The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

When the leveling member 5 is used for leveling the abutting surface of the positioning block 16, firstly, the limiting nut 15 is screwed and adjusted, so that at least part of the expansion plug 14 can be deeply inserted into a hole punched in the wall body 2, and the height of the positioning block 16 is ensured to meet the requirement of the height of the protrusion wall body 2; then, extending a connecting screw into a central hole of the expansion plug 14, and expanding the part of the expansion plug 14 extending into the wall body 2 on the wall body 2 by screwing the connecting screw; finally, the adjusting nut is screwed towards the wall body 2, so that the adjusting nut is abutted against the wall body 2, and the leveling member 5 is locked.
