Background
With the continuous progress of the technology, the types and the number of the devices in the power system are more and more, and the power system is more and more complex. In order to ensure the safe operation of the power system and prevent the potential safety hazard of the power, workers need to check the power system, so that faults can be found in time and the potential safety hazard can be eliminated. In addition, the staff needs to record the inspection process so as to perform inspection normative analysis, fault analysis, system adjustment and the like according to the recorded inspection data, and further guarantee the safe operation of the power system.
In the prior art, a worker records inspection data of a power system in an office document. Whether the violation behaviors exist in the analysis and inspection process or not needs to be manually analyzed for the inspection record data in the office document, the analysis efficiency is low, the violation behaviors in the inspection process cannot be timely found, the fault hidden danger in the power system cannot be timely eliminated, and the operation safety of the power system is influenced.

Fig. 1 is an application environment diagram of a power system inspection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The power system inspection method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the system in the application environment diagram but is not limited to the system. The system comprises a terminal 11 and a server 12.
The terminal 11 is used for sending target checking records, safety assessment values and analysis instructions of target personnel on the power system to the server 12. The target person is a worker who checks the electric power equipment in the electric power system. The server 12 is used for determining violation data of the target personnel within a preset time limit according to the target inspection record; and distributing the safe driving license to the target personnel according to the safety assessment value and obtaining the data corresponding to the safe driving license. After receiving the analysis instruction, the server 12 analyzes the violation data and the data corresponding to the safe driving license to obtain an analysis result, and stores the target inspection record, the violation data and the analysis result in the database. The server 12 is further configured to send warning information to the terminal 11 when the score corresponding to the safe driving license meets a third preset condition. The terminal 11 can display the warning information after receiving the warning information to prompt the target personnel that the violation behaviors exist in the checking process, so that the target personnel can adjust the checking mode in time, the normalization of the checking mode is ensured, and the safety of the power system is improved. The terminal 11 may include, but is not limited to, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a vehicle-mounted computer, a smart wearable device, and the like. The server 12 may include, but is not limited to, an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and is not limited thereto.

In the embodiment, the target inspection record is checked according to the regular inspection record and the spot inspection record, the data input by the target personnel is correct when the check is passed, and the next step is allowed to be skipped. And if the check is not passed, the data input by the target person is wrong, the next step is not allowed to be carried out, the target inspection record which is not passed by the check is deleted, and the target person is reminded to input a new target inspection record.

The power system inspection method is described below with reference to an embodiment, but the method is not limited thereto. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an inspection system of a power system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the power system inspection system 5: including a receiving module 510, a statistics module 520, a storage module 530, and a query module 540.
The receiving module 510 is configured to receive a target inspection record of the power system sent by the terminal for the target person.
And the statistical module 520 is used for determining the violation data of the target personnel within the preset time limit according to the target inspection record.
A storage module 530 for storing the target inspection record and violation data in a database.
And the query module 540 is configured to, when receiving a query request for the target inspection record and the violation data sent by the terminal, search data corresponding to the query request from the database, and send the data corresponding to the query request to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the data corresponding to the query request.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an inspection system of an electrical power system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the power system inspection system 5 further includes: a security driver license module 550, an analysis module 560, and a verification module 570.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the receiving module 510 is configured to receive the safety assessment score of the target person sent by the terminal.
The safe driving license module 550 is used for distributing a corresponding safe driving license to the target person if the safety assessment value meets a first preset condition; the safety driving license represents that the target personnel have the qualification of checking the power system within a preset time limit; each of the safe driver licenses corresponds to a driver license score.
Optionally, the violation data includes the number of violations and the level of violations.
The safe driving license module 550 is further configured to determine a corresponding violation score according to the number of violations and the violation level after determining violation data of the target person within a preset time limit according to the target check record, and subtract the violation score from the driving license score corresponding to the safe driving license of the target person to update the score corresponding to the safe driving license.
The safe driving license module 550 is further configured to log out the safe driving license when the score corresponding to the safe driving license satisfies a second preset condition.
Optionally, the safe driving license module 550 is configured to send warning information to the terminal of the target person and/or the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs when the score corresponding to the safe driving license meets a third preset condition.
Optionally, the safety driving license module 550 is further configured to query the professional knowledge assessment information of the target person in the database before receiving the safety assessment score of the target person sent by the terminal;
and if the professional knowledge assessment information is qualified, skipping to the step of receiving the safety assessment value of the target person sent by the terminal.
Optionally, the analysis module 560 is configured to, when receiving an analysis instruction sent by the terminal, analyze the violation data and the data corresponding to the secure driving license in the database to obtain an analysis result, and return the analysis result to the terminal;
wherein the analysis result comprises at least one of the following items: the proportion of various violation data, the growth trend of violation score of the target person, the violation score sum of the department to which the target person belongs and the growth trend of the violation score sum of the department to which the target person belongs.
Optionally, the storage module 530 is configured to store the data corresponding to the secure driving license and the analysis result in a database;
wherein the target inspection record comprises at least one of: checking time, checking department, checked subject, field type and violation description;
the violation data further includes at least one of: nature of the violation, subject of the violation, specialty of the violation, and form of the violation;
the data corresponding to the safe driving license comprises at least one of the following items: the name of the target person, the corresponding score of the safe driving license and the violation score.
Optionally, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the receiving module 510 is configured to receive the periodic inspection record and the spot inspection record sent by the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs.
Optionally, the checking module 570 is configured to, after receiving the periodic inspection record and the spot inspection record sent by the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs, check the target inspection record according to the periodic inspection record and the spot inspection record, and delete the target inspection record that fails in the check.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a server provided by an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a server 7, where the server 7 of the embodiment includes: a processor 70, a memory 71, and a computer program 72 stored in the memory 71 and executable on the processor 70. The processor 70, when executing the computer program 72, implements the steps in the various embodiments of the power system inspection method described above, such as the steps 201 to 204 shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the processor 70, when executing the computer program 72, implements the functions of the various modules/units in the above-described apparatus embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 510 to 540 shown in fig. 5.
Illustratively, the computer program 72 may be divided into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 71 and executed by the processor 70 to carry out the invention. One or more of the modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 72 in the server 7.
The server 7 may be a computing device such as an independent server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and a cloud server. The terminal may include, but is not limited to, a processor 70, a memory 71. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 7 is only an example of a server 7 and does not constitute a limitation of the server 7 and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine certain components, or different components, e.g. the terminal may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 70 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 71 may be an internal storage unit of the server 7, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 7. The memory 71 may also be an external storage device of the server 7, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the server 7, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 71 may also include both an internal storage unit of the server 7 and an external storage device. The memory 71 is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the terminal. The memory 71 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps in the above-described power system inspection method embodiment are implemented.
The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program 72, the computer program 72 includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by the processor 70, all or part of the processes in the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by the computer program 72 instructing related hardware, and the computer program 72 may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program 72 is executed by the processor 70, the steps of the above embodiments of the method may be implemented. The computer program 72 comprises, inter alia, computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form. The computer readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, recording medium, U.S. disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution media, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may include any suitable increase or decrease as required by legislation and patent practice in the jurisdiction, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media may not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals in accordance with legislation and patent practice.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the terminal of any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the terminal. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the terminal, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the terminal, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the computer-readable storage medium may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal. The computer-readable storage medium is used for storing a computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal. The computer-readable storage medium may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules, so as to perform all or part of the functions described above. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An electric power system inspection method, characterized by comprising:
receiving a target inspection record of a target person on the power system, which is sent by a terminal;
determining violation data of the target personnel within a preset time limit according to the target inspection record;
storing the target inspection record and the violation data in a database;
when an inquiry request aiming at the target check record and/or the violation data sent by the terminal is received, searching the data corresponding to the inquiry request from the database, and sending the data corresponding to the inquiry request to the terminal so as to enable the terminal to display the data corresponding to the inquiry request.
2. The power system inspection method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a safety assessment value of the target person sent by a terminal;
if the safety assessment score meets a first preset condition, distributing a corresponding safety driving license for the target person; wherein the safety driving license represents that the target person qualifies for inspection of the power system within the preset time limit; each safe driving license corresponds to a driving license score;
the violation data comprises violation times and violation levels;
after determining violation data of the target person within a preset time limit according to the target inspection record, the method further comprises:
determining a corresponding violation score according to the violation times and the violation level, and subtracting the violation score from the license score corresponding to the safety license of the target person to update the score corresponding to the safety license;
and when the score corresponding to the safe driving license meets a second preset condition, the safe driving license is cancelled.
3. The power system inspection method according to claim 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and when the score corresponding to the safe driving license meets a third preset condition, sending alarm information to the terminal of the target person and/or the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs.
4. The power system inspection method according to claim 2, wherein before receiving the safety assessment score of the target person sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
inquiring professional knowledge assessment information of the target person in a database;
and if the professional knowledge assessment information is qualified, skipping to the step of receiving the safety assessment value of the target person sent by the terminal.
5. The power system inspection method according to claim 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when an analysis instruction sent by a terminal is received, analyzing the violation data and the data corresponding to the safe driving license in the database to obtain an analysis result, and returning the analysis result to the terminal;
wherein the analysis result comprises at least one of: the proportion of various violation data, the growth trend of violation score of the target person, the violation score sum of the department to which the target person belongs and the growth trend of the violation score sum of the department to which the target person belongs.
6. The power system inspection method according to claim 5, further comprising:
storing the data corresponding to the safe driving license and the analysis result into a database;
wherein the target inspection record comprises at least one of: checking time, checking department, checked subject, field type and violation description;
the violation data further comprises at least one of: nature of the violation, subject of the violation, specialty of the violation, and form of the violation;
the data corresponding to the safe driving license comprises at least one of the following items: the name of the target person, the corresponding score of the safe driving license and the violation score.
7. The power system inspection method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving the regular check record and the spot check record sent by the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs.
8. The power system inspection method according to claim 7, further comprising, after receiving the periodic inspection record and the spot inspection record transmitted from the terminal of the department to which the target person belongs:
and checking the target check record according to the regular check record and the spot check record, and deleting the target check record which fails in checking.
9. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the power system checking method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the power system checking method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
