Abstract

本发明属于阀门技术领域,提供一种集成舷侧阀,包括舷侧阀体、管路阀体、球体、密封座、阀杆、衬环、橡胶垫、端盖,所述舷侧阀体与管路阀体用法兰连接,所述舷侧阀体和管路阀体内部均设有球体,其中管路端球体为浮动直角球,开有平衡孔,舷侧端球体为浮动直通球,所述密封座布置在舷侧阀体/管路阀体内部,位于球体和阀体之间,舷侧端球阀在低压时依靠密封座预紧力保证密封,在高压时依靠介质作用力使球体与密封座贴合来保证密封,管路端球阀依靠密封座预紧力保证密封。所述衬环和橡胶垫位于密封座和端盖间,发挥弹簧的作用。本发明集成舷侧阀结构紧凑,操作力小,可实现不同压差下的双向密封,应用面广。

一种集成舷侧阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种集成舷侧阀。
背景技术
舷侧阀用于开/关船体上的开孔,在船上系统需要与船外连通,如注/排水时打开,其它时间关闭,以保证船体的密封性。一般舷侧阀一侧与船体上焊接件相连,另一侧与系统管路相连。作为压力边界,舷侧阀一旦泄漏,相当于船体发生破坏,因此其密封性非常重要。为了保证船的安全,在深潜器等船体内、外压差较大的场合,通常会在舷侧阀后的管路上再设置几道阀门,后续阀门及阀门之间的管路与舷侧阀耐压相同,从而靠多道阀实现多保险。因深潜器等内部空间紧张,多道阀门及之间的管路需控制体积。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服前述现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种集成舷侧阀,集成舷侧阀结构紧凑,操作力小,可实现不同压差下的双向密封,应用面广。
本发明的发明目的是通过下述技术方案实现的。
一种集成舷侧阀,包括舷侧阀体、管路阀体、球体、密封座、阀杆、衬环、橡胶垫、端盖,所述舷侧阀体包括与船体相连的法兰面,舷侧阀体是舷侧第一道截止面的主体部分,所述管路阀体包括与系统管路相连的法兰面,管路阀体是舷侧第二道截止面的主体部分,所述舷侧阀体与管路阀体用法兰连接,所述舷侧阀体和管路阀体内部均设有球体,其中管路端球体为浮动直角球,开有平衡孔,舷侧端球体为浮动直通球,所述密封座布置在舷侧阀体/管路阀体内部,位于球体和舷侧阀体/管路阀体之间,舷侧端球阀在低压时依靠密封座预紧力保证密封,在高压时依靠介质作用力使球体与密封座贴合来保证密封,管路端球阀依靠密封座预紧力保证密封;所述阀杆安装在舷侧阀体/管路阀体内,与球体相连,用于驱动球体旋转,实现阀门启闭;所述端盖与管路阀体通过法兰相连后形成密闭空间,便于球体的安装和维修。所述衬环和橡胶垫布置在管路阀体内,位于密封座和端盖间,发挥弹簧的作用,补偿密封座所需的预紧力。
在上述技术方案中,集成舷侧阀包括手动执行装置,所述手动执行装置与阀杆相连,手动执行装置上设有指示板,所述指示板用于指示阀门启闭位置。
在上述技术方案中,集成舷侧阀包括液动执行装置和电磁换向阀,所述液动执行装置与阀杆相连,液动执行装置的顶部设有指示器,所述指示器用于指示阀门启闭位置,所述电磁换向阀通过液压连接块与液动执行装置相连,电磁换向阀接受控制指令,对液压流向进行切换。
在上述技术方案中,为减小管路布置空间,所述管路阀体的法兰面与舷侧阀体的法兰面一般垂直布置。
在上述技术方案中,所述液动执行装置与舷侧端的阀杆相连,所述手动执行装置与管路端的阀杆相连。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果如下:
1.本发明集成舷侧阀,与设置两个耐最高压力的阀门及中间管段相比,减少了体积,节约了成本。在舷侧端设有液动执行装置,可快速实现通海口的启闭,在失电失液等情况下,还可手动关闭二道阀,两道闭锁互为备用,安全性高。尤其适合深潜器等空间紧张的场合。
2.本发明集成舷侧阀可实现不同压差下的双向密封,应用面广。采用预紧力和越压越紧的结构同时实现高低压介质下的密封。
3.本发明集成舷侧阀结构紧凑,操作力小。球阀式集成舷侧阀设置两个阀体,便于阀门组装和维修,通过平衡孔减少了密封面所受力。
4.本发明集成舷侧阀可在阀体中部增加空气接口,用于阀门堵塞时的吹除。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方案仅用以解释发明,并不用于限定本发明。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供一种集成舷侧阀,包括舷侧阀体1、管路阀体2、球体3、密封座4、阀杆5、衬环6、橡胶垫7、端盖8、液动执行装置9、电磁换向阀10、液压连接块11、手动执行装置12等。所述舷侧阀体1包括与船体相连的法兰面,是舷侧第一道截止面的主体部分,与管路阀体2用法兰连接,内部设有球体、密封座等。所述管路阀体2包括与系统管路相连的法兰面,是舷侧第二道截止面的主体部分,与舷侧阀体1用法兰连接,内部设有球体、密封座等,为减小管路布置空间,其法兰面与舷侧阀体1的法兰面一般垂直布置。所述球体3布置在前述阀体内,通过旋转运动实现阀门的启闭,其中管路端球体为浮动直角球,如图6至图8所示,球上开有两个以上平衡孔13,球体上平衡孔13的位置保证在不同的转角下均能有一个或更多通道将系统管路中介质导入端盖侧,以避免球体两侧压力的不平衡影响密封性,舷侧端球体为浮动直通球,如图5所示。所述密封座4布置在阀体内部,位于球体和阀体之间,舷侧端球阀在低压时依靠密封座4预紧力保证密封,在高压时依靠介质作用力使球体3与密封座4贴合来保证密封,管路端球阀依靠密封座4预紧力保证密封。所述阀杆5安装在阀体内,与球体3相连,用于驱动球体3旋转,实现阀门启闭。所述衬环6、橡胶垫7布置在管路端球阀内,发挥弹簧的作用,补偿密封座所需的预紧力。所述端盖8位于管路侧球阀,与管路阀体2通过法兰相连后形成密闭空间,便于球体的安装和维修。
所述液动执行装置9与舷侧阀体1相连,由齿轮、齿条、液缸、活塞、指示器等组成,用于在液压油作用下驱动活塞运动,齿条与齿轮将往复运动转化成旋转运动,带动阀杆转动,阀杆带动球体转动,从而使球阀关闭或打开,所述指示器设置在液动执行装置9的顶部,可现场机械指示阀启闭位置,也可远距离发送阀启闭位置电信号。所述电磁换向阀10通过液压连接块11与液动执行装置9相连,接受控制指令后,对液压流向进行切换。所述液压连接块11用于连接液动执行装置9和电磁换向阀10。所述手动执行装置12由手柄、止动杆、弹簧、连接板、扳头、定位板、指示板等组成。所述定位板用于固定手柄位置,所述指示板用于指示阀门启闭位置。所述液动执行装置9与舷侧端的阀杆相连,所述手动执行装置12与管路端的阀杆相连。
本发明实施例适用于小通径等需要减少阻力的场合,本发明用于船舶海水、淡水、空气系统的舷侧闭锁时效果良好。
本发明包括但不限于以上实施例,凡是在本发明的精神和原则之下进行的任何等同替换或局部改进,如将手动、液动执行对象对调,再如沿转轴旋转手动执行装置的位置,以适应不同的布置要求,或将液动执行装置布置在阀体的不同侧,都视为在本发明的保护范围之内。
本说明书中未作详细描述的内容,属于本专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (3)

1.一种集成舷侧阀,其特征在于:包括舷侧阀体、管路阀体、球体、密封座、阀杆、衬环、橡胶垫、端盖,所述舷侧阀体包括与船体相连的法兰面,所述管路阀体包括与系统管路相连的法兰面,所述舷侧阀体的法兰面与管路阀体的法兰面垂直布置,所述舷侧阀体与管路阀体用法兰连接,所述端盖与管路阀体通过法兰相连后形成密闭空间,所述舷侧阀体和管路阀体内部均设有球体,其中管路端球体为浮动直角球,浮动直角球上开有两个以上平衡孔,浮动直角球上平衡孔的位置保证在不同的转角下均能有一个以上平衡孔将系统管路中介质导入端盖侧,舷侧端球体为浮动直通球,所述密封座布置在舷侧阀体/管路阀体内部,位于球体和舷侧阀体/管路阀体之间,舷侧端球阀在低压时依靠密封座预紧力保证密封,在高压时依靠介质作用力使球体与密封座贴合来保证密封,管路端球阀依靠密封座预紧力保证密封;所述阀杆安装在舷侧阀体/管路阀体内,与球体相连,用于驱动球体旋转,实现阀门启闭;所述衬环和橡胶垫布置在管路阀体内,位于密封座和端盖间,补偿密封座所需的预紧力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成舷侧阀,其特征在于:包括手动执行装置、液动执行装置和电磁换向阀,所述手动执行装置与阀杆相连,手动执行装置上设有指示板,所述指示板用于指示阀门启闭位置,所述液动执行装置与阀杆相连,液动执行装置的顶部设有指示器,所述指示器用于指示阀门启闭位置,所述电磁换向阀通过液压连接块与液动执行装置相连,电磁换向阀接受控制指令,对液压流向进行切换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成舷侧阀,其特征在于:所述液动执行装置与舷侧端的阀杆相连,所述手动执行装置与管路端的阀杆相连。
