Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the above-described figures, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the terms so used are interchangeable under appropriate circumstances and are merely illustrative of the manner in which the embodiments of the application described herein have been described for objects of the same nature.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, some technical terms related to the present application are described below.
The transactions made by civil airlines with freight sales agent companies typically require confirmation of the identity of the other party. Each airline has a set of own numbering for the trucking agent, but the same trucking agent typically serves multiple airlines, so the same trucking agent may have multiple sets of numbers, and different trucking agents may repeat numbering between different airlines. This duplication of numbering is detrimental to transactions between multiple trucking agents and multiple airlines via the same in-industry platform.
In the case that the repeated number affects the identification of both transaction sides, the number can be renumbered for a freight transportation sales agency company or the existing number can be expanded, for example, a unified non-repeated number is added before the number, so that the repeated number is changed into a non-repeated number, but the scheme needs that the airline company and the freight transportation sales agency company both accept a new set of coding rules again, and the implementation difficulty is high. And require airlines and freight sales enterprises to reestablish transactions according to new codes, which is costly to retrofit to existing systems.
In view of this, the present application provides a method for identifying enterprise users in transactions, which is applied to a business transaction platform, and the business transaction platform may be software, where the software may be deployed in a computer cluster in a centralized or distributed manner. The business transaction platform can also be hardware, and the hardware is used for enabling both business transaction parties to conduct transactions.
Specifically, when the platform receives a registration request of an enterprise user, generating an organization code capable of representing the identity of the enterprise for the enterprise, wherein the organization code is associated with a business data relation, the business data relation comprises contract codes respectively corresponding to the enterprise and different enterprises, the enterprise is a freight sales agency company or an airline company, when the individual registration user logs in the business transaction platform, the organization code corresponding to the enterprise to which the individual user belongs is acquired, according to a transaction object selected by the individual user, the contract codes for transactions between the enterprise to which the individual user belongs and the transaction object are acquired through the business data relation, and the individual user sends a transaction request comprising the contract codes to the transaction object, so that the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs through the contract codes.
Next, an enterprise user identification method in a transaction provided in an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to the flow chart of the enterprise user identification method in a transaction shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s102: when a personal user registered by the business transaction platform logs in the business transaction platform, an organization code corresponding to an enterprise to which the personal user belongs is obtained.
When the enterprise user registers an account number in the business transaction platform, the platform automatically generates a unique number, namely an organization code, for the enterprise user. Basic information of the units, such as enterprise names, enterprise codes, enterprise tax numbers, business registration information, etc., may be included in the organization code of the enterprise user. The information belongs to basic information of enterprise users, and does not change along with the change of transaction objects of the enterprise users. Wherein the basic information of the units can be stored in the form of a data table and presented for the user.
The organization code of an enterprise may associate business data relationships, including the enterprise with which the enterprise conducts business transactions and corresponding agreement codes. Further, the business data relationship may include a business function configuration of both parties, wherein the business data relationship of the enterprise is commonly confirmed by both parties.
For example, when registering an enterprise user as a trucking agent, it is desirable to follow the conventions of different airlines for trucking agents in the course of transactions made by the trucking agent with the airlines for enterprise user identification.
As shown in fig. 2, taking the freight agent a as an example, the freight agent may respectively trade with the airline a, the airline B and the airline C, and the corresponding contract code with the airline a (abbreviated as airline in the figure) is 123, the contract code with the airline B is 123 and the contract code with the airline C is 456. The association data relationship comprises contracted codes respectively corresponding to transactions of the freight agent with the airlines A, B and C.
When the freight agent A needs to add the airline A as a transaction object and the transaction code of the airline A is 123, the freight agent can identify the airline through the two-word code or the three-word code of the airline, the corresponding transaction code 123 is added, the airline A receives the operation prompt of the freight agent A, the identity of the freight agent A is checked, and the basic information of the freight agent A can be checked. And after confirming that the transaction object and the transaction code are correct, realizing confirmation, and successfully adding the airline company A as the transaction object by the freight transportation agent A, wherein the corresponding transaction code is 123. And when the airline company A finds that the identity information is wrong, denial is carried out, and the freight forwarder A adds the airline company A as a transaction object and fails to correspond to the transaction code 123.
Freight agent a may add transaction object airline B, and appointment code 123, transaction object airline C, corresponding to appointment code 456, in the same manner.
The enterprise user may be a freight agent company or an airline company. Different airlines have different codes for their freight sales agent companies.
As shown in fig. 2, for example, the airline a can respectively trade with the freight agent a, the freight agent B, and the freight agent C, and the corresponding contract code with the freight agent a is 123, the contract code with the freight agent B is 234, and the contract code with the freight agent C is 456. The association data relationship comprises contract codes respectively corresponding to transactions of the airline company A, the freight agent B and the freight agent C.
When the airline company a needs to add the freight agent a as a transaction object and the transaction code of the freight agent a is 123, the airline company can identify the freight agent by the business registration information, the business registration name and the like of the freight agent, and add the corresponding transaction code 123, and the freight agent a receives the operation prompt of the airline company a to check the identity of the airline company a, and can check the basic information of the airline company a. After confirming that the transaction object and the transaction code are correct, the confirmation is realized, and the airline company A successfully adds the freight transportation agent A as the transaction object, and the corresponding transaction code is 123. And when the freight agent A finds that the identity information is wrong, denial is carried out, and the airline A adds the freight agent A as a transaction object and fails to correspond to the transaction code 123.
The airline a may add the transaction object freight forwarder B and the appointment code 234 in the same way, the transaction object freight forwarder C corresponding to the appointment code 456.
In fig. 2, the enterprise user takes a freight agent as an example, specifically, a freight agent a, a freight agent B, and a freight agent C, corresponding organization codes are A, B and C, respectively, and the associated business data includes contract codes corresponding to transactions performed by the corresponding freight agents with different airlines, respectively. Correspondingly, the enterprise user may also be an airline.
When a registered individual user logs in the platform, an organization code corresponding to an enterprise to which the user belongs is acquired, and the organization code can characterize the data authority of the user. For example, the individual user can query billing information, transaction information, etc. corresponding to the business to which the individual user belongs.
S104: the personal user selects a transaction object, and obtains the agreed code of the business to which the personal user belongs for transaction with the transaction object through the business data relationship.
When the individual user needs to conduct the transaction, selecting a transaction object, and determining the data authority of the individual user by the platform according to the organization codes of the enterprises to which the individual user belongs. The platform obtains the appointed code of the transaction with the selected transaction object according to the transaction object selected by the individual user and the business data relation corresponding to the organization code of the enterprise.
As shown in fig. 2, the enterprise to which the individual user belongs is a freight agent C, the platform obtains an organization code C corresponding to the enterprise to which the individual user belongs, the individual user selects an airline B as a transaction object, and the business data relationship associated with the organization code obtains a contract code 234 for the transaction between the freight agent C and the airline B.
The personal user selects a transaction object in an interface provided by a business transaction platform, the platform can automatically read business data relation of an enterprise to which the personal user belongs, and an enterprise name and a contract code with the business data relation are provided in a drop-down menu, so that the transaction object can be conveniently selected.
The individual user can view the bill transacted with the transaction object through the contract code transacted with the transaction object of the enterprise to which the individual user belongs.
S106: the individual user sends information to the transaction object, the information comprising a contract code, so that the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs through the contract code.
The personal user obtains the appointment code of the selected transaction object, then sends information comprising the appointment code to the transaction object, and the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs according to the appointment code.
The information may be a bill file, so as to realize bill transmission, or may be claim and issue of an aviation freight bill, or collect payment, etc., and the information may be any information in aviation freight, which is not limited herein.
