Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a system and a readable storage medium for triggering and notifying a conference event, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a triggering condition based on a target conference set by a participant client; receiving a conference joining request of the participant client based on the current conference, and establishing long connection between the participant client and the current conference; acquiring the running data of the target conference in real time in the process that the client of the participant enters the current conference; analyzing and judging whether the trigger condition is matched according to the running data of the target conference; and if the trigger conditions are matched, notifying the participant client, and displaying the information that the trigger conditions are successfully matched on the current conference interface of the participant client, or directly switching to the target conference by the system. The invention is beneficial to promoting participants to reasonably arrange the time for participating in the side-by-side meeting.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of desktop sharing technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, and a readable storage medium for triggering and notifying a conference event.
Background
At present, with the development of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the application of netmeeting is more and more extensive, such as remote monitoring, remote teaching, remote medical diagnosis and the like. By using the conference system, people far away from thousands of miles can hold various conferences together or discuss academic problems with technicians far away. The system greatly facilitates real and intuitive communication among the cooperative members by transmitting the video and audio information of the writing members; at present, a network conference system can provide a desktop sharing function, that is, a client of a desktop sharer can acquire information of a client interface in real time, and then send the information of the client interface to clients of other participants through a server.
However, during the current web conference, the following scenario often occurs: the participants need to attend a side-by-side meeting which is actually a meeting with two interlaced time fields or a meeting with a close distance. Many times the previous meeting needs to be discussed more for a while for some reason, but the participants have to exit the current meeting because of fear of missing the next meeting. In practice, however, the next meeting may not have been started or some core participants of the next meeting may not have entered the meeting, and early exit from the current meeting may cause the participant to miss some important meeting content. The conference server further includes an event management center, and the event management center collects operation data of each network conference room, such as an entering or exiting action of a participant, image data shared by a speaker, contents of a conference discussion, and the like; and judging whether the corresponding trigger conditions are matched according to the collected operation data. Specifically, the event management center further comprises an event database, and the event database stores preset trigger conditions of different participant clients. It can be understood that, since a large number of trigger conditions may be stored in the event database, in order to further improve the efficiency of traversal matching, the present embodiment may set a storage architecture of the event database, and specifically, the storage architecture of the event database is detailed in table 1 below. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method program for triggering and notifying a meeting event further implements the following steps when executed by the processor:
acquiring the exit state of the participants of the current conference in real time;
analyzing and judging whether the triggering condition is matched according to the exit state of the participants of the current conference, wherein the triggering condition is that the key participants of the current conference exit, or the exit percentage of the participants of the current conference reaches a preset threshold value;
and if the trigger condition is matched, notifying the client side of the participants so that the participants can decide whether to switch to the target conference or not, or directly switching to the target conference by the system.
The third aspect of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which includes a conference event triggering and notifying method program, and when the conference event triggering and notifying method program is executed by a processor, the method program implements the steps of the above-mentioned method for triggering and notifying a conference event.
According to the method, the system and the readable storage medium for triggering and notifying the conference event, disclosed by the invention, the key indexes related to the conference are set as the events, the event triggering is carried out after the threshold value is reached, and the corresponding notification mechanism is executed, so that the participants can master the update state of the conference in advance when not participating in the conference, the participants can conveniently enter the conference in time according to the update state of the conference, and the participants can reasonably arrange the conference entering time of the conference.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
Claims (10)
1. A method for triggering and notifying a conference event, comprising the steps of:
receiving a triggering condition based on a target conference set by a participant client;
receiving a conference joining request of the participant client based on the current conference, and establishing long connection between the participant client and the current conference;
acquiring the running data of the target conference in real time in the process that the client of the participant enters the current conference;
analyzing and judging whether the trigger condition is matched according to the running data of the target conference;
and if the trigger conditions are matched, notifying the participant client, and displaying the information that the trigger conditions are successfully matched on the current conference interface of the participant client, or directly switching to the target conference by the system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving a target conference-based triggering condition set by a participant client, the method further comprises:
storing the triggering condition, the identification information of the target conference and the identification information of the participant client in an event database in an associated manner;
when the running data of the target conference is collected, screening out all trigger conditions related to the target conference from a condition database based on the identification information of the target conference;
traversing all trigger conditions related to the target conference according to the collected operation data, and judging whether the corresponding trigger conditions are matched;
if so, determining the corresponding participant client according to the associated information of the corresponding trigger condition, and notifying the matching success information to the corresponding participant client.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after notifying the participant client,
receiving a conference switching instruction of the participant client;
and according to the conference switching instruction, the participant client is withdrawn from the current conference and enters the target conference.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering condition is characterized by:
setting key participants of the target conference as trigger conditions when the key participants of the target conference enter the target conference through the participant clients; or
Setting a meeting percentage of participants of the target meeting to reach a preset threshold value, and then regarding the meeting percentage as a trigger condition; or
And when the related content of the conference of the target conference is set to accord with the preset keyword, the conference is regarded as the trigger condition.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the meeting related content of the target meeting is set to meet the preset keyword, the method further comprises:
continuously receiving meeting related content in the running process of the target meeting, wherein the meeting related content comprises sound data and shared picture data;
converting the sound data into character contents by a voice recognition technology, and converting the shared picture data into the character contents by an image recognition technology;
matching the obtained text content with preset keywords;
and if the matching is successful, notifying the participant client side, and displaying the information that the triggering condition is successfully matched on the current conference interface of the participant client side.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after establishing a long connection between the participant client and the current conference, the method further comprises:
acquiring the exit state of the participants of the current conference in real time;
analyzing and judging whether the triggering condition is matched according to the exit state of the participants of the current conference, wherein the triggering condition is that the key participants of the current conference exit, or the exit percentage of the participants of the current conference reaches a preset threshold value;
and if the trigger condition is matched, notifying the client side of the participants so that the participants can decide whether to switch to the target conference or not, or directly switching to the target conference by the system.
7. A system for meeting event triggering and notification, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory includes a meeting event triggering and notification method program, and the meeting event triggering and notification method program when executed by the processor implements the following steps:
receiving a triggering condition based on a target conference set by a participant client;
receiving a conference joining request of the participant client based on the current conference, and establishing long connection between the participant client and the current conference;
acquiring the running data of the target conference in real time in the process that the client of the participant enters the current conference;
analyzing and judging whether the trigger condition is matched according to the running data of the target conference;
and if the trigger conditions are matched, notifying the participant client, and displaying the information that the trigger conditions are successfully matched on the current conference interface of the participant client, or directly switching to the target conference by the system.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the meeting event triggering and notifying method further comprises the following steps when executed by the processor:
storing the triggering condition, the identification information of the target conference and the identification information of the participant client in an event database in an associated manner;
when the running data of the target conference is collected, screening out all trigger conditions related to the target conference from a condition database based on the identification information of the target conference;
traversing all trigger conditions related to the target conference according to the collected operation data, and judging whether the corresponding trigger conditions are matched;
if so, determining the corresponding participant client according to the associated information of the corresponding trigger condition, and notifying the matching success information to the corresponding participant client.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the meeting event triggering and notifying method further comprises the following steps when executed by the processor:
receiving a conference switching instruction of the participant client;
and according to the conference switching instruction, the participant client is withdrawn from the current conference and enters the target conference.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a method program for conference event triggering and notification, which method program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a method for conference event triggering and notification as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
