In a seventh aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a network management apparatus, which may be a chip or a system on chip in a domain network management device, and includes a processor and an interface circuit, where the interface circuit is configured to receive a code instruction and transmit the code instruction to the processor; the processor is configured to execute the code instructions to perform a method as the first aspect or any one of the possible designs of the first aspect.

Detailed Description
The method of the embodiment of the present application may be applied in Long Term Evolution (LTE), a fifth generation mobile communication (5generation, 5g) system, or a future mobile communication system.
Currently, the third Generation partnership project (3 rd Generation partnership project,3 gpp) defines two schemes for 5G New air interface (New Radio, NR) networking, namely an independent networking SA and a non-independent networking NSA.
SA refers to a5G independently deployed control plane and user plane, and a5G independently carries control signaling and user plane data.
In the networking mode of the SA, there are many options for the operator to select, for example, option 1, option 2, option 5, and option 6 may be provided in the SA.
Illustratively, fig. 1 shows a networking mode of SA option 2. The 5G core network is connected with the 5G base station through a next generation Network (NG) interface in a straight line, SA signaling and data are transmitted, and an independent 5G networking is formed.
Fig. 2 is a networking mode of SA option 5, which is different from SA option 2 in that, in the networking mode of SA option 5, a 4G base station may be upgraded to an evolved LTE (LTE) access, and NSA signaling (such as registration and authentication) between a5G wireless network and a core network transfers the LTE through the 4G base station.
Fig. 3 is a5G network architecture of an SA. The network architecture includes a terminal device, AN Access Network (AN), a core network, and a Data Network (DN). The access network device is mainly used for realizing functions of a wireless physical layer, resource scheduling and wireless resource management, wireless access control, mobility management and the like; the core network device may include a management device and a gateway device, the management device is mainly used for device registration, security authentication, mobility management, location management, and the like of the terminal device, and the gateway device is mainly used for establishing a channel with the terminal device and forwarding a data packet between the terminal device and an external data network on the channel; the data network may include network devices (e.g., servers, routers, etc.), and is mainly used for providing various data service services for the terminal devices. The description is given by taking an access network, a core network and a data network in 5G as examples.
The access network in the 5G may be a radio access network (R) AN, and the (R) AN device in the 5G system may be composed of a plurality of 5G- (R) AN nodes, and the 5G- (R) AN nodes may include: an access network of the 3GPP, an access network of the non-3 GPP, such as an Access Point (AP) of a WiFi network, a next generation base station (which may be collectively referred to as a new generation radio access network node (NG-RAN node), where the next generation base station includes a new air interface base station (NR nodeB, gNB), a new generation evolved base station (NG-eNB), a Central Unit (CU), a Distributed Unit (DU), a gNB in a separate form, and the like), a transmission point (TRP), a Transmission Point (TP), or other nodes.
The 5G core network (5G core/new generation core,5 GC/NGC) includes multiple functional units such as an access and mobility management function (AMF) network element, a Session Management Function (SMF) network element, a User Plane Function (UPF) network element, an authentication server function (AUSF) network element, a Policy Control Function (PCF) network element, an Application Function (AF) network element, a unified data management function (UDM) network element, a Network Slice Selection Function (NSSF) network element, a network function (network element) network element, and the like.
The AMF network element is mainly responsible for services such as mobility management, access management and the like. The SMF network element is mainly responsible for session management, dynamic host configuration protocol function, selection and control of user plane function and the like. The UPF network element is mainly responsible for routing and forwarding data packets, filtering messages, and performing quality of service (QoS) control related functions, etc., which are externally connected to a Data Network (DN) and a user plane. The DN mainly provides services for the user equipment, such as providing mobile operator services, internet services or third party services. The AUSF network element is mainly responsible for authentication functions of the terminal equipment and the like. The PCF network element is mainly responsible for providing a unified policy framework for network behavior management, providing policy rules for control plane functions, obtaining registration information related to policy decisions, and the like. It should be noted that these functional units may work independently, or may be combined together to implement some control functions, such as access control and mobility management functions for access authentication, security encryption, location registration, etc. of the terminal device, and session management functions for establishment, release, and modification of a user plane transmission path, etc. The UDM network element is a unified user data management and is mainly used for storing the subscription data of the user equipment.
As shown in fig. 3, the 5G core network is connected to the 5G base station NG interface and transfers NSA signaling and data. The 5G radio air interface and Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, broadcast signaling, and data are transferred through the 5G NR. Wherein, the en-gNB is an E-UTRA-NR Generation NodeB, and mainly describes the gNB connected to a 4G cellular side core (EPC), namely the gNB is connected to the EPC and the 5GC at the same time. A next generation evolved node B (ng-eNB) mainly describes an eNB connected to a 5GC, i.e., the eNB is connected to both the EPC and the 5GC.
NSA refers to the independent deployment of the control plane by 4G, with 4G carrying control signaling. The 5G and the 4G jointly deploy the user plane, and the 5G and the 4G carry user plane data. Or the 5G is independently deployed with the user plane, and only the 5G carries the user plane data.
In the networking mode of NSA, there are many options for the operator to select, for example, option 3 series, option 4 series, option 7 series, option 8, and the like may be provided in NSA.
Illustratively, fig. 4 illustrates a networking approach of the NSA option 3 series. Fig. 5 shows a networking scheme of the NSA option 7 series. The 5G is attached to a network architecture in which the 4G base station operates, NSA signaling (such as registration, authentication, and the like) between the 5G wireless network and the core network is transmitted through the 4G base station, and the 5G cannot operate independently.
Fig. 6 is a network architecture of NSA. As shown in fig. 6, a 4G core network is introduced into 5G, 5G is used for high-speed data transmission, and NSA signaling is carried by 4G. RRC signaling, broadcast, etc. signaling for the 5G radio air interface may be transferred by 4G, with data transferred through 5G NR and 4G LTE.
It can be understood that the networking mode and the network architecture of the SA and the NSA are widely applied technologies, and are not described in detail herein.
In specific application, a5G new air interface independent networking mode needs to independently deploy a5G end-to-end network, and a5G base station and a core network are newly built, so that the operation can be independent of 4G. The existing 4G network can be used in a non-independent networking mode, and some 5G devices are transformed, upgraded or added, so that the network can enable users to experience the ultrahigh network speed of 5G, and the existing devices are not wasted. In the process of transition from 4G to 5G, there are cases where parallel application of SA, non-NSA or SA _ NSA is supported, and in some network systems, there are network architectures supporting one or more of SA, non-NSA or SA _ NSA.
The existing standard protocol uses the same set of model for the management of SA and NSA modes of gNB, and only distinguishes between EP interfaces, does not distinguish between SA and NSA, and does not distinguish between 4G network systems or 5G network systems, so that data of SA and NSA cannot be classified respectively, and data of 4G network systems or 5G network systems cannot be classified respectively. The operator cannot perform resource control on the cell of the SA _ NSA base station based on the specific performance condition of the SA or the NSA, and the situation that the resource control is unreasonable easily occurs.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides a network management method, which can distinguish network data according to a network type, a network networking option, or a combination of the network type and the network networking option when acquiring network data in 5G network management, so that reasonable resource control and the like can be realized subsequently based on specific conditions of the network type and/or the network networking option.
Fig. 7 is a schematic logical architecture diagram of a network management method according to an embodiment of the present application. The end-to-end network management system can introduce indication information into the northbound file subscription interface, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management system to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises one or more of network networking options or network standards; the network networking option is used for describing one or more items of SA, NSA or SA _ NSA, the domain network management system can determine network data corresponding to the network networking information based on the indication information, the domain network management system sends the network data corresponding to the network networking information to the end-to-end network management system, and then the end-to-end network management system can respectively obtain the network data related to one or more items of SA, NSA, SA _ NSA or network standards, and further performs adaptive resource control based on various network data to obtain reasonable resource control.
The end-to-end network management system is used for providing network operation and maintenance functions, such as: the method comprises the following steps of network life cycle management, network deployment, network fault management, network performance management, network configuration management, network guarantee, network optimization function and the like; a network here may comprise one or more network elements or sub-networks.
The end-to-end network management system may be a network management system (NM), a cross-domain network management system (cross-domain network management Function), an Operation Support System (OSS), a network slice management system (NSMF), a network management data analysis Module (MDAF), or a self-organization network Function (son).
In a specific application, the end-to-end network management system may also be referred to as a network data receiving device (it should be noted that, the description of the network data receiving device is used subsequently), an end-to-end network management device, an end-to-end network management unit, a cross-domain management unit, or a network management service provider.
The domain network management system provides operation and maintenance functions of sub-networks or network elements, such as: the method comprises the following steps of life cycle management of a sub-network or a network element, deployment of the sub-network or the network element, fault management of the sub-network or the network element, performance management of the sub-network or the network element, guarantee of the sub-network or the network element, optimization function of the sub-network or the network element and the like, wherein the sub-network comprises one or more network elements. The domain here can be a technology domain, a manufacturer domain or a geographical domain, etc. The technology domain may include a radio access network domain, a transport network domain, or a core network domain, etc. A vendor domain may refer to network devices within the domain all from the same vendor. A geographic region may refer to a network of a certain geographic area. For convenience of description, the following description of the embodiments of the present application will take a domain as a radio access network domain as an example.
In a specific application, the domain network management system may also be referred to as a domain network management device, a domain network management unit, a sub-network management service provider, a network element function service provider, or a network function service provider.
An entity (e.g., RAN Node in fig. 7) that a network element provides a network service. The network element may include: an access network element (e.g., a base station), a centralized Control Unit (CUCP), a Centralized Unit (CU), a Distributed Unit (DU), a centralized user plane unit (CUUP), etc.
In the embodiment of the present application, an execution subject for executing the method on the domain network management device side may be a domain network management device, or may be a device in the domain network management device (it should be noted that, in the embodiment provided in the present application, the domain network management device is taken as an example for description). For example, the apparatus in the domain network management device may be a chip system, a circuit or a module, and the like, and the application is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present application, an execution subject for executing the method of the network data receiving device may be the network data receiving device, or may be a device in the network data receiving device. For example, the apparatus in the network data receiving device may be a chip system, a circuit or a module, and the like, and the application is not limited thereto.
The network data subscription request according to the embodiment of the present application is used to request network data from a domain network management device. The network data subscription request may also be referred to as a network data monitoring request, etc.
In a specific application, the network data subscription request may be a network data task creation operation request, or a network data control object creation or configuration request, and the like.
The network data task creation operation request (create measurement task job) may be specifically used to request the domain network management device to create a performance task, where the performance task is used to describe collected or reported performance information, such as file or stream reporting, and reporting period.
Specifically, the measurement control object may be used to collect or report performance information, such as file or stream report, report period, and the like.
The network data subscription request of the embodiment of the application comprises indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management device to report the network data corresponding to the network networking information.
The network networking information related to the embodiment of the application comprises a network networking option, a network system or a combination of the network networking option and the network system.
The networking options referred to in the embodiments of the present application are used to describe one or more of SA, NSA, or SA _ NSA. Network networking options may also be referred to as network networking architecture options, and the like.
The network standard related to the embodiment of the present application is used to describe the type of the base station, for example, the network standard is used for 4G base stations eNB, 5G base stations gNB, next generation 4G base stations ng-eNB, evolved 5G base stations ng-eNB, and the like. The network type may also be referred to as network type, etc.
The indication information related to the embodiment of the application may include a network networking option identifier, or a network system identifier, or include both the network networking option identifier and the network system identifier.
The network networking option identifier according to the embodiment of the present application may be any content such as characters, numbers, and the like for identifying one or more of SA, NSA, and SA _ NSA.
The network type identifier according to the embodiment of the present application may be any content such as characters and numbers used for identifying base station type information (4G base station eNB, 5G base station gNB, next generation 4G base station ng-eNB, evolved 5G base station ng-eNB, or the like).
For example, when the indication information includes the network networking option identifier, the network data subscription request may be used to request one or more corresponding network data of SA, NSA, or SA _ NSA; when the indication information includes the network type item identifier, the network data subscription request may be used to request corresponding network data of a 4G base station eNB, a5G base station gNB, a next generation 4G base station ng-eNB or an evolved 5G base station ng-eNB; when the indication information includes the network networking option identifier and the network format identifier, the network data subscription request may be used to request one or more of the SA, NSA, and SA _ NSA corresponding to the 4G network format, or one or more of the SA, NSA, and SA _ NSA corresponding to the 5G network format, and the like.
Or, the indication information related to the embodiment of the present application may include network networking splitting information, where the network networking option splitting information is used to: and the request domain network management equipment respectively reports network data corresponding to various network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes. Illustratively, the network networking splitting information may be defined special characters or the like, and when the indication information is the network networking splitting information, the indication domain network management device may report the network data acquired by the domain network management device according to different network networking options or according to different network systems in a classified manner. For example, the domain network management device may report network data corresponding to SA, NSA, or SA _ NSA in a classified manner, or may report network data corresponding to 4G base station eNB, 5G base station gNB, next generation 4G base station ng-eNB, or evolved 5G base station ng-eNB in a classified manner, or may report network data corresponding to SA, NSA, or SA _ NSA in a 4G network system in a classified manner, or network data corresponding to SA, NSA, or SA _ NSA in a5G network system in a classified manner, or the like.
It can be understood that the indication information includes a network networking option identifier or a network system identifier, or includes both a network networking option identifier and a network system identifier, and is different from the indication information including the network networking splitting information: when the indication information includes the network networking option identifier or the network system identifier or both the network networking option identifier and the network system identifier, the domain network management device may report the network data corresponding to the identifier according to the identifier in the indication information; when the indication information includes the network networking splitting information, the domain network management device may report all the network data, but when reporting the network data, the domain network management device reports the network data according to the above classification.
Optionally, the network data subscription request further includes: and the corresponding relation between the indication information and the receiving address of the network data or the stream receiving address sent by the domain network management equipment. For example, the network data subscription request further carries a receiving address or a stream receiving address of network data for different network networking options or according to different network systems, for example, the SA network data address is Location #1, the nsa network data address is Location #2, and the like, and Location may refer to a server address for storing a performance file, and the like, so that the obtained network data may be stored in the network data receiving device, and subsequent classified query of data and the like is facilitated.
The network data related to the embodiments of the present application may include one or more of performance data, configuration data, or fault data in the network, and the current resource situation of the network may be known based on the network data. Network data may also be referred to as network information, etc.
For the performance data, different contents can be corresponded in different network networking options.
For example, if the network networking option is SA, the performance data may be one or more of the following: the UE may be configured to perform statistics (number of late/early HO failure, to wrong HO failure for SA) in an SA scenario, physical Resource Block (PRB) resource utilization rate (UL/DL/total PRB Usage for SA) in the SA scenario, random Access Channel (RACH) Report (RACH) for a User Equipment (UE) to access the base station in the SA scenario, and the like. Illustratively, RACH reporting of a UE access base station may include: the number of attempts of RACH preamble (Distribution of RACH preambles send), RACH access delay (Distribution of RACH access delay), and the like.
If the network networking option is NSA, the performance data may be one or more of the following: the base station handover statistics include statistics of early or late base station handover in an NSA scenario (number of slope/early HO failure, to wreng HO failure for SA), PRB resource utilization in an NSA scenario (UpLink/DownLink/total PRB Usage for SA), RACH report of UE access base station in an NSA scenario (RACH report for SA), and the like. Illustratively, RACH reporting of a UE access base station may include: the number of attempts of RACH preamble (Distribution of RACH preambles send), RACH access delay (Distribution of RACH access delay), and the like.
The configuration data may specifically be one or more of the following: the method includes the steps of obtaining beam related configuration parameters (such as a coverage scene number, an inclination angle, an azimuth angle and the like), frequency point data (such as an uplink and downlink central frequency point and the like), cell configuration parameters (such as a physical cell identifier, cell neighbor cell information and the like), service configuration parameters (such as an uplink and downlink throughput rate, a time delay, a maximum number of users and the like), and the like.
The fault data may specifically be one or more of the following: the type of the failure (e.g., communication link failure, single board failure, software failure, etc.), the time of the failure occurrence, the object of the failure occurrence, the failure level, the associated failure, etc.
The cell network networking mode switch according to the embodiment of the application can be used for switching the network networking mode of the cell. For example, the network networking mode switch may include one or more of the following: an evolved universal terrestrial Radio access and New air interface Dual link (EN-DC) switch, a New Radio Dual link (NR-DC) switch, a next generation evolved universal terrestrial Radio access and New air interface Dual link (NG-RAN-E-UTRA Dual link, nen-DC) switch, and a New air interface and evolved universal terrestrial Radio access (NR-E-UTRA Dual link, NE-DC) switch.
The EN-DC switch is used for controlling whether the cell supports EN-DC.
The NR-DC switch is used to control whether the cell supports NR-DC.

In specific application, the cell network networking mode switch may also be referred to as a cell dual-link algorithm switch or a cell dual-link capability.
The following describes the technical solution of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems in detail by specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be implemented independently or in combination, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of a network management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:

In this embodiment, when the network data carries the indication information in the request, the network data may be used to instruct the domain network management device to report network data related to one or more of SA, NSA, SA _ NSA, or network standard. When the indication information includes different content, different network data may be requested correspondingly, and specific reference may be made to the description in the explanation of the indication information, which is not described herein again.
In a specific application, the network data receiving device may send a network data subscription request to the domain network management device based on a request of a user, so as to obtain network data related to the indication information, which meets a user requirement. The network data receiving device may also send a network data subscription request to the domain network management device by itself, so that dynamic resource control and the like may be further implemented based on the network data sent by the domain network management device.

In a possible implementation of the embodiment of the application, the domain network management device may analyze the network networking information of the collected network data, and determine the network data corresponding to the indication information. In this manner, the domain network device does not need to communicate with the corresponding network element based on the network data subscription request.
For example, the domain network management device may determine, according to the network networking information of the network data generation object, network data corresponding to the indication information; the network data generating object includes one or more of the following: terminal equipment, a cell and a network element.
For example, taking the network data generation object as the network element, when the network networking option of the network element is hybrid networking SA _ NSA and the network data is network performance data of a cell, the domain network management device may determine the network networking option of the network data according to an NSA _ DC switch (NSA _ DC dual connectivity switch) of the cell corresponding to the acquired network data. Such as: the NRCellCU cells are arranged under the 5G base station, when the domain network management equipment receives the statistic information of the early cell switching of the NRCellCU, the NSA _ DC switch of the NRCellCU cells can be inquired, and if the NSA _ DC switch indicates SA, the statistic information of the early cell switching is network data under the SA networking.
Or, the domain network management device may determine the networking option of the network element according to the connection information included in the network element. For example, if the 5G base station includes an EP _ S1U (that is, the 5G base station is connected to the SGW network element of the 4G core network), it may be determined that the network networking option of the corresponding network element is NSA, and the network networking option of the network data may be further determined according to the network networking option of the network element corresponding to the network data.
It can be understood that, in the case that the network data generation object is a cell, the domain network management device may query the configuration data or networking architecture of the cell or network element to obtain the network networking option of the network data. In the case that the network data generation object is a terminal device, the domain network management device may determine the network networking option of the network data according to the access type of the terminal device.
In another possible implementation of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, S802 optionally includes: s8021, the domain network management device sends the network data acquisition requirement information including the indication information to the corresponding network element. S8202, the network element sends the network data corresponding to the indication information to the domain network management device.
That is, the domain network management device may send the indication information to the corresponding network element, determine, by the corresponding network element, network data corresponding to the indication information, and send the network data to the domain network management device.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the corresponding network elements may be one or more. The corresponding network element may be indicated in the network data subscription request, for example, if the network data subscription request carries an identifier of one or more network elements, the corresponding network element may be a network element corresponding to the network element identifier carried in the network data subscription request; or, the network data subscription request carries the identifiers of the one or more subnetworks, and then the corresponding network element may be a network element included in the one or more subnetworks. The corresponding network element may also be all or part of the corresponding network elements in the domain network management device, and the like, so that the network data subscription request may not carry the identifier of the relevant network element, and the domain network management device determines the corresponding network element according to the actual requirement. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit a corresponding network element.
After receiving the network data acquisition requirement information including the indication information, the corresponding network element may send the network data related to the indication information to the domain network management device. For example, when the network element sends a PRB Usage to the domain network management unit, the network element needs to carry network data acquired in a scenario that the PRB Usage is an SA, an NSA, an SA _ NSA, a 4G base station, or a5G base station.

For example, the domain network managing device may send a network data file or a data stream channel for writing network data to the network data receiving device. Suitably, the domain network management device may generate a network data file or a data stream channel corresponding to the indication information; the network data file or the data stream channel carries indication information; and writing the network data into the corresponding network data file or starting a plurality of data flow channels for writing the network data according to the indication information corresponding to the network data.
In the embodiment of the present application, the network data file or the data stream channel includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: SA5G base station performance files, NSA5G base station performance files, SA _ NSA5G base station performance files, SA 4G base station performance files, NSA 4G base station performance files, SA _ NSA 4G base station performance files, SA performance files, NSA performance files, SA _ NSA performance files, and the like.
In this embodiment of the application, when the indication information includes network networking splitting information, the domain network management device may generate network data files or data stream channels of all network networking options or network types supported in the network, where each network data file or data stream channel carries a network networking option identifier or a network type identifier corresponding to the network data file or data stream channel. When the indication information includes a network networking option identifier, or a network system identifier, or includes both a network networking option identifier and a network system identifier, the domain network management device establishes a network data file or a data stream channel corresponding to the identifier included in the indication information, and each network data file or data stream channel carries the network networking option identifier or the network system identifier corresponding to the network data file or the data stream channel.
To sum up, in this embodiment of the application, the domain network management device may send, based on the indication of the network data receiving device, the network data corresponding to the indication information to the network data receiving device. The network data receiving device may obtain network data corresponding to one or more of the network networking options or the network standards, so that the operator may perceive and evaluate network performance under different network networking, or may subsequently implement reasonable resource control and the like based on the specific conditions of one or more of the network standards or the network networking options.
The second embodiment of the present application provides a specific network management method, and the second embodiment of the present application may adopt an interaction process similar to that in the first embodiment of the present application. Specifically, in the second embodiment of the present application, the indication information includes a network networking option identifier, a network format identifier, or a network networking identifier and a network format identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, when the indication information includes the network networking option identifier, the network networking option needing to be subscribed is made clear in the indication information. For example, when the indication information includes the SA identifier, network data of the SA may be collected subsequently; when the indication information comprises the NSA identification, subsequently collecting network data of the NSA; when the indication information includes the SA _ NSA identifier, network data of the SA _ NSA may be collected subsequently; when the indication information comprises the SA identifier and the NSA identifier, the network data of the SA and the network data of the NSA can be collected subsequently; and the like.
When the indication information contains the network type identifier, the network type to be subscribed is clarified in the indication information, for example, when the indication information contains the 4G identifier, the network data of the 4G base station can be collected subsequently; when the indication information comprises the 5G identification, the network data of 5G can be collected subsequently; and the like.
When the indication information contains a network networking identifier and a network system identifier, a network networking option of a certain network system needing to be subscribed is determined in the indication information. For example, when the indication information includes the SA identifier and the 5G identifier, the SA network data of the 5G base station may be collected subsequently; when the indication information comprises the NSA identifier and the 4G identifier, acquiring NSA network data of the 4G base station subsequently; and the like.
The specific implementation of S802 may be: the domain network management equipment determines network data acquisition demand information of a corresponding network element according to the network data subscription request, wherein the network data acquisition information comprises indication information; the domain network management equipment sends network data acquisition demand information to a network element or a management unit of the network element; the network data acquisition demand information is used for indicating the network element or a management unit of the network element to send network data corresponding to the indication information; and the domain network management equipment receives network data corresponding to the indication information sent by the network element or the management unit of the network element.
That is, in this embodiment of the application, the domain network management device may determine, according to the network networking identifier and/or the network system identifier included in the indication information, network data acquisition information corresponding to the identifier included in the indication information, and further acquire network data corresponding to the identifier included in the indication information.
A third embodiment of the present application provides a specific network management method, and an interaction process similar to that in the first embodiment of the present application may be adopted in the third embodiment of the present application. Specifically, in the third embodiment of the present application, the indication information includes network networking splitting information.
The specific implementation of S802 may be: the domain network management equipment determines network data acquisition demand information of a corresponding network element according to the network data subscription request, wherein the network data acquisition information comprises indication information; the domain network management equipment sends network data acquisition demand information to a network element or a management unit of the network element; the network data acquisition requirement information is used for: indicating the network element or a management unit of the network element to respectively send corresponding network data according to a network networking mode or a network standard; the domain network management equipment receives network data sent by a network element or a management unit of the network element.
That is, in this embodiment of the present application, a network element may determine, according to network networking splitting information, network data corresponding to a network networking mode or a network system supported by the network element, and send the network data to a domain network management device according to a classification.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of a network management method according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the method includes:
s901: the domain network management equipment receives a network networking configuration request; the network networking configuration request is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to configure a network networking option for the network element or configure a network networking mode selector switch for the cell of the network element.

In this embodiment of the present application, the domain network management device may receive a network networking configuration request from the network data receiving device, and further, the domain network management device may configure a network networking option of a network element or configure a cell configuration network networking mode switch of the network element based on the network networking configuration request.
In a specific application, the network networking configuration request may be a request for creating or modifying a management object, and the management object may be one or more of a sub-network, a network element, or a cell. The network networking configuration request may also be referred to as a configuration request or a network element configuration request, etc.
In one possible implementation, the network networking configuration request may include an identification of a network networking option, where the network networking option is used to describe one or more of the following: SA, NSA or SA _ NSA. The domain network management device can flexibly configure the network networking options of the corresponding network elements, thereby facilitating the subsequent differentiation and statistics of the network data of different network networking.
In this embodiment of the present application, the number of network elements configured by the domain network management device may be one or more. The configured network element may be indicated in the network networking configuration request, for example, the network networking configuration request carries an identifier of one or more network elements, and the configured network element may be a network element corresponding to the network networking configuration request carrying the network element identifier; or, the network networking configuration request carries the identifier of one or more sub-networks, and the configured network element may be a network element included in one or more sub-networks. The configured network elements may also be all or part of the corresponding network elements in the domain network management device, and the like, so the network networking configuration request may not carry the identifier of the network element or the sub-network, and the domain network management device determines the network elements to be configured according to the actual requirements. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit a corresponding network element.
After determining the network element to be configured, the domain network management device may send a network element configuration request to the network element to be configured, where the network element configuration request carries an identifier of a network networking option in the network networking configuration request, and then the network element may adapt to configure the network networking option according to the identifier of the network networking option.
In another possible implementation manner, the network networking configuration request may include an identifier of a cell network networking mode switch, and the domain network management device may determine a cell included in the network element and configure the cell network networking mode switch in a management object of the cell. The cell network networking mode switch can dynamically switch the support capability of the cell to the network networking mode, and is favorable for fully utilizing network resources according to the real-time network performance condition.
For example, taking the example that the cell network networking mode switch is an NSA _ DC switch, the domain network management device may determine a cell included in a network element or a sub-network, configure the NSA _ DC switch in a management object of a corresponding cell, and optionally, may also send the configuration condition to the corresponding network element.
In specific implementation, the domain network management device may introduce a network deployment scenario configuration interface of the base station in a northbound manner, where the network deployment scenario configuration interface carries an identifier of a network networking option, so as to implement configuration of the network networking option of the network element; or, the domain network management device may introduce a configuration interface of a cell network networking mode switch in the north direction, and the cell network networking mode switch may be used to switch the capability of the cell to support the SA or the NSA.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the domain network management device may implement flexible configuration of a network networking option of a network element, or may implement flexible configuration of a cell configuration network networking mode switch of the network element, so that the support conditions of the SA and the NSA in the network may be adjusted based on the flexible configuration.
Optionally, the domain network management device may further collect network performance data reported by the network element, and determine whether to reconfigure the cell network networking mode switch of the cell based on the collected network performance data, that is, as shown in fig. 9, an optional step S903: and the domain network management equipment acquires network performance data reported by the network elements. Optional step S904: and the domain network management equipment judges whether to reconfigure the cell network networking mode selector switch of the cell according to the network performance data of the network element.
For example, according to the collected network performance data, the domain network management device detects that the terminal PRB resource of the SA is insufficient and the NSA _ DC switch of the corresponding cell is in an on state, and may configure the NSA _ DC switch of the cells to be off and the cell resource is used by the terminal of the SA. Thereby, a reasonable resource allocation can be achieved.
Or, the domain network management unit device detects that the terminal PRB resources of the SA are redundant but the PRB resources of the NSA terminal are insufficient according to the acquired network performance data, and if the corresponding cell NSA _ DC switch is in the off state, configures the NSA _ DC switches of these cells to be on, and may use part of the cell resources for the NSA terminal. Thereby, a reasonable resource allocation can be achieved.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a network management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, including a receiving module 1001, a processing module 1002, and a sending module 1003, where the receiving module is configured to receive a network data subscription request, and the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to the network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; network networking options are used to describe one or more of the following: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA; the processing module is used for determining the network data corresponding to the indication information according to the network data subscription request; and the sending module is used for sending the network data corresponding to the indication information to the network data receiving equipment.
In one possible design, the indication information includes a network networking option identifier; the network networking option identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network networking option corresponding to the network networking option identifier.
In one possible design, the indication information includes a network type identifier; the network type identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network type corresponding to the network type identifier.
In one possible design, the processing module is specifically configured to determine network data acquisition requirement information of a corresponding network element according to a network data subscription request, where the network data acquisition requirement information includes indication information; the sending module is also used for sending the network data acquisition demand information to the network element or the management unit of the network element; the network data acquisition demand information is used for indicating the network element or a management unit of the network element to send network data corresponding to the indication information; and the receiving module is further used for receiving the network data corresponding to the indication information, which is sent by the network element or the management unit of the network element.
In a possible design, the processing module is specifically configured to determine, according to the network networking information of the network data generation object, network data corresponding to the indication information; the network data generating object includes at least one of: terminal equipment, a cell and a network element.
In a possible design, the processing module is further configured to generate a network data file or a data stream channel corresponding to the indication information; the network data file or the data stream channel carries indication information; writing the network data into the corresponding network data file or data stream channel according to the indication information corresponding to the network data; the sending module is specifically configured to send a network data file written with the network data to the network data receiving device or start a data stream channel written with the network data.

Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a network management device according to the present application. Referring to fig. 12, the network management apparatus includes: a memory 1201, a processor 1202, and a communication interface 1203, wherein the memory 1201, the processor 1202, and the communication interface 1203 may communicate; illustratively, the memory 1201, the processor 1202 and the communication interface 1203 may communicate via a communication bus 1204, the memory 1201 being configured to store a computer program that the processor 1202 executes to implement a method as shown in any of the above-described method embodiments.
Optionally, the communication interface 1203 may also include a transmitter and/or a receiver.
Alternatively, the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or the like. 1. A method of network management, comprising:
a domain network management device receives a network data subscription request, wherein the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; the networking options are used to describe one or more of: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA;
the domain network management equipment determines network data corresponding to the indication information according to the network data subscription request;
and the domain network management equipment sends the network data corresponding to the indication information to network data receiving equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the indication information comprises a network networking option identifier; the network networking option identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network networking option corresponding to the network networking option identifier.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the indication information comprises a network type identifier; the network type identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network type corresponding to the network type identifier.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, by the domain network management device, the network data corresponding to the indication information according to the network data subscription request includes:
the domain network management equipment determines network data corresponding to the indication information according to the network networking information of the network data generating object; the network data generating object includes at least one of: terminal equipment, a cell and a network element.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, 4, further comprising:
the domain network management equipment generates a network data file or a data stream channel corresponding to the indication information; the network data file or the data stream channel carries the indication information;
the domain network management equipment writes the network data into a corresponding network data file or a corresponding data stream channel according to the indication information corresponding to the network data;
the domain network management device sends the network data corresponding to the indication information to a network data receiving device, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the domain network management equipment sends the network data file written with the network data to the network data receiving equipment or starts a data stream channel written with the network data.

the domain network management equipment generates a plurality of network data files or a plurality of data stream channels; any one of the network data files or the data stream channel carries a network networking mode or a network standard supported by the domain network management equipment;
the domain network management equipment writes the network data into a corresponding network data file or a corresponding data stream channel according to a network networking mode or a network system corresponding to the network data;
the domain network management device sends the network data corresponding to the indication information to a network data receiving device, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the domain network management equipment sends a plurality of network data files written with the network data to the network data receiving equipment or starts a plurality of data stream channels written with the network data.

10. A method of network management, comprising:
the network data receiving equipment sends a network data subscription request to the domain network management equipment; the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; the network networking option is to describe one or more of: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA;
the network data receiving equipment receives network data corresponding to the indication information; and the network data corresponding to the indication information is acquired by the domain network management equipment based on the network data subscription request.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the indication information comprises a network networking option identifier; the network networking option identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network networking option corresponding to the network networking option identifier.
12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the indication information includes a network type identifier; the network type identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network type corresponding to the network type identifier.

The method of claim 10, wherein the indication information comprises network networking splitting information; the network networking option splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to various network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.

The method according to claim 10 or 13, wherein the indication information comprises network format split information; the network type splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to a plurality of network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.
15. The method according to any one of claims 10-11 and 13, wherein the network data subscription request further comprises: and the indication information corresponds to a receiving address of the network data or a stream receiving address sent by the domain network management equipment.
16. A network management device is applied to a domain network management device and comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a network data subscription request, and the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; the network networking option is to describe one or more of: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA;
the processing module is used for determining the network data corresponding to the indication information according to the network data subscription request;
and the sending module is used for sending the network data corresponding to the indication information to the network data receiving equipment.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the indication information comprises a network networking option identifier; the network networking option identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network networking option corresponding to the network networking option identifier.
18. The apparatus according to claim 16 or 17, wherein the indication information comprises a network type identifier; the network type identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network type corresponding to the network type identifier.
19. The apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to determine, according to network networking information of a network data generation object, network data corresponding to the indication information; the network data generating object includes at least one of: terminal equipment, a cell and a network element.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 16-17 and 19, wherein the processing module is further configured to generate a network data file or a data stream channel corresponding to the indication information; the network data file or the data stream channel carries the indication information; writing the network data into a corresponding network data file or a corresponding data stream channel according to the indication information corresponding to the network data;
the sending module is specifically configured to send a network data file written in the network data to the network data receiving device or start a data stream channel written in the network data.

The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the indication information comprises network networking splitting information; the network networking option splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to various network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.

The apparatus according to claim 16 or 21, wherein the indication information comprises network system splitting information; the network type splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to a plurality of network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.

The apparatus of claim 21, wherein the processing module is further configured to generate a plurality of network data files or a plurality of data stream channels; any one of the network data files or the data stream channel carries a network networking mode or a network standard supported by the domain network management equipment; writing the network data into a corresponding network data file or a corresponding data stream channel according to a network networking mode or a network system corresponding to the network data;
the sending module is specifically configured to send a plurality of network data files written with the network data to the network data receiving device or start a plurality of data flow channels written with the network data.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 16, 17, 19, 21, and 23, wherein the network data subscription request further comprises: and the indication information corresponds to a receiving address of the network data or a stream receiving address sent by the domain network management equipment.
25. A network management device is applied to a network data receiving device and comprises the following components:
the sending module is used for sending a network data subscription request to the domain network management equipment; the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; the network networking option is to describe one or more of: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA;
a receiving module, configured to receive, by a receiving device, network data corresponding to the indication information; and the network data corresponding to the indication information is acquired by the domain network management equipment based on the network data subscription request.

The apparatus according to claim 25, wherein the indication information comprises a network networking option identifier; the network networking option identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network networking option corresponding to the network networking option identifier.
27. The apparatus according to claim 25 or 26, wherein the indication information comprises a network type identifier; the network type identifier is used for requesting the domain network management equipment to report network data of the network type corresponding to the network type identifier.

The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the indication information comprises network networking splitting information; the network networking option splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to various network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.

The apparatus according to claim 25 or 28, wherein the indication information includes network system splitting information; the network type splitting information is used for: and requesting the domain network management equipment to respectively report network data corresponding to a plurality of network networking modes supported by the domain network management equipment according to the network networking modes.
30. The apparatus according to any one of claims 25-26 and 28, wherein the network data subscription request further comprises: and the indication information corresponds to a receiving address of the network data or a stream receiving address sent by the domain network management equipment.
31. A network management system is characterized by comprising a network data receiving device and a domain network management device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the network data receiving device is used for sending a network data subscription request; the network data subscription request carries indication information; the indication information is used for indicating the domain network management equipment to report network data corresponding to network networking information, and the network networking information comprises at least one of network networking options or network systems; the networking options are used to describe one or more of: an independent networking SA, a dependent networking NSA or a mixed networking SA _ NSA;

32. A network management apparatus comprising a memory and a processor executing program instructions in the memory for implementing a method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 or for implementing a method as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 15.
33. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium is used to store a computer program for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1-9, or for implementing the method according to any one of claims 10-15.
