inquiring whether the window file is an encrypted file;
if the encrypted file is the encrypted file, the window corresponding to the encrypted file is set in the first state, and the reminding information is sent to the main speaking end.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, obtaining sensitivity information according to the grade information specifically includes:
inputting the grade information into a sensitivity neural network model to obtain sensitivity information;
the sensitivity neural network model is preset.
It should be noted that the determination of the sensitivity information by the grade information may be dynamic, and may be specifically obtained by a sensitivity neural network model. And inputting the grade information into a sensitivity neural network model, and directly calculating by using the sensitivity neural network model to obtain sensitivity information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the sensitivity neural network model is obtained, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring the sensitivity level of a preset mechanism;
acquiring files meeting the sensitivity level to obtain a file data set;
sending the file data set to an initialized sensitivity neural network model for training to obtain a first neural network model;
acquiring a sensitivity error value of the first neural network model;
and if the error value is smaller than a preset error value threshold value, stopping training to obtain the sensitivity neural network model.
The predetermined organization is a main body or a scope of a predetermined company, for example, a group company, a branch company, a business office, and the like. The sensitivity information corresponding to each preset mechanism is different, so that different treatment is needed. Firstly, the sensitivity levels of the preset mechanisms are obtained, and different sensitivity levels correspond to different files or contents. And then acquiring the files meeting the sensitivity grade to obtain a file data set, wherein the files meeting the sensitivity grade can be manually set in advance by a person in the field or directly marked. It is worth noting that the more the file data sets, the higher the accuracy rate. Sending the file data set to an initialized sensitivity neural network model for training to obtain a first neural network model; judging the sensitivity error value of the first neural network model; and if the error value is smaller than a preset error value threshold value, stopping training to obtain the sensitivity neural network model. Sensitivity information can be updated and dynamically adjusted in real time through judgment of the neural network model, so that the shared desktop is not easy to divulge a secret.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the content of a window of a main speaking end in a shared desktop environment has sensitivity information or not;
and if so, closing the recording of the conference and deleting the corresponding recording file.
It should be noted that after the desktop is shared, the content that may be shared has sensitive information, and in order to prevent further disclosure, the recording of the conference may be closed, and the corresponding file that has been recorded may be deleted. It should be noted that the content of the presence-sensitive information may be deleted, instead of deleting the entire recorded file.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a reminding method program of a network conference sharing application program, and when the reminding method program of the network conference sharing application program is executed by a processor, the steps of the reminding method of the network conference sharing application program according to the first aspect are implemented. In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. judging whether a hot spot window at the top of the desktop at the main speaking end is in a sharing state or not;
if not, sending a prompt window to the desktop of the main speaking end, wherein the prompt window comprises a sharing operation button of the hot spot window;
after the monitoring of the window state of the main speaking end desktop, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the display range of the background window of the desktop of the main speaking end exceeds a preset ratio, and if so, judging whether the background window is in a sharing state;
if not, sending a prompt window to the desktop of the main speaking end, wherein the prompt window comprises a sharing operation button of the background window;
the monitoring of the window state of the desktop at the main speaking end specifically comprises the following steps:
monitoring the longitudinal depth and the display range of each window on the desktop of the main speaking end by adopting a window detection engine;
acquiring the contents of all windows of a main speaking end;
performing characteristic conversion on the contents of all windows to obtain characteristic values;
judging whether sensitivity information exists according to the characteristic value;
if the sensitivity information exists, the window containing the sensitivity information is placed in a first state, and reminding information is sent to the main speaking end;
acquiring a window file state of a main speaking end;
inquiring whether the window file is an encrypted file;
if the encrypted file is the encrypted file, the window corresponding to the encrypted file is set in a first state, and reminding information is sent to the main speaking end;
the first state is a window fuzzification or shielding state.
2. The method for reminding the network conference sharing application program according to claim 1, wherein before sending the prompt window to the desktop of the main speaker, the method further comprises:
extracting the text content in the hot spot window;
extracting the speaking content of the main speaking end;
and matching the text content with the speaking content, and if the matching result exceeds a preset value, determining that the content of the hot spot window is consistent with the speaking content.
3. The method for reminding the network conference sharing application program according to claim 2, wherein the extracting of the text content in the hot spot window specifically comprises:

after the monitoring of the window state of the main speaking end desktop, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the display range of the background window of the desktop of the main speaking end exceeds a preset ratio, and if so, judging whether the background window is in a sharing state;
if not, sending a prompt window to the desktop of the main speaking end, wherein the prompt window comprises a sharing operation button of the background window;
