And the printing equipment prints the express waybill after receiving the data, and prints the express waybill number in two formats, namely a bar code and a character string.
If the delivery cabinet is full, the screen of the delivery client prompts the user and stops receiving the express delivery.
The sender pays express fee (cash or card swiping) through a sending cash register, after payment is successful, the sending client transmits a payment completion state to the server, the server can store the payment state and payment information, an idle sending unit of the sending cabinet is inquired, then a first empty cabinet is selected to notify the sending client, the sending client controls the sending cabinet to open a cabinet door and change the state of the cabinet door into use, the state is transmitted to the server, the sender puts a parcel and a printed express bill into the cabinet and then closes the cabinet door, and the cabinet door is automatically locked after being closed.
If the payment is not successful, the server transmits the payment status to the mail client, the mail client invites the client to pay again, the payment can be tried for 4 times at most, if the 4 times of payment fail, the flow of the mail is terminated, and the sender is asked to operate the mail again.
The method comprises the steps that a site appoints a distributor to go to a mail cabinet twice every morning and afternoon to get a mail, if the mail cabinet is full, a mail client notifies a server, the server notifies the delivery site client that the mail cabinet is full, the delivery site client inquires the server that the state closest to the mail cabinet is a distributor capable of taking the mail, and sends a notification to a delivery all-in-one machine of the distributor, prompts the distributor to go to the mail cabinet to take the mail, and then distributes task information to the server synchronously. The delivery person arrives and posts and gets the piece behind the cabinet, gets to post through the delivery all-in-one update after the piece is accomplished and posts the cabinet state and accomplish for getting the piece, and the delivery all-in-one passes information to the server application and will post the cabinet state update and accomplish for getting the piece, and the server update is posted the cabinet state and is updated all cabinet door states and be empty to post the cabinet with the result of updating the state.
If the deliverer of the distributed task can not pick up the delivery, the deliverer refuses to pick up the delivery through the delivery all-in-one machine, the server continuously inquires the deliverer (according to the positioning system of the PDA) nearby the delivery point, and then the task is distributed to another deliverer. If there are no dispatchers available to pick up the parts, the server will send a message to the forwarder of the nearby site, which will assign the dispatchers to pick up the parts.
The automatic sending and pickup system provided by the invention also has the function of inquiring express information by a user. The user can inquire express information through the mobile phone number. The specific mode is as follows:
the user inputs the mobile phone number through the web or the app, the server inquires corresponding information of the user, and if the mobile phone number exists, the server sends the verification code to the mobile phone. And after receiving the verification code, the user inputs and submits the verification code through the web or the app. The user query module can verify the verification code, and if the verification code is correct, the express delivery information is returned.
The user can also inquire express information through the express waybill number, and the specific mode is as follows:
the user inputs the express waybill number, the server inquires whether the waybill number is stored, and if the waybill number is stored, express information can be returned.
By the aid of the scheme, express information does not need to be specially input by distribution company personnel, distribution efficiency can be improved, and labor cost can be reduced. In addition, the sender can flexibly select the time for sending the express according to the time of the sender and send the express nearby, so that the express sending experience is greatly improved, and the method is simpler and more convenient. The deliverer receives the express delivery in the mail cabinet is unified, and does not need to go to every sender to get the mail, so that the time and physical strength of the deliverer are saved, and the labor cost and the whole delivery speed are reduced. Express delivery information does not need a courier or an entry person to enter a system manually, and time and labor cost are saved to a great extent.

1. An automatic pickup system comprising:
the server is used for managing the information of the sending cabinet, storing the information of the distribution all-in-one machine and the information corresponding to the distributor and monitoring the position information of the distribution all-in-one machine; when the sending cabinet meets the condition of taking the mail, notifying a delivery site client, and returning the information of a deliverer nearest to the sending cabinet according to the request of the delivery site client;
the delivery site client is used for managing the sending cabinet, requesting the server for the information of a delivery person closest to the sending cabinet after receiving the information that the sending cabinet meets the pickup condition, and notifying the delivery person to pick up the pickup according to the information of the delivery person obtained by the request;
and the distribution all-in-one machine is used for identifying and reporting the position information to the server and carrying out message interaction with the distribution site client.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein:
the mail cabinet information comprises at least one of the following: state information of each sending cabinet, position information of each sending cabinet and last sending time of each sending cabinet; and/or
The pickup condition of the mail cabinet comprises: a predetermined time period elapses from the last pickup time; or the state information of the mail cabinet is full.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein:
the server is also used for managing and monitoring the information and the state of the distribution all-in-one machine; and/or
The distribution all-in-one machine comprises a handheld terminal machine and is used for executing at least one of the following functions: positioning function, receiving a pickup task, inquiring and changing the state of the express bill.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein:
the distribution all-in-one machine is also used for sending a message that the pickup is finished or the pickup cannot be finished to the server; and/or
And map information is set on the distribution all-in-one machine and used for indicating the courier to send the position of the cabinet.
5. An automatic pickup method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server acquires state information of a sending cabinet, informs a delivery site client when the sending cabinet meets a sending condition, and returns the information of a deliverer nearest to the sending cabinet according to a request of the delivery site client, wherein the server manages the information of the sending cabinet, stores information of a delivery all-in-one machine and information of a corresponding courier, and monitors position information of the delivery all-in-one machine; the position information of the distributor is determined by the identification of the distribution all-in-one machine held by the distributor and the position information reported to the distribution all-in-one machine;
after receiving the message that the sending cabinet meets the pickup condition, the client of the delivery site requests the server for the information of the deliverer closest to the sending cabinet, and notifies the deliverer to pick up the pickup according to the information of the deliverer obtained by the request;
and the client of the distribution site reports the information of the completion of the pickup to the server or inquires new information of the distributor again according to the pickup result information returned by the distribution all-in-one machine held by the distributor.
6. An automated mail and pickup system comprising:
the express mail sending client receives a user express mail sending request and acquires the weight of the express mail from the weighing equipment; acquiring an available current waybill number, and transmitting express information and the acquired current waybill number to a server, wherein the express information comprises express weight;
the express delivery cabinet is provided with a plurality of express delivery units for storing express mails, the cabinet doors of the corresponding express delivery units are opened under the control of a client, the cabinet doors of the corresponding express delivery units are closed after express mails pasted with express mail lists are placed in the cabinet doors, and the express mail lists are provided with the express mail information and the waybill numbers;
the weighing equipment is used for acquiring the weight of the express mail;
the printing device is used for printing the express note;
the server is used for storing the state information of the sending cabinet, providing an available waybill number for the sending cabinet, storing the waybill number and corresponding express mail information, storing the information of the distribution all-in-one machine and the information corresponding to a distributor, and monitoring the position information of the distribution all-in-one machine; when the sending cabinet meets the condition of taking the mail, notifying a delivery site client, and returning the information of a deliverer nearest to the sending cabinet according to the request of the delivery site client;
the delivery site client is used for managing the sending cabinet, requesting the server for the information of a delivery person closest to the sending cabinet after receiving the information that the sending cabinet meets the pickup condition, and notifying the delivery person to pick up the pickup according to the information of the delivery person obtained by the request;
and the distribution all-in-one machine is used for identifying and reporting the position information to the server and carrying out message interaction with the distribution site client so that the distribution site client reports the pickup completion or re-inquires new distributor information to the server according to the pickup result information returned by the distribution all-in-one machine held by the distributor.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises:
the payment equipment is used for providing an interface for paying the mailing cost for the user and returning a payment state;
the sending expense is calculated by the sending client, the sending client transmits the payment state of the payment equipment for the current waybill number to a server for storage after receiving the payment state, and the sending client controls the sending cabinet to open a free sending unit cabinet door after the sending expense is paid successfully.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein:
after receiving a user sending request, the sending client determines whether an idle sending unit exists in the sending cabinet or not, and if not, prompts the user that the sending cannot be performed; and/or
And the distribution all-in-one machine sends a message that the pickup is finished or the pickup cannot be finished to the server.
9. A method of automatically sending and retrieving items, comprising:
the method comprises the following steps that a sending client receives a sending request of a user, and obtains the weight of a sent express mail of the user from a weighing device;
the consignment client acquires an available waybill number from a server and transmits the waybill number and the information of the express to the server; meanwhile, the waybill number and the information of the express are transmitted to printing equipment to be printed to obtain an express bill, wherein the information of the express comprises the weight of the express;
the sending client inquires a server about idle sending units in a sending cabinet, and controls the sending cabinet to open a cabinet door of the idle sending units so as to store the express mails pasted with the express mail sheets;
the server updates the state of the sending unit, informs a delivery station client when the sending cabinet meets a sending condition, and returns the information of a deliverer nearest to the sending cabinet according to the request of the delivery station client, wherein the server manages the information of the sending cabinet, stores the information of the delivery all-in-one machine and the information of a corresponding courier, and monitors the position information of the delivery all-in-one machine; the position information of the distributor is determined by the identification of the distribution all-in-one machine held by the distributor and the position information reported to the distribution all-in-one machine;
after receiving the message that the sending cabinet meets the pickup condition, the client of the delivery site requests the server for the information of the deliverer closest to the sending cabinet, and notifies the deliverer to pick up the pickup according to the information of the deliverer obtained by the request;
and the client of the distribution site reports the completion of the pickup or inquires new information of the distributor to the server according to the pickup result information returned by the distribution all-in-one machine held by the distributor.
10. A computer system, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the method of claim 5 or 9.
11. A computer readable storage medium storing executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of claim 5 or 9.
