Description

Oven and baking control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ovens, and particularly relates to an oven and a baking control method thereof.
Background
When a user uses the oven to bake foods such as cakes and bread, the user can use the recipe in the oven to guide baking, the recipe comprises the types, the using amounts, the preparation method, the temperature setting of the oven, the number of layers of baking trays placed in the oven and the like, and finally the baking effect is good or bad, and besides the material preparation process, the control of the baking temperature plays a key role.
The prior oven is not ideal in temperature control and has poor temperature equalizing effect. The temperature in the oven fluctuates above and below the set temperature, and the fluctuation range is large. Therefore, the temperature difference between different layers (different heights) in the oven is large, and if the user cannot accurately place the layers required by the recipe, the baked food is not cooked or burnt. The temperature of a certain layer can change in the whole baking process, and the temperature is in a condition of being suddenly high and suddenly low, so that the final baking effect is influenced to a certain degree.
At present, the oven has a rotary grill, a roasting fork and the like aiming at recipes such as roast chicken, roast meat and the like, and rotates when roasting so as to prevent food parts which are close to a heat source from being burnt after standing for a long time or prevent the taste of the roasted food from being poor due to uneven heating. The rotary baking mode is adopted, so that the conditions of baking paste, undercooked baking and the like caused by poor temperature control of the baking oven can be avoided to a certain extent. There are some unsolved problems as well.
First, the rotary baking solves the problem of food baking paste or uneven cooking to a certain extent, but the rotary baking still generates a high-temperature area in the rotating process, so that the surface of the baked food loses water seriously and is dried too much, and the taste is not good.
The second problem is that the grill and the roasting fork can only be suitable for roasting meat, but can not be used for roasting cakes such as cakes, biscuits, bread and the like.

In addition, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "connecting," and "connected" in the description of the present invention are used in a generic sense, and for example, they can be fixed, detachable, or integrally connected, mechanically or electrically, directly or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, or connected through the inside of two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The oven and the baking control method thereof solve the problems of the trouble of placing the baking tray at a fixed point by a user and the poor temperature control and temperature equalization of the oven, and realize the unconstrained tray placement of the user and the accurate temperature control in the baking process. The oven and the baking control method thereof will be described in detail below.
The oven comprises an oven controller, an oven liner, a heating pipe, a tray, a lifting driving mechanism and the like; the oven controller controls the heating pipe to heat so that the temperature of the inner container of the oven reaches the required temperature; the lifting driving mechanism drives the tray to move up and down so as to change the height of the tray.
The baking control method of the oven of the embodiment mainly comprises the following steps, which are shown in fig. 1.
Step S1: the set height H1 of the tray and the set temperature T1 of the oven liner are obtained.
A user selects a required menu through a mobile phone APP and then sends the menu to an oven controller; or the user selects a desired recipe through the operation panel of the oven and then sends it to the oven controller. The oven controller receives the menu selected by the user, and inquires a preset database to obtain the set height H1 of the tray corresponding to the menu and the set temperature T1 of the oven liner. As the user directly selects the menu, the oven can automatically obtain the set height H1 of the tray and the set temperature T1 of the oven liner, and the use is convenient.
In another preferred embodiment, a knob and/or a button is provided on the operation panel of the oven for receiving the operation information applied thereto and transmitting the operation information to the oven controller. The oven controller obtains the set height H1 of the tray and the set temperature T1 of the oven liner according to the received operation information. Namely, the user directly sets the set height H1 of the tray and the set temperature T1 of the oven liner through a knob or/and a button, and the operation is simple and direct and convenient.
For a multi-tier oven, the number of tiers of the oven corresponds to the height of the tray. For example, the first tier of the oven, corresponding to a tray height of 100 mm; the second layer of the oven is 200mm corresponding to the tray; the third layer of the oven, corresponding to the tray height, was 300 mm. The number of layers of the oven set corresponds to the set height H1 of the tray. The user selects the number of tiers and thus the tray height.
Step S2: controlling the tray to rise to a set height H1; and controlling the heating pipe to work so that the temperature of the oven liner reaches the set temperature T1.
The oven controller sends a control signal to the lifting drive mechanism, and the tray is driven to be lifted to the set height H1 by the lifting drive mechanism. In this embodiment, lift actuating mechanism includes driving motor, telescopic tray support, and oven controller control driving motor rotates, and driving motor drive tray support is flexible, and tray support drives the tray lift.
The oven controller controls the heating pipe to work, so that the temperature of the inner container of the oven reaches the set temperature T1. And a temperature sensor is also arranged on the oven inner container and used for detecting the temperature of the oven inner container and sending the temperature to the oven controller, and finally the temperature of the oven inner container reaches the set temperature T1. After the temperature of the inner container of the oven reaches the set temperature T1, preheating is finished, food is placed on the tray, and baking and roasting are started.
During the baking process, the following steps are executed at set time intervals (such as 5 minutes):
step S3: the actual temperature T2 of the tray is obtained.
Install temperature sensor on the tray, acquire the actual temperature T2 of tray through the temperature sensor who sets up on the tray, it is simple and convenient, can obtain more accurate temperature. The actual temperature T2 of the tray represents the temperature around the food, and the purpose of accurately controlling the temperature around the food is achieved by monitoring the actual temperature T2 of the tray in real time.
Step S4: and calculating the temperature difference delta T = T2-T1 between the actual temperature T2 and the set temperature T1.
Step S5: and judging whether the absolute value of the delta T is larger than a set threshold value.
In this embodiment, a threshold = K × T1 is set, where 0 < K < 1. Namely, the set threshold is positively correlated with the set temperature T1 of the oven liner, and the larger the set temperature T1 of the oven liner is, the larger the set threshold is, so that the set threshold is reasonably selected, the absolute value of delta T is reasonably judged, and the height of the tray is conveniently and reasonably adjusted subsequently.
If not, it is described that the absolute value of Δ T is small and the tray height is appropriate, step S6 is executed: the current height of the tray is maintained.
If yes, it is described that the absolute value of Δ T is large, the tray height is not appropriate, and the tray height needs to be adjusted, step S7 is executed.
Step S7: it is determined whether the actual temperature T2 is greater than the set temperature T1.
If yes, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is high, then step S8 is executed: the height of the tray is changed, so that the tray is far away from the heating pipe, and the food on the tray is prevented from being burnt at high temperature.
If not, it indicates that the actual temperature T2 of the tray is low, then step S9 is executed: the height of the tray is changed, so that the tray is close to the heating pipe, and the food on the tray is prevented from being baked insufficiently.
In the oven control method of the embodiment, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is obtained every set time; calculating the temperature difference delta T = T2-T1 between the actual temperature T2 and the set temperature T1; when the absolute value of the delta T is greater than a set threshold value and the actual temperature T2 is greater than the set temperature T1, the height of the tray is changed to be far away from the heating pipe, and food is prevented from being burnt at high temperature; when the absolute value of the delta T is larger than the set threshold and the actual temperature T2 is smaller than the set temperature T1, the height of the tray is changed to enable the tray to be close to the heating pipe, and the food is prevented from being baked insufficiently; therefore, the oven baking control method of the embodiment improves the baking effect of the food and prevents the food from being burnt inside and outside by automatically adjusting the height of the tray; intelligent cooking is realized by monitoring the ambient temperature of the cooked food (namely the actual temperature T2 of the tray).
The baking control method of the embodiment solves the trouble of manually selecting the baking layer number (namely the set height of the tray) when a user cooks food, or the adverse effect on the food baking effect when the layer number is selected incorrectly; through temperature tracking, the problems of poor baking effect and internal and external paste caused by oven temperature fluctuation and poor temperature equalization inside the oven are solved.
The heating pipe may be located at the upper part of the oven inner container, may be located at the lower part of the oven inner container, and may be located at the upper part and the lower part of the oven inner container. The position of the heating pipe is different, and when the tray is close to or far away from the heating pipe, the moving direction of the tray is different.

when the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold value and the actual temperature T2 is greater than the set temperature T1, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is higher, the height of the tray is reduced, and the tray is far away from the heating pipe; avoid the food on the tray to be burnt at high temperature.
When the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold and the actual temperature T2 is less than the set temperature T1, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is lower, the height of the tray is increased, and the tray is close to the heating pipe; avoid the food on the tray to be baked unripe.
Secondly, as another preferred design scheme of this embodiment, the heating pipe is located at the lower part of the oven inner container:
when the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold value and the actual temperature T2 is greater than the set temperature T1, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is higher, the height of the tray is increased, and the tray is far away from the heating pipe; avoid the food on the tray to be burnt at high temperature.
When the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold and the actual temperature T2 is less than the set temperature T1, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is lower, the height of the tray is reduced, and the tray is close to the heating pipe; avoid the food on the tray to be baked unripe.
Thirdly, as another preferable design scheme of the embodiment, heating pipes are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the oven liner:
when the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold value and the actual temperature T2 is greater than the set temperature T1, which indicates that the actual temperature T2 of the tray is higher, the height of the tray is lowered or raised, so that the tray is close to the central positions of the heating pipes at the upper part and the lower part of the oven liner, and the tray is far away from the heating pipes at the upper part and the lower part of the oven liner; avoid the food on the tray to be burnt at high temperature.
When the absolute value of delta T is greater than the set threshold and the actual temperature T2 is less than the set temperature T1, the actual temperature T2 of the tray is lower, the height of the tray is increased or decreased, and the tray is close to the upper heating pipe or the lower heating pipe of the oven liner; avoid the food on the tray to be baked unripe.
In this embodiment, changing the height of the tray specifically includes: the height of the tray is changed by a set height adjustment step Δ H. Namely, the height of the tray is changed by delta H every time, namely the tray is lifted or lowered by delta H every time, so that the phenomenon that the baking effect is influenced due to the overlarge height change of the tray is avoided. For example, Δ H =50mm, the tray is raised or lowered 50mm at a time.
