Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a first embodiment of the offline consumption management system according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an offline consumption management system, which is applied to the offline consumption management method described above, and the offline consumption management system includes: an offline consumption module 10 and a consumption management module 20.
The offline consumption module 10 is configured to allow the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption when network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, and register a target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal as an offline transaction.
It should be noted that, an execution main body of the offline consumption management method may be an offline consumption management system, the offline consumption management system may include an offline consumption module and a consumption management module that are sequentially connected, in a specific implementation, the offline consumption management system may be an offline consumption management device, the offline consumption module and the consumption management module may be internal processing devices of the offline consumption management device, the offline consumption module may also be scanning devices of consumption certificates that work independently, the consumption management module may be a computer device that works independently, and this embodiment is not limited.
It is easy to understand that the consumption terminal can be a smart park payment system terminal based on an internet electronic account, and the consumption terminal supports payment modes such as using a binding employee card or opening a two-dimensional code. When the garden user consumes in wisdom garden, every garden user all has the personal consumption terminal that corresponds with self. When a user in a park pays by adopting a personal consumption terminal, the personal consumption terminal is taken as a target consumption terminal, and the target consumption terminal and an offline consumption management system perform online transaction by default. The consumption management module 20 is configured to obtain a transaction type of the offline transaction when the network communication is recovered to be normal.
It should be understood that, when the network communication is recovered to normal, the offline consumption management system may upload the offline transaction that is cached when the online is not performed to the background processing system of the consumption management module, and the background processing system acquires the transaction type of the offline transaction, so as to perform subsequent charging according to the transaction type. The transaction type may include an employee card or a two-dimensional code, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
The consumption management module 20 is further configured to determine whether the consumption certificate corresponding to the transaction type is abnormal.
It can be understood that, when the transaction type is employee card transaction, the corresponding consumption certificate is the employee card, and whether the consumption certificate is abnormal or not is judged, that is, whether the employee card is successfully bound or not is judged. And when the transaction type is two-dimension code transaction, the corresponding consumption voucher is a two-dimension code, whether the consumption voucher is abnormal or not is judged, namely whether the two-dimension code is the two-dimension code generated by the offline consumption management system or not is judged, and if the two-dimension code is the two-dimension code generated by the offline consumption management system, whether the two-dimension code is verified and destroyed or not is also required to be verified. By judging whether the consumption voucher is abnormal or not, the transaction which is paid successfully is judged and processed again, the phenomenon of repeated fee deduction is avoided, and the service quality of the park and the user experience of the park are improved.
The consumption management module 20 is further configured to perform deduction processing on the offline transaction if the consumption certificate is normal, so as to complete offline consumption.
It is easy to understand that the consumption voucher normally corresponds to the employee card which is successfully bound or the two-dimension code is not verified and destroyed, and the offline consumption management system can perform deduction processing on the offline transaction to realize the offline consumption of the intelligent park.
In the embodiment, when the network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, the target consumption terminal is allowed to perform offline consumption, the target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal is registered as the offline transaction, when the network communication is recovered to be normal, the transaction type of the offline transaction is acquired, whether the consumption certificate corresponding to the transaction type is abnormal or not is judged, and if the consumption certificate is normal, the offline transaction is subjected to deduction processing so as to complete the offline consumption. Through when network communication is unusual, allow target consumption terminal to carry out off-line consumption to make the garden user pay in advance, carry out the processing of making up after the network communication is normal again, realize the off-line consumption of wisdom garden, improved the quality of service and the garden user experience in garden.
In one implementation, the offline consumption module 10 is further configured to, when network communication between a target consumption terminal and an offline consumption management system is abnormal, obtain a consumption certificate, determine whether the consumption certificate is bound to a user side corresponding to the target consumption terminal, allow the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption if the consumption certificate is bound to the user side, register a target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal as an offline transaction, detect network communication according to a preset cycle time, and store the offline transaction into a to-be-processed transaction queue if the detection result is that the network communication is abnormal, so that when the network communication is recovered to be normal, perform offline consumption management on the offline transaction according to a storage order of the to-be-processed transaction queue.
In an implementation, the consumption management module 20 is further configured to obtain a transaction type of the offline transaction when the offline transaction is an unprocessed order, determine whether the target consumption terminal is a registered terminal if the offline transaction is an unprocessed order, and obtain the transaction type of the offline transaction if the target consumption terminal is a registered terminal.
In one implementation, the consumption management module 20 is further configured to determine whether an account balance corresponding to the offline transaction is greater than or equal to a consumption amount corresponding to the offline transaction when the consumption certificate is normal, and perform deduction processing on the offline transaction if the account balance is greater than or equal to the consumption amount, so as to complete offline consumption.
In one implementation, the consumption management module 20 is further configured to register the offline transaction as an abnormal transaction when the consumption certificate is abnormal, acquire consumption information and abnormal type information of the abnormal transaction, perform abnormality detection according to the consumption information and the abnormal type information, and obtain abnormality detection information, so that the offline consumption management system performs update and repair according to the abnormality detection information.
In one implementation, the consumption management module 20 is further configured to generate a rebate notification message when the account balance is less than the consumption amount, send the rebate notification message to a user side corresponding to the target consumption terminal, so that the user side charges the account balance, register the offline transaction as an arrear transaction, obtain an arrear time of the arrear transaction, and perform rebate processing on the arrear transaction when the arrear time is greater than or equal to a preset rebate time, so as to complete offline consumption.
Other embodiments or specific implementation methods of the offline consumption management system according to the present invention may refer to the above method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It should be understood that the above is only an example, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited in any way, and in a specific application, a person skilled in the art may set the technical solution as needed, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

Claims (9)

1. An offline consumption management method, characterized in that the offline consumption management method comprises:
when the network communication between a target consumption terminal and an offline consumption management system is abnormal, allowing the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption, and registering a target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal as an offline transaction;
when the network communication is recovered to be normal, acquiring the transaction type of the off-line transaction;
judging whether the consumption voucher corresponding to the transaction type is abnormal or not;
if the consumption certificate is normal, performing compensation processing on the offline transaction to finish offline consumption;
when the network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, the method for allowing the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption comprises the following steps:
when the network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, acquiring a consumption certificate;
judging whether the consumption certificate is bound with a user side corresponding to the target consumption terminal;
if the consumption certificate is bound with the user side, allowing the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption;
the consumption certificate is an employee card bound with the offline consumption management system or a two-dimensional code generated by the offline consumption management system.
2. The offline consumption management method of claim 1, wherein after allowing the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption and registering a target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal as an offline transaction when network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, further comprising:
detecting the network communication according to a preset cycle time;
and if the detection result is that the network communication is abnormal, storing the offline transaction into a transaction queue to be processed, so that the offline transaction is subjected to offline consumption management according to the storage sequence of the transaction queue to be processed when the network communication is recovered to be normal.
3. The offline consumption management method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein said obtaining the transaction type of the offline transaction when the network communication is restored to normal comprises:
when the network communication is recovered to be normal, judging whether the offline transaction is an unprocessed order;
and if the offline transaction is an unprocessed order, acquiring the transaction type of the offline transaction.
4. The offline consumption management method of claim 3, wherein said obtaining the transaction type of said offline transaction if said offline transaction is an unprocessed order comprises:
if the offline transaction is an unprocessed order, judging whether the target consumption terminal is a registered terminal;
and if the target consumption terminal is a registered terminal, acquiring the transaction type of the offline transaction.
5. The offline consumption management method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein after determining whether the consumption certificate corresponding to the transaction type is abnormal, the method comprises:
if the consumption voucher is abnormal, registering the offline transaction as an abnormal transaction;
acquiring consumption information and abnormal type information of the abnormal transaction;
and carrying out abnormity detection according to the consumption information and the abnormity type information to obtain abnormity detection information so that the offline consumption management system can update and repair according to the abnormity detection information.
6. The offline consumption management method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the performing a deduction process on the offline transaction to complete offline consumption if the consumption certificate is normal comprises:
if the consumption voucher is normal, judging whether the account balance corresponding to the offline transaction is larger than or equal to the consumption amount corresponding to the offline transaction;
and if the account balance is larger than or equal to the consumption amount, performing deduction processing on the offline transaction to finish offline consumption.

The offline consumption management method according to claim 6, wherein after determining whether the account balance corresponding to the offline transaction is greater than the consumption amount corresponding to the offline transaction if the consumption certificate is normal, the method comprises:
if the account balance is less than the consumption amount, generating deduction compensation notification information;
and sending the deduction supplementing notification information to a user side corresponding to the target consumption terminal so as to enable the user side to supplement the account balance.
8. The offline consumption management method according to claim 7, wherein after sending the rebate notification message to the user terminal corresponding to the target consumption terminal to enable the user terminal to recharge the account balance, the method further comprises:
registering the offline transaction as a arrearage transaction, and acquiring arrearage time of the arrearage transaction;
and when the arrearage time is greater than or equal to the preset deduction time, carrying out deduction processing on the arrearage transaction so as to finish off-line consumption.
9. An offline consumption management system, which is applied to the offline consumption management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the offline consumption management system comprising an offline consumption module and a consumption management module;
the offline consumption module is used for allowing the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption and registering a target transaction corresponding to the target consumption terminal as an offline transaction when network communication between the target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal;
the consumption management module is used for acquiring the transaction type of the off-line transaction when the network communication is recovered to be normal;
the consumption management module is also used for judging whether the consumption voucher corresponding to the transaction type is abnormal or not;
the consumption management module is also used for carrying out deduction supplementing processing on the off-line transaction if the consumption certificate is normal so as to complete off-line consumption;
the offline consumption module is further configured to, when network communication between a target consumption terminal and the offline consumption management system is abnormal, obtain a consumption certificate, determine whether the consumption certificate is bound to a user side corresponding to the target consumption terminal, and allow the target consumption terminal to perform offline consumption if the consumption certificate is bound to the user side;
the consumption certificate is an employee card bound with the offline consumption management system or a two-dimensional code generated by the offline consumption management system.
