It should be noted that, avoiding conference confusion caused by simultaneous voices of multiple persons in the conference, dividing users into multiple levels by user roles, playing high-level participant voices when simultaneous voices of different levels exist, temporarily storing low-level participant voices, and displaying the voice information on the display end of the corresponding participant for the corresponding participant to confirm whether to continue to transmit or not; when the same-level participants simultaneously play the voice, sending corresponding simultaneous voice information to a preset management end to confirm the sequence of voice playing; when the participant speech is in the shielded state, other participants of the same level can cover the speech of the participant of the lower level.

The application discloses a method, a system and a storage medium for multifunctional online communication and conference, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring conference holding information and extracting conference introduction information in the conference holding information; extracting keywords in the meeting profile information, and classifying the meeting according to the keywords in the meeting profile information to obtain the meeting type; obtaining a participant list according to the conference type, and identifying the participant list; acquiring information of a user applying for entering a conference; judging whether the user has a mark, if so, the corresponding user is a participant, and allowing the user to enter a conference; if not, the conference is not allowed to be entered. The application can enter the conference through face recognition authentication, thereby ensuring that the participants of the conference are invited persons; and then the whole conference process is monitored in real time, so that the enthusiasm of the participants is improved.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above described device embodiments are only illustrative, e.g. the division of the units is only one logical function division, and there may be other divisions in practice, such as: multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. In addition, the various components shown or discussed may be coupled or directly coupled or communicatively coupled to each other via some interface, whether indirectly coupled or communicatively coupled to devices or units, whether electrically, mechanically, or otherwise.
The units described above as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as units may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed to a plurality of network units; some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional unit in each embodiment of the present application may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may be separately used as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit; the integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in hardware plus software functional units.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, where the program, when executed, performs steps including the above method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or the like, which can store program codes.
Alternatively, the above-described integrated units of the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, or other medium capable of storing program code.

Claims (10)

1. A method of multi-functional online communication and conferencing, comprising:
acquiring conference holding information and extracting conference introduction information in the conference holding information;
extracting keywords in the meeting profile information, and classifying the meeting according to the keywords in the meeting profile information to obtain the meeting type;
obtaining a participant list according to the conference type, and identifying the participant list;
acquiring information of a user applying for entering a conference;
judging whether the user has a mark, if so, the corresponding user is a participant, and allowing the user to enter a conference; if not, the conference is not allowed to be entered.
2. The method of multifunctional online communication and conferencing of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring user information;
based on the preset roles, matching the users with the corresponding roles to obtain user role information;
and obtaining the permission of the user to initiate the conference and participate in the conference according to the user role information.
3. The method of multifunctional online communication and conferencing of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining the time for holding the conference according to the information of holding the conference;
sending the time for holding the conference to a corresponding participant for prompting;
acquiring the current time; calculating the difference value between the current time and the time for holding the conference to obtain a first time difference;
judging whether the first time difference is smaller than a preset first time threshold, if so, triggering meeting prompt information;
and sending the meeting prompt information to a corresponding user terminal for warning.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the list of participants, further comprising:
judging whether the participant list is consistent with a preset list, if so, the corresponding participant list is normal; if not, the corresponding participant list is abnormal;
when the participant list is abnormal, comparing and analyzing the participant list with a preset list to obtain an error participant list;
and sending the wrong participant list to a conference application user side for correction.
5. A method of multifunctional online communication and conferencing as in claim 1 wherein the step of allowing access to the conference specifically comprises:
acquiring front head portrait information of a user side based on a preset camera device;
comparing and analyzing the front head portrait information of the user end with preset head portrait information of the user end to obtain a first similarity value;
judging whether the first similarity value is larger than a preset first similarity threshold value, if so, enabling the front head portrait of the corresponding user terminal to be normal, and allowing the user terminal to enter a conference; if not, triggering a secondary verification prompt message;
and sending the secondary verification prompt information to a corresponding user terminal for display.
6. A method for multi-functional online communication and conferencing as in claim 1 wherein after allowing access to the conference, specifically comprising:
acquiring real-time monitoring information of a front head portrait of a user side based on a preset camera device;
comparing and analyzing the real-time monitoring information of the front head portrait of the user side with preset head portrait information of the user side to obtain a second similar value;
judging whether the second similarity value is larger than a preset second similarity threshold value, if not, recording duration time when the corresponding second similarity value is smaller than or equal to the preset second similarity threshold value;
judging whether the duration time is greater than a preset second time threshold value, if so, triggering abnormal face prompt information, and sending the abnormal face prompt information to a corresponding user side for display;
judging whether the duration time is greater than a preset third time threshold value, if so, kicking out the conference from the corresponding user terminal, and triggering the user terminal to be picked out of conference information;
and sending the conference information which is picked out by the user terminal to a preset management terminal for display.

A system for multifunctional online communication and conferencing, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a method program for multifunctional online communication and conferencing, and the method program for multifunctional online communication and conferencing when executed by the processor implements the steps of:
acquiring conference holding information and extracting conference introduction information in the conference holding information;
extracting keywords in the meeting profile information, and classifying the meeting according to the keywords in the meeting profile information to obtain the meeting type;
obtaining a participant list according to the conference type, and identifying the participant list;
acquiring information of a user applying for entering a conference;
judging whether the user has a mark, if so, the corresponding user is a participant, and allowing the user to enter a conference; if not, the conference is not allowed to be entered.
8. The system for multifunctional online communication and conferencing of claim 7, further comprising:
acquiring user information;
based on the preset roles, matching the users with the corresponding roles to obtain user role information;
and obtaining the permission of the user to initiate the conference and participate in the conference according to the user role information.
9. The system for multifunctional online communication and conferencing of claim 7, further comprising:
obtaining the time for holding the conference according to the information of holding the conference;
sending the time for holding the conference to a corresponding participant for prompting;
acquiring the current time; calculating the difference value between the current time and the time for holding the conference to obtain a first time difference;
judging whether the first time difference is smaller than a preset first time threshold, if so, triggering meeting prompt information;
and sending the meeting prompt information to a corresponding user terminal for warning.

A computer storage medium, characterized in that it has stored therein a method program for a multifunctional online communication and conference, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a method for a multifunctional online communication and conference according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
