As a specific embodiment of the electric iron tower extension device provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 6, the inner side edge of the bottom plate 32 is rotatably connected with the long support rod 1, the adjusting mechanism 7 comprises a coarse adjusting sleeve 71, a fine adjusting sleeve 72, a connecting sleeve 73 and a transmission rod 74, the coarse adjusting sleeve 71 is arranged on the long support rod 1 and can adjust the position along the length direction of the long support rod 1, and the coarse adjusting sleeve 71 is provided with an external thread; the fine adjustment sleeve 72 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread and is connected with the coarse adjustment sleeve 71 through a thread connecting sleeve, and the fine adjustment sleeve 72 moves along the length direction of the coarse adjustment sleeve 71 through thread connection; the connecting sleeve 73 is sleeved on the fine adjustment sleeve 72, the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 73 is attached to the outer wall of the fine adjustment sleeve 72 and can rotate relatively, and the connecting sleeve 73 moves along the length direction of the coarse adjustment sleeve 71 along with the fine adjustment sleeve 72; one end of the transmission rod 74 is hinged with the connecting sleeve 73, the other end is hinged with the outer side edge of the bottom plate 32, and the transmission rod 74, the bottom plate 32 and the long support rod 1 enclose a triangular structure.
The coarse adjustment sleeve 71 and the fine adjustment sleeve 72 are used for moving along the length direction of the long support rod 1, changing the angle of the transmission rod 74, further changing the angle of the bottom plate 32, and realizing adjustment. The coarse adjustment sleeve 71 is adjusted in position by a positioning pin 13, and a plurality of positioning holes 14 matched with the positioning pin 13 are formed in the long support rod 1 along the length direction.
When the long support rod 1 is in a flat state, the inclination angle of the long support rod 1 after being erected is estimated on the ground, and the angle of the bottom plate 32 is adjusted through the rough adjusting sleeve 71; the long support rod 1 is erected in place and locked with the electric iron tower 2 through the locking mechanism 4, and then the angle of the bottom plate 32 is finely adjusted through the fine adjustment sleeve 72 at high altitude according to the actual inclination angle of the long support rod 1, so that the long support rod is ensured to be in a horizontal state. When the fine adjustment sleeve 72 is rotated, the connecting sleeve 73 moves along the length direction of the long support rod 1 along with the fine adjustment sleeve 72, but does not rotate along with the fine adjustment sleeve 72.
As a specific embodiment of the electric power iron tower extension device provided by the invention, the support long rod 1 is parallel to the tower legs 21 of the electric power iron tower 2 when rotating and erecting, the operation platform 3 is positioned at the periphery of the electric power iron tower 2, the locking mechanism 4 comprises a third connecting rod, one end of the third connecting rod is connected with the upper end of the support long rod 1, and the other end is connected with the electric power iron tower 2 through the locking assembly 55.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view from above of the working position, with only the tower legs 21 and the working platform 3 shown for clarity of illustration, and with other structures hidden. And S5, pulling the pull rope to rotate and erect the long support rod 1, so that the working platform 3 reaches the working position.
The support long rod 1 can be pulled up by pulling the pull rope to droop to one end of the ground on the ground.
