For each evaluation expert entering a virtual conference room through the video conference evaluation tool 111 to remotely evaluate a preset item, the video conference evaluation tool 111 can determine the evaluation machine position of the evaluation expert, so that a first camera in a terminal device of the evaluation machine position of the evaluation expert or a second camera connected with the terminal device can acquire a face video picture of the evaluation expert in real time, and the video conference evaluation tool 111 can acquire a display interface of the terminal device in real time to acquire a screen operation picture, so that the video conference evaluation tool 111 can acquire the face video picture and the screen operation picture of the evaluation expert in the evaluation process of evaluating the preset item in real time, and further send the face video picture and the screen operation picture to the supervision platform 120. The video conference rating tool 111 may send, in real time, a face video screen and a screen operation screen of a rating expert in a rating process for rating a preset item to a video conference service module in the supervision platform 120.
In addition, for each bid evaluation expert who successfully logs in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111, the supervision platform 120 may determine the bid evaluation machine position and the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located, further call the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located, which is acquired by the third camera installed in the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation tool 111 is located (i.e. the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation machine position is located) where the bid evaluation expert is located, and acquire the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located in real time when the bid evaluation expert enters the virtual conference room to evaluate a preset item. The video monitoring management module in the supervision platform 120 may acquire the supervision frame of the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located in real time.
Furthermore, the supervision platform 120 may evaluate the bid evaluation process of each bid evaluation expert on the preset item according to the face video picture, the screen operation picture and the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where each bid evaluation expert is located. Wherein, the intelligent analysis and early warning module in the supervision platform 120 can evaluate the bid evaluation process of each bid evaluation expert on the preset project.
In an exemplary embodiment, evaluating the scoring process of each scoring expert may include identifying whether each scoring expert has at least one of the following abnormal behaviors in the evaluation process: the evaluation expert views other display interfaces irrelevant to the evaluation project through the terminal equipment, the evaluation expert uses the communication equipment, the evaluation expert is not the expert himself or herself, or other people intrude in the evaluation room where the evaluation expert is located, and early warning information can be output when the evaluation expert is identified to have at least one abnormal behavior. The early warning information may include project information of a current preset project, expert information of a comment expert with abnormal behaviors, early warning content (such as not the expert himself, off duty or someone else intrudes), early warning time, early warning evidence photographing (screenshot of a face video picture, a screen operation picture or a monitoring picture), and the like.
Specifically, for each bid evaluation expert, during the bid evaluation process of the bid evaluation expert on the preset item, the supervision platform 120 may identify whether at least one of the following abnormal behaviors exists in the bid evaluation process according to the face video picture of the bid evaluation expert or the face video picture in combination with the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located: the evaluation expert is not the expert himself or the evaluation expert leaves the post or the evaluation room where the evaluation expert is located is broken into by others; according to the screen operation picture of the terminal equipment where the video conference comment tool 111 is located, identifying whether a comment expert watches other display interfaces irrelevant to a comment item through the terminal equipment; and detecting whether the evaluation expert uses communication equipment such as a mobile phone or not by adopting a communication equipment detection technology according to the face video picture of the evaluation expert or the face video picture combined with the monitoring picture of the evaluation room where the evaluation expert is located. The mark evaluation expert leaves the post, which means that the mark evaluation expert does not evaluate the mark on the mark evaluation machine.
That is, in the exemplary embodiment, supervisory platform 120 is specifically configured to: acquiring a face video picture of a comment expert, a screen operation picture of terminal equipment where a video conference comment tool is located, and a monitoring picture of a comment room where the comment expert is located; the face video picture, the screen operation picture and the monitoring picture are collected in real time in the process of evaluating the preset project by the evaluation expert; and evaluating the bid evaluation process of the bid evaluation expert on the preset project according to the face video picture, the screen operation picture and the monitoring picture. In an exemplary embodiment, the supervisory platform 120 is specifically configured to: in the process of evaluating the preset item by the evaluation expert, identifying abnormal behaviors of the evaluation expert in the process of evaluating the preset item according to the face video picture, wherein the abnormal behaviors comprise at least one of the following behaviors: the bid evaluation expert is not the expert himself or the bid evaluation expert leaves the post or the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located is intruded by others.
Further, after the supervision platform 120 obtains the face video image of each bid evaluation expert, the screen operation image of the terminal device where the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 is located, and the monitoring image of the bid evaluation room where each bid evaluation expert is located, the three images can be recorded in real time, so as to obtain face video data, screen operation video data and monitoring video data. In addition, in the process of evaluating the preset item by each evaluation expert, the supervision platform 120 can determine which evaluation expert is evaluating which item by which evaluation room, so that the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data can be associated with and stored in the evaluation expert and the preset item currently being evaluated, thereby meeting the requirements of archiving and evaluating the data in the evaluation process. Furthermore, when the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of a certain bid evaluation expert need to be displayed or checked, the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data associated with the bid evaluation expert can be fused to obtain the fused target audio/video data, and the fused target audio/video data is displayed or checked through a display interface (namely, the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of the bid evaluation expert are displayed on the same display interface). When the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of each evaluation expert of the evaluation preset item need to be displayed or checked, the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of each evaluation expert related to the preset item can be fused to obtain the fused target audio and video data, and the fused target audio and video data is displayed or checked through a display interface (namely, the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of each evaluation expert are displayed on one display interface at the same time). Therefore, independent recording of three paths of video data of each bid evaluation expert, fusion display or viewing of three paths of video data of each bid evaluation expert and fusion display or viewing of multiple paths of video data of each bid evaluation expert of a preset item can be realized.
Recording of the face video image and the screen operation image can be achieved by the video conference service module of the supervision platform 120, recording of the monitoring image is achieved by the video monitoring management module of the supervision platform 120, face video data and screen operation video data are obtained from the video conference service module by the video fusion module of the supervision platform 120, monitoring video data are obtained from the video monitoring management module, fusion of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data is achieved, and fused target audio and video data are obtained.
The display of the target audio and video data can be performed in real time in the evaluation process, or can be performed as historical video data after the evaluation is finished, and the application is not limited to this.
In the process of evaluating the label, for example, when the monitoring pictures of the label evaluation rooms in different scattered places are required to be displayed, the monitoring pictures of the label evaluation rooms can be accessed into the video conference in an interface configuration mode, so that the scene monitoring requirement of the label evaluation rooms is met.
Therefore, in the process of remotely evaluating the preset project by the evaluation expert, the supervision platform 120 can realize the omnibearing integrated monitoring of the face video picture of the evaluation expert, the screen operation picture of the terminal equipment where the video conference evaluation tool 111 is located and the monitoring picture of the evaluation room where the evaluation expert is located, and can perform real-time intelligent analysis on the pictures, and when the evaluation expert is found to have abnormal behaviors, intelligent early warning reminding is performed, so that the evaluation process is intelligently supervised, the abnormal behaviors are timely found and stopped in advance, and in addition, three paths of video data of each evaluation expert can be monitored and consulted simultaneously according to the dimension of the evaluation expert or the dimension of the project, so that the whole evaluation process is controllable, can be checked, can be traced, and the evaluation work and compliance are ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, the supervision platform 120 may provide a visual large-screen display and a display interface of the virtual conference room in addition to the functions of inquiring real-time video data, historical video data and intelligent early warning, so as to facilitate the relevant personnel to monitor and check the bid evaluation process of the bid evaluation expert.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, the supervisory platform 120 may also be integrally docked with a third party supervisory platform 140. The third party supervision platform refers to a platform for supervising the third party service, for example, the third party supervision platform may be a purchase supervision platform for supervising purchase transactions. The supervision platform 120 may receive the third party early warning information sent by the third party supervision platform 140, so as to centrally display and manage the third party early warning information. The third party early warning information sent by the purchase supervision platform can include early warning information of abnormal conditions of third party businesses such as unpaid bid deposit, association, abnormal operation, illegal credit loss, behavior punishment, behavior brining criminal behaviors, excessively high similarity of bidding documents and the like.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, the supervisory platform 120 implements access to devices such as cameras of different manufacturers, NVR (Network Video Recorder ), DVR (Digital Video Recorder, digital video recorder) and the like through a system abstraction interface customized in a unified manner, and implements functions of obtaining real-time streaming and video recording of a supervisory device, and performing parameter setting and remote control on the device through network protocol modes such as SDK (Software Development Kit ), RTMP (Real Time Messaging Protocol, real-time message transmission protocol), ONVIF (open network video interface forum), GB28181 (national standard protocol), RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol, real-time streaming protocol) and the like.
Referring now to fig. 3, a method for evaluating the bid based on the intelligent remote bidding system will be described by taking an interaction process among a project manager, a bid evaluation expert, a supervision platform and a bid prison as an example. Fig. 3 is an interaction schematic diagram of a project manager, a bid evaluation expert, a supervision platform and a bid monitoring person provided in the embodiment of the present application. The label monitoring person may be, for example, a project manager, a discipline checking unit, a consultation person, or the like who monitors the label evaluation process.
Referring to fig. 3, after logging into the video conference rating tool 111 (step 301) and entering the project manager display interface of the preset project, the project manager may create a virtual conference room with one key (step 302). When the current bid evaluation expert logs in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 (step 303), the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 may first determine whether the face image of the current bid evaluation expert is collected in advance (step 304), and if the face image of the current bid evaluation expert is not collected, the current bid evaluation expert may be prompted to collect the advanced face image, and collect the face image of the current bid evaluation expert (step 305). If the face image of the current rating expert is collected, the current rating expert may face the face (step 306), and further determine whether the current rating expert is the expert (step 307). Specifically, the current face image of the current label evaluation expert can be collected, the current face image is compared with the face image of the current label evaluation expert collected in advance, if the current face image is inconsistent with the face image of the current label evaluation expert, it can be determined that the current label evaluation expert is not the expert, and the current expert is not allowed to log in the video conference label evaluation tool. If the current face image is consistent with the face image of the current bid evaluation expert acquired in advance, the current bid evaluation expert may be determined to be the expert, thereby allowing the current bid evaluation expert to log in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111, i.e., the current bid evaluation expert may successfully log in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 (step 308). After the current bid evaluation expert successfully logs in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 and enters the bid evaluation expert display interface of the preset project, the virtual conference room created by the project manager can be added by one key (step 309), the preset project is evaluated (step 310), and after the evaluation is finished, the video conference bid evaluation tool can be exited (step 311).
After the current bid evaluation expert logs in the video conference bid evaluation tool 111, the supervision platform 120 may determine a bid evaluation machine position and a bid evaluation room where the current bid evaluation expert is located, and call a monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room, which is collected by a third camera installed in the bid evaluation room where the current bid evaluation expert is located. In addition, after the current bid evaluation expert enters the virtual conference room, the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 may send, to the supervision platform 120, a face video image of the current bid evaluation expert collected in real time by a first camera or a second camera connected to the terminal device in a terminal device of a bid evaluation machine position where the bid evaluation expert is located, and a screen operation image obtained by the video conference bid evaluation tool 111 collecting a display interface of the terminal device in real time. Therefore, the supervision platform 120 can acquire the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where the current bid evaluation expert is located (step 312), and acquire the face video picture and the screen operation picture of the current bid evaluation expert (step 313), and further record and fuse the three pictures respectively (step 314) to obtain the target audio/video data.
In addition, during the process of the current label evaluation expert evaluating the preset item, the supervision platform 120 may perform intelligent analysis on the face video image of the current label evaluation expert (step 315), so as to determine whether the current label evaluation expert is abnormal such as that there is a non-expert himself, leaving the post, that there is someone else running into the label evaluation room (step 316), if there is no, then the intelligent analysis on the face video image of the current label evaluation expert is continued, and if there is abnormal behavior of the current label evaluation expert, early warning information may be pushed, so as to perform early warning on the label supervision personnel through the supervision platform.
After the prison staff receives the early warning of the supervision platform 120, the early warning can be processed in time (step 317), and when the early warning is processed, the prison staff can check the target audio and video data recorded and fused by the supervision platform (step 318) so as to find the evidence of abnormal behaviors of the current expert for evaluating the label.
In summary, the intelligent remote bid evaluation and supervision system can conveniently enter a virtual conference room through a video conference bid evaluation tool, remotely evaluate preset items in the virtual conference room, and intelligently supervise the bid evaluation process of the preset items by the bid evaluation expert by using a supervision platform. The monitoring platform in the intelligent remote bid evaluation monitoring system can realize the omnibearing integrated monitoring of the face video picture of the bid evaluation expert, the screen operation picture of the terminal equipment where the video conference bid evaluation tool is located and the monitoring picture of the bid evaluation room where the bid evaluation expert is located, and can carry out real-time intelligent analysis on the pictures, and when the abnormal behavior of the bid evaluation expert is found, intelligent early warning and reminding are carried out, so that the bid evaluation process is intelligently monitored, the abnormal behavior is timely found and stopped in advance, and in addition, three paths of video data of each bid evaluation expert can be monitored and consulted simultaneously according to the dimension or the item dimension of the bid evaluation expert, so that the whole bid evaluation process is controllable, can be checked and traced, and the legal and compliance of bid evaluation work is ensured.
Based on the intelligent remote bid evaluation monitoring system, the application provides a video stream transmission method, electronic equipment and a storage medium in a remote bid evaluation video conference process. The following describes a video streaming method, an electronic device and a storage medium in a remote comment video conference process according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a video streaming method in a remote comment videoconference according to an embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the video streaming transmission method in the remote bid evaluation video conference process provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an intelligent remote bid evaluation monitoring system to realize the omnibearing integrated monitoring of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of each bid evaluation expert. The intelligent remote bid evaluation and supervision system comprises an intelligent recruitment platform and an intelligent remote bid evaluation and supervision platform, wherein the intelligent recruitment platform comprises a video conference bid evaluation tool, and the intelligent remote bid evaluation and supervision platform comprises a video monitoring management module, a video fusion module and a video conference service module.
As shown in fig. 4, the video streaming method in the remote comment video conference process may include the following steps:
In step 401, in the process that at least one bid evaluation expert performs remote bid evaluation on a preset item through a video conference bid evaluation tool, the video conference bid evaluation tool acquires a face video picture of each bid evaluation expert, and acquires a screen operation picture of a terminal device where the video conference bid evaluation tool used by each bid evaluation expert is located.

The video conference evaluation tool acquires face video pictures of each evaluation expert, and specifically comprises the following steps: the video conference mark evaluation tool acquires face video pictures acquired by each first camera or each second camera in real time, wherein the first camera is a camera installed in terminal equipment where the video conference mark evaluation tool used by mark evaluation experts is located, and the second camera is a camera connected with the terminal equipment.
The video conference tool collects screen operation pictures of terminal equipment where the video conference evaluation tool used by each evaluation expert is located, and specifically comprises the following steps: and the video conference label evaluation tool used by each label evaluation expert acquires a display interface of the terminal equipment in real time to obtain a screen operation picture in the label evaluation process of the label evaluation expert on the preset item.
It can be understood that in the process of remotely evaluating the preset item by at least one label evaluation expert participating in the label evaluation work of the preset item through the video conference label evaluation tool installed in each terminal device, the video conference label evaluation tool installed in each terminal device can acquire the display interface of the terminal device where each terminal device is located in real time to obtain the screen operation picture, so that the face video picture of each label evaluation expert can be obtained. Meanwhile, the first cameras respectively installed in the terminal devices or the second cameras respectively connected with the terminal devices can acquire and use the face video pictures of the mark evaluation experts corresponding to the terminal devices in real time, so that the video conference mark evaluation tools installed in the terminal devices can acquire the face video pictures of the mark evaluation experts from the first cameras or the second cameras.
In step 402, the video conference service module obtains each face video picture and each screen operation picture from the video conference evaluation tool, and records each face video picture and each screen operation picture respectively to obtain each face video data and each screen operation video data.
It can be understood that after the video conference label evaluation tool installed in each terminal device obtains the face video picture and the screen operation picture of each label evaluation expert, each face video picture and each screen operation picture can be sent to the video conference service module, so that the video conference service module can record each face video picture and each screen operation picture respectively to obtain each face video data and each screen operation video data.
And step 403, the video monitoring management module acquires monitoring pictures of the marking room where each marking expert is located and records each monitoring picture to obtain each monitoring video data.
The video monitoring management module obtains monitoring pictures of the marking room where each marking expert is located, and specifically comprises the following steps: the video monitoring management module acquires monitoring pictures acquired by all third cameras in real time, wherein the third cameras are cameras installed in a bid evaluation room where a bid evaluation expert is located.

Step 404, the video fusion module obtains each face video data and each screen operation video data from the video conference service module, obtains each monitoring video data from the video monitoring management module, and fuses each face video data, each screen operation video data and each monitoring video data to obtain fused target audio/video data.
It can be understood that, after the video conference service module obtains the face video data and the screen operation video data, the video fusion module can obtain the face video data and the screen operation video data from the video conference service module, obtain the monitor video data from the video monitoring management module, and fuse the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitor video data to obtain the fused target audio/video data.
The merging of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitor video data may be that the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitor video data of the same label-evaluating expert are merged, that is, the merged target audio-video data only includes three paths of video data of the same label-evaluating expert, or may be that the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitor video data of a plurality of label-evaluating experts of the same item are merged, that is, the merged target audio-video data includes three paths of video data of a plurality of label-evaluating experts of the same item, which is not limited in the application.
In an exemplary embodiment, the fused target audio and video data may be used as monitoring data to evaluate whether each evaluation expert has abnormal behaviors in the evaluation process, such as not evaluating the principal, off-duty, etc. In addition, the fused target audio and video data can be stored for viewing.
In summary, the video streaming transmission method in the remote label evaluation video conference process of the embodiment of the application realizes the acquisition and transmission of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring data of each label evaluation expert and the fusion of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring data through the matching of the video conference label evaluation tool and the video monitoring management module, the video fusion module and the video conference service module in the supervision platform, obtains the fused target audio-video data, realizes the omnibearing integrated monitoring of the face video data, the screen operation video data and the monitoring video data of each label evaluation expert, realizes the controllable, searchable and traceable whole label evaluation process, and meets the supervision requirement of developing remote off-site scattered label evaluation, thereby guaranteeing the legal and compliance of label evaluation work.
In order to achieve the above embodiment, the present application further provides an intelligent remote comment supervision system.
