Claims (10)

1. An intelligent storage bed control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an environmental pressure parameter, and determining environmental stress information according to the environmental pressure parameter; the environmental pressure parameters are obtained by one or more pressure detection components arranged on a bed board of the intelligent storage bed; the environment stress information is used for representing the stress condition of the intelligent storage bed at a specific position;
obtaining storage parameters, and determining storage information according to the storage parameters; the storage parameters are obtained by one or more sensing components arranged in the storage space of the intelligent storage bed; the storage information is used for indicating the state of the articles in the storage space;
determining a bed board lifting control parameter according to the environment stress information and the storage information; the bed board lifting control parameter is used for indicating a corresponding physical parameter when the bed board of the intelligent storage bed is controlled to carry out lifting operation.
2. The intelligent storage bed control method of claim 1, wherein the environmental pressure parameters include one or more of top center compression, top edge compression, bottom center compression, bottom edge compression of the bed deck; and/or the environment stress information comprises bearing related stress information and/or object clamping related stress information; and/or the storage parameters comprise one or more of occupied area information, quantity information and volume information of the articles in the storage space; and/or the storage information comprises the occupied space ratio information and/or the position information of the occupied space of the storage space; and/or the bed board lifting control parameters comprise one or more of bed board lifting starting time, bed board lifting ending time, bed board falling starting time, bed board falling ending time, bed board lifting height and bed board lifting speed.
3. The intelligent storage bed control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining environmental stress information according to the environmental pressure parameter comprises:
determining bearing related stress information in the environmental stress information according to the top surface center stress and/or the top surface edge stress in the environmental pressure parameters; the bearing related stress information is used for indicating the stress condition of the bed board when bearing a heavy object;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
determining the related stress information of the clamped object in the environment stress information according to the bottom surface center compression and/or the bottom surface edge compression in the environment pressure parameters; the article clamping related stress information is used for indicating the stress condition of articles clamped by the bed board when the bed board is closed.
4. The intelligent storage bed control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining storage information according to the storage parameters comprises:
calculating total volume information and distribution position information of the articles in the storage space according to the storage parameters;
and determining storage information according to the total volume information and the distribution position information of the articles in the storage space and the total space information of the storage space.
5. The intelligent storage bed control method according to claim 2, wherein the determining a bed board lifting control parameter according to the environmental stress information and the storage information comprises:
judging whether the bearing related stress information meets a preset overload stress condition or not according to the bearing related stress information in the environment stress information;
when the bearing related stress information is judged to meet the overload stress condition, determining that the current moment is the lifting finish time of the bed plate in the bed plate lifting control parameters; the overload stress condition is that the top surface center of the bed plate is pressed by a first time value which is larger than the top surface edge of the bed plate;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
judging whether the bearing related stress information meets a preset bearing end condition or not according to the bearing related stress information in the environment stress information;
when the bearing related stress information is judged to meet the bearing ending condition, determining that the current moment is the lifting starting time of the bed plate in the bed plate lifting control parameters; the bearing end condition is that the top surface center and/or the top surface edge of the bed plate are/is pressed to be greater than a first pressure threshold value within a first time length and to be less than a second pressure threshold value at the current moment; the first pressure threshold is greater than the second pressure threshold;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
judging whether the relevant stress information of the object clamping meets a preset object clamping condition or not according to the relevant stress information of the object clamping in the environment stress information;
when the related stress information of the clamped objects meets the clamped object condition, determining that the current moment is the time for finishing the descending of the bed plate in the bed plate lifting control parameters; the clamping conditions are that the pressure of the bottom surface edge of the bed board is not zero and the pressure of the bottom surface center is zero.
6. The intelligent storage bed control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a bed board lifting control parameter according to the environmental stress information and the storage information comprises:
judging whether the occupied space ratio information meets a preset article taking end condition or not according to the occupied space ratio information in the article storage information;
when the occupied space ratio information of the placed objects is judged to meet the object taking end condition, determining that the current time is the descending start time in the bed board lifting control parameters; the object taking ending condition is that the occupied space ratio information of the placed objects is reduced at the current moment, and the reduction amount is higher than a preset reduced space ratio threshold value;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
judging whether the stored object space position information meets a preset object taking opening full object placing condition or not according to the stored object space position information in the storage information;
when the information of the spatial position of the placed objects meets the condition that the object taking opening is fully placed, determining that the lifting height of the bed plate in the bed plate lifting control parameters is lower than a preset height threshold value; the object taking opening fully-placing condition is that the intersection area of the object-placed space position information and the object taking opening area is larger than a preset intersection area threshold; the object taking opening area is an area where a user can take objects through the object taking opening opened in the storage space when the bed board rises.
7. The intelligent storage bed control method of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring a bed board lifting control instruction sent by a user;
and correcting the bed board lifting control instruction according to the bed board lifting control parameter to obtain a control command for controlling the bed board.
8. An intelligent storage bed control device, wherein the device is adapted for use with a smart card, the device comprising:
the first determining module is used for acquiring an environmental pressure parameter and determining environmental stress information according to the environmental pressure parameter; the environmental pressure parameters are obtained by one or more pressure detection components arranged on a bed board of the intelligent storage bed; the environment stress information is used for representing the stress condition of the intelligent storage bed at a specific position;
the second determining module is used for acquiring storage parameters and determining storage information according to the storage parameters; the storage parameters are obtained by one or more sensing components arranged in the storage space of the intelligent storage bed; the storage information is used for indicating the state of the articles in the storage space;
the third determining module is used for determining a bed board lifting control parameter according to the environment stress information and the storage information; the bed board lifting control parameter is used for indicating a corresponding physical parameter when the bed board of the intelligent storage bed is controlled to carry out lifting operation.
9. An intelligent storage bed control device, wherein the device is adapted for use with a smart card, the device comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the intelligent storage bed control method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. An intelligent storage bed, characterized in that it comprises an intelligent storage bed control device for performing the intelligent storage bed control method according to any one of claims 1-7.
