In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the loading needle 400 is connected with the sealing plug cover 302 in a sealing manner, the inner diameter of the sealing channel 301 is smaller than the diameter of the loading needle 400, in order to enable the loading needle 400 to better enter the sealing channel 301, and in order to ensure the sealing property of the sealing channel 301, the loading needle 400 extends into the loading tube 100 along the inclined plane of the sealing channel 301, that is, the minimum end of the inclined plane of the sealing channel 301 is located on one side of the loading tube 100, so that the sealing of the sealing plug cover 302 can be ensured.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing plug 302 is provided with a stepped groove, the sealing plug 302 is clamped at the end of the sample adding pipe 100 through the stepped groove, and the sealing plug 302 is bonded with the sample adding pipe 100 through the stepped groove.
Optionally, the sealing plug cover 302 may adopt a rubber sealing ring, and is clamped with the end of the sample adding pipe 100 through the sealing plug cover 302, and meanwhile, the positions of the sealing plug cover 302 abutted to the sample adding pipe 100 may be bonded through a fixing adhesive, so that the stability of the installation of the sealing plug cover 302 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing mechanism 300 further includes a fixed disk 303; the fixing disc 303 is sleeved outside the sample adding needle 400 along the circumferential direction of the sample adding needle 400, the fixing disc 303 is connected with one end, extending into the needle outer sleeve 200, of the sample adding needle 400, the diameter of the fixing disc 303 is smaller than the inner diameter of the needle outer sleeve 200, the diameter of the fixing disc 303 is larger than the inner diameter of the sealing channel 301, and the fixing disc 303 is used for being abutted to the sealing plug cover 302, so that the sample adding needle 400 is in sealing connection with the sealing channel 301.
In this embodiment, the fixed cover of sealing plug cover 302 is established on the tip outer wall of application of sample pipe 100, sealing plug cover 302 can adopt annular seal structure, the outer wall of the feed liquor end of application of sample needle 400 is fixed with annular fixed disk 303, when syringe needle and sealing plug cover 302 closely combine, play liquid hole on sealing plug cover 302 is blocked by fixed disk 303, liquid only flows from application of sample needle 400 internal pipeline, when syringe needle and sealing plug cover 302 separate, liquid can flow out with application of sample needle 400 internal pipeline jointly along the play liquid hole of sealing plug cover 302 in the notes liquid channel 101.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a diversion plate 500; the flow guide disc 500 is located inside the needle outer sleeve 200, the flow guide disc 500 is connected with the inner wall of the needle outer sleeve 200, the flow guide disc 500 is located on one side of the fixing disc 303 far away from the sealing plug cover 302, the center of the flow guide disc 500 is provided with a flow guide hole 201 for the sample adding needle 400 to run through, the inner diameter of the flow guide hole 201 is larger than the outer diameter of the sample adding needle 400, the flow guide disc 500 is used for guiding liquid flowing out from a gap between the sealing channel 301 and the fixing disc 303, so that the liquid flows along the surface of the outer side wall of the sample adding needle 400.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diversion disc 500 is disposed to be inclined from one end to the other end near the fixed disc 303, and the liquid flowing out from the gap between the sealing passage 301 and the fixed disc 303 flows along the inclined surface of the diversion disc 500.
In this embodiment, when the washing liquid in the application of sample pipe 100 enters into needle outer tube 200 along with sealed passageway 301 of sealed gag 302 inside, the washing liquid can flow to the both sides of application of sample needle 400 along with fixed disk 303 this moment, through being provided with the guiding disk 500 that is the slope setting, the washing liquid that enters into needle outer tube 200 along with fixed disk 303 can contact with guiding disk 500, the washing liquid can gather at the lateral wall position of application of sample needle 400 again under guiding disk 500's effect, the washing liquid has been guaranteed to wash the lateral wall of application of sample needle 400, make the design more perfect.
The cell extraction instrument provided by the embodiment comprises the sample adding unit; since the technical effect of the cell extraction instrument provided in this embodiment is the same as that of the sample adding unit provided in the above embodiment, details thereof are not repeated here.
