Detailed Description
The scheme in the embodiments provided in the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the present application.
The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the terms so used are interchangeable under appropriate circumstances and are merely descriptive of the various embodiments of the application and how objects of the same nature can be distinguished.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, some technical terms related to the present application are described below.
Transactions between a civil airline and a freight sales agent typically require verification of the identity of the other party. Each airline has a self-organizing set of numbers for the freight sales agent within it, but the same freight sales agent typically serves multiple airlines, and thus the same freight sales agent may have multiple sets of numbers, and the numbers for different freight sales agents may be repeated between different airlines. This duplication of numbering is not conducive to multiple freight sales agent companies transacting with multiple airlines through the same intra-industry platform.
For the situation that the repeated numbering affects the identification of both parties of the transaction, the freight sales agent company can be numbered again, or the existing numbering is expanded, for example, a uniform non-repeated numbering is added before the numbering, so that the repeated numbering becomes the non-repeated numbering, but the scheme requires that both the airline company and the freight sales agent company receive a new set of coding rules again, and the implementation difficulty is high. And the airline company and the freight selling enterprise are required to reestablish the transaction according to the new codes, so that the reconstruction cost of the existing system is high.
In view of this, the present application provides a method for identifying an enterprise user in a transaction, where the method is applied to a business transaction platform, and the business transaction platform may be software, and the software may be deployed in a computer cluster in a centralized or distributed manner. The business transaction platform can also be hardware which is used for enabling business transaction parties to carry out transaction.
Specifically, when the platform receives a registration request of an enterprise user, an organization code capable of representing the identity of the enterprise is generated for the enterprise, the organization code is associated with a business data relationship, wherein the business data relationship comprises appointment codes respectively corresponding to the enterprise when the enterprise transacts with different enterprises, the enterprises are freight sales agent companies or airlines, when a personal registered user logs in the business transaction platform, the organization code corresponding to the enterprise to which the personal user belongs is obtained, the appointment code for transacting between the enterprise to which the personal user belongs and the transaction object is obtained through the business data relationship according to the transaction object selected by the personal user, and the personal user sends a transaction request comprising the appointment code to the transaction object, so that the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs through the appointment code.
Next, a method for identifying an enterprise user in a transaction provided by an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for identifying an enterprise user in a transaction is shown, the method comprising the steps of:
s102: when a personal user registered in the business transaction platform logs in the business transaction platform, an organization code corresponding to an enterprise to which the personal user belongs is obtained.
When an enterprise user registers an account number in a business transaction platform, the platform automatically generates a unique number, namely an organization code, for the enterprise user. The organization code of the enterprise user may include basic information of the organization, such as an enterprise name, an enterprise code number, an enterprise tax number, business registration information, and the like. The information belongs to basic information of the enterprise user and does not change along with the change of a transaction object of the enterprise user. Wherein, the basic information of the unit can be stored in a data table form and presented for the user.
An organization code for an enterprise may be associated with a business data relationship, including the enterprise with which the business is transacted and a corresponding commitment code. Further, the business data relationship may include business function configurations of both parties, wherein the business data relationship of the enterprise is confirmed by both parties.
For example, when the registered enterprise user is a forwarder, the enterprise user identification may need to be performed following the agreement of different airlines for the forwarder during the transaction between the forwarder and the airline.
As shown in fig. 2, taking the freight forwarder a as an example, the freight forwarder can perform transactions with an airline a, an airline B, and an airline C, respectively, and the corresponding contract code with the airline (abbreviated as airline driver in the figure) a is 123, the contract code with the airline B is 123, and the contract code with the airline C is 456. The associated data relationship includes an appointment code corresponding to the respective transaction of the forwarder with airline a, airline B, and airline C.
When the freight forwarder A needs to add the airline A as a transaction object and the transaction code of the freight forwarder A is 123, the freight forwarder can identify the airline through the two-character code or the three-character code of the airline, add the corresponding transaction code 123, and the airline A receives the operation prompt of the freight forwarder A, checks the identity of the freight forwarder A and specifically can check the basic information of the freight forwarder A. And when the transaction object and the transaction code are confirmed to be correct, the confirmation is realized, the freight transport agent A successfully adds the airline company A as the transaction object, and the corresponding transaction code is 123. And when the airline company A finds that the identity information is wrong, denying, wherein the freight transport agent A adds the airline company A as a transaction object, and the corresponding transaction code is 123 failure.
The forwarder a may add the transaction object airline B and the appointment code 123, and the transaction object airline C by the same method, corresponding to the appointment code 456.
The enterprise user may be a forwarder or an airline. Different airlines have different codes for their freight sales agent.
As shown in fig. 2, taking an airline a as an example, the airline can make transactions with a forwarder a, a forwarder B, and a forwarder C, respectively, and the contract code with the forwarder a is 123, the contract code with the forwarder B is 234, and the contract code with the forwarder C is 456. The associated data relationship includes an appointment code corresponding to the respective transaction of the airline A with the forwarder A, the forwarder B, and the forwarder C.
When the airline company A needs to add the freight forwarder A as a transaction object and the transaction code of the freight forwarder A is 123, the airline company can identify the freight forwarder through the industrial and commercial registration information, the industrial and commercial registration name and the like of the freight forwarder, add the corresponding transaction code 123, and the freight forwarder A receives the operation prompt of the airline company A, checks the identity of the airline company A and specifically can check the basic information of the airline company A. And when the transaction object and the transaction code are confirmed to be correct, the confirmation is realized, the air company A successfully adds the freight forwarder A as the transaction object, and the corresponding transaction code is 123. And when the freight forwarder A finds that the identity information is wrong, denying, wherein the airline company A adds the freight forwarder A as a transaction object and the corresponding transaction code is 123 failure.
The airline A can add the transaction object freight forwarder B, and the appointment code 234, the transaction object freight forwarder C, by the same method, corresponding to the appointment code 456.
The enterprise users in fig. 2 take a freight forwarder as an example, specifically, a freight forwarder a, a freight forwarder B, and a freight forwarder C, the corresponding organization codes are A, B and C, respectively, and the associated service data includes appointment codes corresponding to transactions between the corresponding freight forwarder and different airlines, respectively. Correspondingly, the enterprise user may also be an airline.
When the registered individual user logs in the platform, acquiring an organization code corresponding to the enterprise to which the user belongs, wherein the organization code can represent the data authority of the user. For example, the individual user can inquire the corresponding billing information, transaction information, and the like of the enterprise to which the individual user belongs.
S104: and selecting a transaction object by the individual user, and acquiring an appointed code for the transaction between the enterprise to which the individual user belongs and the transaction object through the business data relationship.
When the individual user needs to carry out transaction, the transaction object is selected, and the platform determines the data authority of the individual user according to the organization code of the enterprise to which the individual user belongs. And the platform acquires an appointed code transacted with the selected transaction object through the business data relation corresponding to the organization code of the enterprise according to the transaction object selected by the individual user.
As shown in fig. 2, the enterprise to which the individual user belongs is a freight forwarder C, the platform acquires an organization code C corresponding to the enterprise to which the individual user belongs, the individual user selects an airline B as a transaction object, and a business data relationship associated with the organization code acquires an agreement code 234 for the transaction between the freight forwarder C and the airline B.
The individual user selects the transaction object in the interface provided by the business transaction platform, the platform can automatically read the business data relationship of the enterprise to which the individual user belongs, and the enterprise name and the appointed code which have the business data relationship with the enterprise are provided in the pull-down menu, so that the transaction object can be conveniently selected.
The individual user can view the bill transacting with the transaction object through the appointed code of the enterprise to which the individual user belongs and transacts with the transaction object.
S106: the individual user sends information to the transaction object, wherein the information comprises an appointed code, so that the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs through the appointed code.
The individual user acquires an appointed code of the selected transaction object, then information including the appointed code is sent to the transaction object, and the transaction object identifies the enterprise to which the user belongs according to the appointed code.
The information may be a bill file to transfer a bill, the information may also be a claim and issue of an air freight bill, or a collection and payment, and the information may be any information in the air freight, which is not limited herein.
