Abstract
一种无线电接收设备,有一个主接收机(10)和一个分集式接收机(12)。主接收机和分集式接收机由一个抑制逻辑电路(34)连接起来。逻辑电路(34)的作用是将抑制信号加到任一接收机上以降低该接收机的灵敏度,从而防止接收机的滤波器因收到的信号较强而持续振铃。
Description
本发明涉及无线电接收设备。
象GSM/PCN(成群移动/个人通信网络)之类的无线电系统,通过在连续的各时隙中发送分离的信息脉冲串,用时分多扯联接(TDMA)在单一的射频信道传送几个信道的信息。基地台从几个不同的移动电话手机收到这类传输时,某些信号可能比其它信号强得多。这些信号会使基地台接收机中的滤波器“振铃”(即持续地振动),从而使其后的时隙中仍然有信号能量。这会使弱信号在其后的时隙中受阻,从而使系统性能变坏。这就是时域中毗邻信道的干扰现象。
本发明提供一种利用这类系统中经常都有的分集式接收机来减小这类干扰影响的方法。
本发明的无线电接收设备包括一个主接收机、一个分集式接收机和接收机灵敏度调节装置,用以根据基中一个接收机所收到的信号强度以改变另一个接收机的灵敏度。
所述调节装置最好这样工作:主接收机收到的信号强度超过预定阈值时降低分集式接收机的灵敏度,分集式接收机收到的信号强度超过预定的阈值时降低主接收机的灵敏度。
本发明的无线电接收设备可以采用使用多个时隙的时分多址联接以构制所收到信息的帧,再由所述调节装置降低各时隙终端部分的灵敏度,从而防止相应接收机的滤波器在下一个时隙振铃。
因此,本发明的基本原理是这样的:当知道要有强信号出现时,由于预期主接收机中会有足够的信号,因而分集式接收机促成性能变坏的可能性较小。这样,在发送强信号的过程中有可能降低分集式接收机的灵敏度,从而在下一个时隙可以恢复其灵敏度,而且可以在强信号仍在滤波器振铃的情况下该接收机可以用以接收弱信号,而不致损害有关的灵敏度。
显然,这个过程是对称的,即分集式接收机中的强信号会降低主接收机的灵敏度。这里需要适当的逻辑电路来确定是否需要和什么时候需要根据各接收机中的信号电平来降低这个或那个收信机的灵敏度。
这样,应该有可能减小毗邻(时间)信道的干扰。
本发明无线电接收机的最佳实施例包括两个接收机:一个主接收机和一个分集式接收机。各收信机的增益应控制得使其达到以下的目的:首先,和通常的接收机一样在检波器提供恒定的信号电平;其次,当时隙中的信号强度足以使主接收机充分收信时降低分集式接收机的灵敏度。
现在参看附图举例说明本发明的无线电接收设备。附图示出了无线电接收设备的方框电路图。
本发明的无线电接收设备装在基地台中,它包括一个主接收机10和一个分集式接收机12。主接收路径包括主接收天线14、自动增益控制电路16、滤波器18和检波器20,检波器20的输出馈给另一个自动增益控制电路22。分集接收路径包括分集式天线24和对应于主接收路径的各相应元件16、18、20和22的元件26、28、30和32。
主接收路径与分集接收路径由灵敏度抑制逻辑电路34连接起来,逻辑电路34接收AGC(自动增益控制)22和32来的电平信号,在某些情况下将抑制信号(即减小灵敏度的信号)馈给主接收机和分集式接收机。
本发明的无线电接收设备采用TDMA,因而收到的信息都包含在一系列的时隙中,八个这类时隙形成一个帧。来自不同移动手机的信息在基地台是在不同的时隙中接收下来的。举例说,较近的手机可能在时隙1给基地台发送信息,提供的信号较强,较远的手机可能在时隙2给基地台发送信息,提供的信号较弱。
为避免接收机中的滤波器因较近基地台的强信号而振铃的问题,抑制逻辑电路降低其中一个接收机的灵敏度,使该接收机在灵敏度下降的情况下不再振铃,从而可以在保真度较高的情况下检测时隙2中的弱信号。
各时隙开始之后不久,抑制逻辑电路34就监控主接收机和分集式接收机中的信号电平。为此,定时信号36馈到抑制逻辑电路上。若两接收机任一个接收机中的信号电平超过预定阈值,抑制逻辑电路34就用抑制信号来降低另一个接收机在剩余时隙中的灵敏度,从而避免振铃,并使另一个接收机在以后的时隙中检测较弱的信号。
举例说,当主接收机中检测出的信号电平超过阈值时,抑制信号就发送给分集式接收机12,以保护分集式接收机的滤波器使其不致因强信号而在下一个时隙中继续振铃。相反,当分集式接收机中的信号电平超过预定电平时,抑制信号就送至主接收机10。
Claims (4)
1.一种无线电接收设备,其特征在于,它包括一个主接收机、一个分集式接收机和灵敏度调节装置,该调节装置用以根据其中一个接收机收到的信号强度改变另一接收机的灵敏度。
2.如权利要求1所述的无线电接收设备,其特征在于,所述灵敏度调节装置工作时可以在主接收机收到的信号强度超过预定阈值时降低分集式接收机的灵敏度,在分集式接收机收到的信号强度超过预定的阈值时降低主接收机的灵敏度。
3.如权利要求2所述的无线电接收设备,其特征在于,无线电接收设备采用使用多时隙的时分多址联接,以构成所收到信息的一个帧,且所述灵敏度调节装置降低各时隙终端部分的灵敏度,以避免相应接收机的滤波器在以后的时隙中振铃。
4.如以上任一权利要求所述的无线电接收设备,其特征在于,该设备装设在无线电话系统的基地台中。
