Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (6)
1. The polypropylene decorative film for the surface finish of furniture is characterized in that: the polypropylene decorative film is composed of a polypropylene base film layer, a printing layer, a coating layer and a back glue layer, wherein the polypropylene base film layer is formed by extruding a flaky base film after mixing and melting polypropylene resin, light calcium carbonate, nano titanium dioxide, color master batches, polyurethane, polyethylene wax and the like, the printing layer is formed by printing ink prepared from water-soluble acrylic resin, pigment, main solvent water, auxiliary solvent ethanol, dispersant sodium oleate and ultraviolet-resistant agent nano titanium dioxide on the polypropylene base film layer through a gravure printing machine, the coating layer is formed by coating photocuring paint prepared from polyurethane acrylate, titanium dioxide, photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, extinction powder silicon dioxide, flatting agent polyester modified polydimethylsiloxane and defoaming agent polysiloxane on the printing layer through a coating machine, the back glue layer is formed by coating back glue on the back surface of the coating layer through a coating machine.

The polypropylene decorative film for surface finishing of furniture according to claim 1, wherein: the polypropylene decorative film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the polypropylene resin is 85-92% of polypropylene copolymer (PP-R), 5-10% of light calcium carbonate, 4-15% of color master batch, 1-3% of nano titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.5% of polyurethane antistatic agent, 0.5-1.5% of dispersant polyethylene wax, and the thickness of the base film is 0.10-0.20 mm.

The polypropylene decorative film for surface finishing of furniture according to claim 1, wherein: the printing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-60% of water-soluble acrylic resin, 15-20% of pigment (benzidine yellow, permanent carmine, carbon black and phthalocyanine blue), 15-20% of main solvent water, 5-8% of auxiliary solvent ethanol, 1-3% of dispersant sodium oleate and 1-3% of ultraviolet resistant nano titanium dioxide, and the ink is environment-friendly and safe, has good adhesive force, full and vivid color and light-resistant color fastness reaching 6-level blue wool.

The polypropylene decorative film for surface finishing of furniture according to claim 1, wherein: the coating layer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 45-50% of polyurethane acrylate, 20-25% of acrylate, 18-20% of titanium dioxide, 4-5% of photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, 0-8% of extinction powder silicon dioxide, 1-3% of flatting agent polyester modified polydimethylsiloxane, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent polysiloxane, and the thickness of the coating is 10-30 mu m.

The polypropylene decorative film for surface finishing of furniture according to claim 1, wherein: the back adhesive can be formed by mixing one or two of EVA, petroleum resin and waterborne polyurethane resin, has good compatibility with polypropylene, is non-toxic, does not absorb water, is sticky by hot melting, can promote the bonding strength when being adhered with a substrate plate, has good fluidity at high temperature, and has good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance.
6. The polypropylene decorative film for surface finishing of furniture according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation process method of the polypropylene decorative film comprises the following steps:
firstly, feeding raw materials such as polypropylene resin particles, light calcium carbonate, nano titanium dioxide, color master batch, polyurethane, polyethylene wax and the like into a basement membrane machine according to a formula, heating, mixing and melting, extruding a flaky basement membrane, and simultaneously carrying out corona to increase the surface roughness and the surface area;
step two, mixing the ink according to the ink formula, and testing for later use;
step three, pouring the printing ink into an ink tank of the printing machine, adjusting the temperature of the drying oven to be 100-;
step four, preparing the coating according to the formula of the curing coating for later use;
pouring the coating into a coating groove of a coating machine, adjusting the temperature of the coating machine to be 60-120 ℃, adjusting parameters of an eximer-UV system, and adjusting the coating speed after the printing film is rolled up, so that the front side of the printing film starts to be coated;
step six, blending the gum according to the gum formula for later use;
and step seven, pouring the gum into a glue groove of a coating machine, adjusting the temperature of the coating machine to be 120-130 ℃, adjusting the coating speed after the coated base film is rolled up, enabling the back side of the base film to face upwards, and starting coating the gum.
