section below the grate is unblocked; no matter in the branch blocking frame, the residue storage basket or the residue collecting grate, floaters are easy to intercept and are convenient to collect and treat; the arc-shaped grid bottom and the semi-surrounding grid wall are convenient for intercepting and supporting fine slag on the water surface and are convenient for manual work. When the lower part of the slag collecting grate rod piece is provided with foam, the climbing under the push of water flow is smoother and the drainage is quicker. The maintenance of the whole device is also convenient, for example, the bar members of the grate are replaced without being integrally renewed.
