Step 202, determining whether the first user belongs to a first type of user according to the first login information.
After receiving the first login information, the server may determine whether the first user belongs to a first type of user according to the first login information. In this embodiment, the server may divide different users into different types according to functions of the different users, for example, a user in charge of information configuration is a first type user, and a user in charge of information input is a second type user; different users can be divided into different types according to the regions where the different users are located, for example, users in Beijing region are first type users, users in other province regions are second type users, and the like.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the server may determine whether the first user belongs to the first type of user according to the following steps not shown in fig. 1:
determining the user authority of the first user according to the corresponding relation between the preset login information and the user authority; and determining whether the first user belongs to a first type of user according to the user authority.
In this implementation manner, different users may be preset to have different permissions, for example, a first type user has a configuration permission, a second type user has an input permission, and a third type user has an audit permission. When the server sets the corresponding relationship, the server can set the corresponding relationship between the login information and the user authority according to the login information of the user. After receiving the first login information, the server may determine the user right of the first user according to a preset corresponding relationship between the login information and the user right, and then determine whether the first user belongs to the first type of user according to the user right.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the login information may further include a user name. The server may also determine whether the first user belongs to a first type of user according to the following steps not shown in fig. 1:
and determining whether the first user belongs to a first type user or not according to the preset corresponding relation between the user name and the user type.
The server can also preset different user names corresponding to different user types, and then determine whether the first user belongs to the first type user according to the corresponding relation.
Step 203, responding to that the first user belongs to the first type user, and outputting a preset information configuration page to the first user.
After determining that the first user belongs to the first type of user, the server may output a preset information configuration page to the first user. The information configuration page may include at least one information edit list for configuring information for a desired second type of user input. For example, when a second type of user is required to enter a budget for a machine resource, the above-described edit list of information may include a server budget, a bandwidth budget, and the like.
And step 204, receiving the editing information of the first user to the information editing list.
The first user may edit the information edit list, where the editing may include operations such as adding, deleting, and modifying content in the information edit list. The editing information may include the content modified by the first user, for example, which part of the content is added; but also the time of the modification, etc.
And step 205, generating an information input page based on the editing information, and outputting the information input page to the second type user.
After receiving the editing information, the server can generate an information input page based on the editing information, and then send the information input page to a second type user, and the second type user can input information in the information input page after logging in, so that information collection is realized.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the method for outputting an information page according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, the user 301 first enters login information, which may include a username and password, in a page 3011 displayed by the terminal. The server determines that the user 301 belongs to the first type of user according to the login information, outputs an information configuration page 3012 to the terminal, and the user 301 edits the information configuration page 3012. After receiving the edit information, the server creates an information input page 3021, and the user 302 inputs information on the information input page 3021 after logging in, thereby completing information collection.
The method for outputting the information page provided by the above embodiment of the application includes first receiving login information of a user, then determining whether the user belongs to a first type of user according to the login information, and when the user belongs to the first type of user, outputting a preset information configuration page to the user, where the information configuration page includes at least one information edit list for configuring information that needs to be input by a second type of user, then receiving edit information of the information edit list by the user, and finally generating an information input page based on the edit information, and outputting the information input page to the second type of user. The method of the embodiment allows the first type user to configure the information input by the second type user, and by the information collection mode, the efficiency of information collection is effectively improved, and the time cost is saved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the information configuration page may include a first information edit list and a second information edit list, where the first information edit list is used to indicate information categories, and the second information edit list is used to indicate information subcategories included in a single information category. The generation of the information input page based on the editing information in step 205 described above may include the following steps not shown in fig. 2:
taking each item in the first information edit list as a primary label, and taking each item in the second information edit list as a secondary label; determining the edited primary label and the edited secondary label according to the editing information of the creative user on the first information editing list and/or the second information editing list; generating a label catalog according to the edited primary label and the edited secondary label; and displaying the label list on an information input page.
In this implementation manner, each item in the first information edit list may be used as a primary label, and each item in the second information edit list may be used as a secondary label. It is understood that each primary label may or may not include a plurality of secondary labels. And determining each primary label and each secondary label included in the edited first information edit list and/or second information edit list according to the edit information of the first information edit list and/or second information edit list by the first user. And generating a label catalog according to the edited primary labels and the edited secondary labels. In the above tag directory, each primary tag including the secondary tags may be converted by being expanded and contracted by clicking. The server may display the generated tag list on the information input page. Therefore, the second type user can quickly input corresponding information in the information input page by clicking the label catalogue, and the information input efficiency is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, each secondary tag may further include a plurality of fields, and each field represents specific information of the information subcategory. For example, the primary label is "server budget" which includes two secondary labels, respectively "continental region demand" and "overseas region demand". The continental area requirement includes a plurality of fields, which are respectively a machine room and an operator, and are respectively used for explaining the machine room needing the server and the operator supporting the server.
With continued reference to FIG. 4, a flow 400 of another embodiment of a method for outputting a page of information in accordance with the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the method for outputting an information page of the present embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 401, receiving second login information of a second user.
The server may receive login information of a plurality of users, in this embodiment, the second user refers to a user different from the first user in the embodiment shown in fig. 2. The second login information is login information corresponding to the second user, which is not substantially different from the first login information and may include a user name and a password.
And 402, determining whether the second user belongs to the second type user or not according to the second login information.
The server may determine whether the second user belongs to a second type of user based on the second login information. The specific confirmation method may be the same as or different from the confirmation method in step 202.
Step 403, in response to that the second user belongs to the second type of user and that the second user clicks any one of the primary labels in the label directory is detected, determining whether the user right of the second user corresponds to the clicked primary label according to a preset correspondence relationship between the primary label and the user right.
When the server determines that the second user belongs to the second type user and simultaneously detects that the second user clicks any one primary label in the label list displayed in the information input page, whether the user authority of the second user corresponds to the primary label clicked by the second user can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the preset primary label and the user authority. In this embodiment, the server may preset different users having different input permissions, for example, only users in the beijing area may input a certain type of information, and only users in the Chengdu area may input another type of information, so that the corresponding relationship between different primary labels and different user permissions is set.
Step 404, in response to the user right of the second user corresponding to the clicked primary label, a secondary label is expanded on the information input page.
And when the user right of the second user corresponds to the clicked primary label, unfolding the secondary label contained in the clicked primary label on the information input page. Therefore, misoperation of the second-type user on each first-level label is prevented, and the phenomenon of information input error is avoided.
According to the method for outputting the information page, provided by the embodiment of the application, the label catalogue is displayed on the information input page, so that a second-type user can be quickly positioned to the information needing to be input, and the information input efficiency is improved; meanwhile, by setting the corresponding relation between the user permission and different first-level labels in the label catalogue, misoperation of the second-type user on each first-level label is prevented.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the information input page further includes a submit button for submitting the input information after the second type user completes information input on the information input page. The above method may further comprise the following steps not shown in fig. 4:
in response to the fact that the clicking operation of the second type user on the submission button is detected, an information auditing page is generated according to the information input by the second type user; and outputting an information auditing page to the third type of users.
The second type of user may submit the information after entering the completion information. The server can generate an information auditing page according to the information input by the second type of users, and then sends the information auditing page to the third type of users. The third type of user may review the information entered by the second type of user. It is understood that the third type of user may be an auditor of a department, a responsible person of a business, etc., and different third type of users may have different permissions, for example, a responsible person of a department may only audit information input by a second type of user of the department.
With continued reference to FIG. 5, a flow 500 of yet another embodiment of a method for outputting an information page in accordance with the present application is shown. In this embodiment, the information review page may include a confirm button and a reject button, where the confirm button is used to confirm the information input by the second type of user, and the reject button is used to reject the information input by the second type of user. As shown in fig. 5, the method for outputting an information page of the present embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 501, receiving third login information of a third user.
Step 502, determining whether the third user belongs to a third type user according to the third login information.
Step 503, in response to that the third user belongs to the third type user and that the click operation of the third user on the information input by each second type user in the information review page is detected, expanding the clicked information.
In this embodiment, since the number of the second type users may be greater than the number of the third type users, each third type user may check information input by a plurality of second type users, and for convenience of display, specific information input by each second type user may be folded in the information check page. When the server determines that the third user belongs to the third type user and simultaneously detects the click operation of the third user on the information input by each second type user in the information auditing page, the clicked information is expanded so as to be convenient for checking the information input by the second type user in more detail. When the information is expanded, the information can be displayed in a new window or a window where the current page is located.
And step 504, responding to the detection of the clicking operation of the confirmation button or the rejection button, and generating an auditing result of the clicked information.
After clicking the information input by a certain second type user, the third type user indicates that the third type user needs to check the clicked information. In this way, when the server detects the operation of the confirmation button or the rejection button by the third type user, the result of the verification of the clicked information by the third type user can be generated. It will be appreciated that the above described audit results may include validating the entered information and rejecting the entered information.
And step 505, sending the auditing result to a second type user inputting the clicked information.
After the verification result is generated, the server can send the verification result to a second type user who inputs the information, so that the second type user can check the verification result in time after logging in, and the input information is modified.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps not shown in fig. 5:
and counting information input by the second type of users confirmed by the third type of users in response to the first user belonging to the first type of users.
The first type user can count the information confirmed by the third type user so as to collect accurate information.
