Background
At present, as the floor buildings are continuously increased, elevators become indispensable equipment for moving on the rise. In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first identity authentication device displays the elevator information on which the first identity authentication device is installed to the target person, the first identity authentication device may be displayed in a voice broadcast manner or may also be displayed on a display screen; any display form can be realized for displaying to the target personnel, and the specific display form of the elevator information is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
Optionally, in practical application, for a person in the target area, in a non-preset time period, the regularity of the destination floor required by the person is not obvious and the characteristic of a single floor is not provided, so when the method is implemented, if the current moment is not in the preset time period, the elevator dispatching platform can be triggered to dispatch an elevator for the target person in a mode that the target person calls actively.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned elevator service gateway device is further configured to:
when the fact that the current moment is not in the preset time period is determined, sending a call instruction to an elevator dispatching platform; the call instruction carries the information of the starting floor so that the elevator dispatching platform dispatches the elevator to the starting floor;

That is, in this embodiment of the present application, when the current time is not within the preset time period, since the floor where the target person goes to does not have regularity, for example, the floor where the target person goes to a restaurant may be dining, or may be other floors for rest, so, for this case, it is obvious that, if the accuracy and efficiency of the manner of automatically dispatching the elevator are not high, in this embodiment of the present application, if it is determined that the current time is not within the preset time period, a call instruction is sent to the elevator dispatching platform, so that the elevator dispatching platform dispatches the elevator to the current floor, and meanwhile, a release instruction is sent to the first identity authentication device, so that the first identity authentication device controls the entrance guard device to be opened, and the target person enters the target area.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, for some higher floor destination areas, the corresponding elevators may be classified into low-area elevators and high-area elevators; as the name implies, the low-zone elevator is an elevator to a low floor, and the high-zone elevator is an elevator to a high floor; for this case, the low-zone elevator and the high-zone elevator correspond to the respective elevator service gateway device and elevator dispatch platform, respectively.
For the above situation, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a second system structure of the elevator control system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the above-mentioned elevator service gateway device 120 includes a first elevator service gateway device 121 corresponding to a first sub-elevator group and a second elevator service gateway device 122 corresponding to a second sub-elevator group; the first sub-elevator group comprises a set of elevators to floors below a preset floor threshold and the second sub-elevator group comprises a set of elevators to floors above the preset floor threshold;
accordingly, for this case, the elevator dispatching floor 110 includes a first elevator dispatching floor 111 for dispatching a first sub-elevator group and a second elevator dispatching floor 112 for dispatching a second sub-elevator group;
correspondingly, in this case, the first elevator service gateway device 121 is configured to send the destination floor information and the starting floor information to the first elevator dispatching platform 111 when the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor information does not reach the preset floor threshold, and the first elevator dispatching platform 111 determines the elevator information taken by the target person from the first sub-elevator group according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information;
The second elevator service gateway device is configured to send the destination flow information and the starting floor information to the second elevator dispatching platform 112 when the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor information reaches a preset floor threshold, and the second elevator dispatching platform 112 determines elevator information taken by the destination person from the second sub-elevator group according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information.
For example, in one embodiment, the floors corresponding to the target area are 36 floors, and the preset floor threshold is 22, and the first sub-elevator group is an elevator set leading to 1-22 floors, and the second sub-elevator group is an elevator set leading to 23-36 floors.
Specifically, when the system provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented, after the result of the identity authentication of the target person indicates that the identity authentication of the target person passes, the first identity authentication device 130 sends the identity information of the target person to the first elevator service gateway device 121 and the second elevator service gateway device 122, both the first elevator service gateway device 121 and the second elevator service gateway device 122 perform the operation of determining the destination floor information based on the identity information, and after determining the destination floor, both the first elevator service gateway device 121 and the second elevator service gateway device 122 perform the operation of determining whether the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor reaches the preset floor threshold, if the result indicates that the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor does not reach the preset floor threshold, then the target person is indicated to be a low floor and need to take a low elevator, that is, in this case, the first elevator service gateway device sends the destination floor information to the first elevator dispatching platform, and the second elevator service gateway device does not need to perform any operation; if the judgment result indicates that the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor reaches the preset floor threshold, the destination person is indicated to be a high floor and needs to take the high-area elevator, that is, in this case, the first elevator service gateway device does not execute any operation any more, and the second elevator service gateway device sends the destination floor information to the second elevator dispatching platform.
When the first elevator dispatching platform receives the destination floor information sent by the first elevator service gateway equipment, dispatching an elevator for a target person in a first sub-elevator group, namely determining elevator information of the target person in the first sub-elevator group; and after receiving the destination floor information sent by the second elevator service gateway equipment, the second elevator dispatching platform dispatches the elevator for the target person in the second sub-elevator group, namely, determines the elevator information of the target person in the second sub-elevator group.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, there may be a problem of communication failure between the elevator service gateway device and the elevator dispatching platform, that is, the elevator service gateway device cannot send the destination floor related information of the target person to the elevator dispatching platform, and in this case, a situation of failure in dispatching the elevator may occur; therefore, in order to reduce or avoid occurrence of failure in dispatching elevator due to communication failure between the elevator service gateway device and the elevator dispatching platform, a backup elevator dispatching platform is provided in the embodiment of the application; that is, the elevator dispatching desk 110 includes a main elevator dispatching desk and a backup elevator dispatching desk;
Correspondingly, the elevator service gateway device is specifically used for:
transmitting the destination floor information and the starting floor information to a main elevator dispatching platform; and if the response information returned by the main elevator dispatching platform is not received within the preset time length, the destination floor information and the starting floor information are sent to the backup elevator dispatching platform.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, when the elevator service gateway device does not receive the response information returned by the main elevator dispatching platform and received successfully within the preset time, the communication between itself and the main elevator dispatching platform is considered to be faulty, and in this case, the elevator dispatching task is executed through the backup elevator dispatching platform.
In addition, in the actual application scenario, there may be an operation that the target person repeatedly performs identity authentication multiple times. Therefore, in this case, in order to prevent the elevator dispatch platform from repeatedly performing the elevator dispatch operation; in the embodiment of the present application, the first authentication device 130 is further configured to:
when the target personnel are determined to repeatedly perform identity authentication, judging whether an elevator dispatching flow corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation of the target personnel is finished; if yes, the operation of sending the identity information of the target personnel to the elevator service gateway equipment is executed; otherwise, the elevator information corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation is displayed to the target personnel.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the situations that the target person repeatedly performs identity authentication include at least two situations, one situation is that before the first identity authentication device displays the ladder dispatching result corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation, the identity authentication operation is performed again, in this case, since the ladder dispatching result corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation is not received yet, it can be considered that the elevator dispatching flow corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation is not finished yet, and therefore, the procedure of dispatching the ladder again does not need to be executed; in the second case, the first authentication device already displays the elevator dispatching result corresponding to the previous authentication operation, but the time length from the previous authentication has not reached the preset time interval, so in this case, it is also determined that the elevator dispatching process corresponding to the previous authentication operation has not yet ended, and at this time, there is no need to execute the process of dispatching an elevator again.
Typically, for some people in the target area, the floor to which they are routed is relatively single; such as employees of certain companies, etc.; for some special personnel in the target area, the floor to which the special personnel access is complicated in a non-preset time period, such as cleaning personnel, security personnel, property personnel and the like; thus, for these special people, access to the various floors is facilitated for these special people; the system provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a second identity authentication device arranged in the elevator hall;
The second identity authentication device is used for authenticating the identity of the target person, and displaying floor information selectable by the target person at the current moment for the target person to select if the current moment is not in the preset time period after the identity authentication is passed; and the system is also used for acquiring the target floor information selected by the target personnel and sending the target floor information to the elevator dispatching platform so as to enable the elevator dispatching platform to dispatch the elevator.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the second identity authentication device may perform identity authentication on the target person through face recognition.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the first identity authentication device and the second identity authentication device are devices capable of performing identity recognition and authentication, and because installation scenarios of the first identity authentication device and the second identity authentication device are different, the first identity authentication device has more access control functions than the second identity authentication device.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the specific implementation, when the general target personnel performs identity authentication at the entrance guard device, the entrance guard device has a certain distance from the elevator area, if the elevator dispatching platform dispatches the elevator to the target personnel too early, the target personnel may not get to take the elevator; thus, the elevator dispatching platform should take into account the distance information of the target person currently from the elevator zone when dispatching the elevator to the target person.
In one embodiment, the first authentication device stores therein distance information between the first authentication device and an elevator area;
correspondingly, the first identity authentication device is further configured to:
transmitting the distance information to the elevator service gateway equipment so that the elevator service gateway equipment transmits the distance information to an elevator dispatching platform;

and determining the arrival time information of the elevator taken by the target person based on the distance information and the average walking speed of the person, and returning the arrival time information to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment so that the first identity authentication equipment displays the arrival time information to the target person.
Alternatively, the arrival time information may be a specific time of arrival of the elevator, or may be a time interval from arrival of the elevator.
In practice, in order to ensure that the target person can take his assigned elevator, the determined arrival time of the elevator needs to be met, the target person arrives at the same time as the elevator, or the elevator arrives slightly after delay.
In one embodiment, after the identity authentication of the target person is passed, the identity information of the target person and the distance information are sent to the elevator service gateway device together, so that the elevator service gateway device sends the destination floor information, the distance information and the starting floor information to the elevator dispatching platform together after determining the destination floor information corresponding to the target person, and the elevator dispatching platform executes the dispatching task.
Specifically, when the elevator dispatching platform executes an elevator dispatching task, specific elevator dispatching time can be calculated according to a preset algorithm based on the distance information, the walking speed of personnel, the time consumption of elevator dispatching and other parameters, and arrival time information and elevator number information are returned to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment, so that a target person can go to a corresponding elevator according to the time information and the elevator number information.
For example, in one embodiment, assuming that it is determined that the target person is walking to the elevator area for about 30 seconds based on the distance information and the person walking speed, in order to ensure that the target person can ride on the elevator, it is necessary to ensure that the arrival time of the elevator is 30 seconds later (may be 30 seconds or a value slightly greater than 30 seconds); when the elevator dispatching process is executed, multiple factors such as time consumption of an elevator dispatching algorithm, time consumption of an elevator running to a floor where a target person is located, time consumption of the target person walking to an elevator area and the like need to be comprehensively considered, so that the executed elevator dispatching operation can meet the requirement that the elevator arrives at the same time with the target person or the elevator arrives slightly later than the target person; when the elevator dispatching method is specifically implemented, the elevator dispatching time can be reasonably controlled based on the conditions required to be met, the specific implementation process can be flexibly arranged by referring to the logic, and the specific elevator dispatching process is not repeated here.
Of course, this is merely an example listing of one possible implementation of determining time of arrival information and is not limiting of embodiments of the present application.
In order to facilitate understanding of the elevator group management and control system provided by the embodiment of the present application, the solution provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to a specific application scenario.
Optionally, in a specific application scenario, an elevator in a target area is divided into a high-area elevator area and a low-area elevator area, three gate devices are arranged on a front door of the target area (i.e. three gate channels are arranged on the front door), two gate devices are arranged on a side door of the target area (i.e. two gate channels are arranged on the side door), and an arrangement scenario of the gate devices is shown in fig. 3.
In the scenario shown in fig. 3, each access control device corresponds to one first identity authentication device, that is, five first identity authentication devices exist in the scenario shown in fig. 3, which are respectively denoted as a first identity authentication device 1, a first identity authentication device 2, a first identity authentication device 3, a first identity authentication device 4, and a first identity authentication device 5; the low-area elevator area corresponds to an elevator service gateway device and an elevator dispatching platform and is respectively marked as an elevator service gateway device 1 and an elevator dispatching platform 1; the high-area elevator area corresponds to an elevator service gateway device and an elevator dispatching platform, which are respectively marked as an elevator service gateway device 2 and an elevator dispatching platform 2. A system architecture diagram of an elevator group control system arranged for this application scenario is shown in fig. 4.
In the system structure diagram shown in fig. 4, the first authentication device 1, the first authentication device 2, the first authentication device 3, the first authentication device 4 and the first authentication device 5 are connected with the elevator service gateway device 1 and the elevator service gateway device 2, the elevator service gateway device 1 is connected with the elevator dispatching platform 1, and the elevator service gateway device 2 is connected with the elevator dispatching platform 2.
In the implementation, if a person B in the target area enters the target area from a gate channel corresponding to the first authentication device 3, that is, the first authentication device 3 performs identity authentication on the person B, after the identity authentication is passed, the first authentication device 3 sends the number information of the person B and the distance information of the first authentication device 3 from the elevator area to the elevator service gateway device 1 and the elevator service gateway device 2, the elevator service gateway device 1 and the elevator service gateway device 2 respectively judge whether the current moment is in a preset time period, if yes, the destination floor information corresponding to the person B is determined according to the number information of the person B and the mapping relation between the person numbers of all persons in the pre-stored target area and the destination floor information, if the number of the layers corresponding to the destination floors is in a low area range, the elevator service gateway device 1 sends the destination floor information, the starting floor information and the distance information corresponding to the person B to the elevator dispatching platform 1, and the elevator riding information of the person B is determined by the elevator dispatching platform 1; if the number of floors corresponding to the destination floors is in the high area range, the elevator service gateway equipment 2 sends destination floor information, starting floor information and distance information corresponding to the personnel B to the elevator dispatching platform 2, and the elevator dispatching platform 2 determines elevator information of the personnel B and arrival time information of the elevator of the personnel B;
After the elevator dispatching platform 1 or the elevator dispatching platform 2 determines elevator information of the person B, the elevator information of the person B is fed back to corresponding elevator service gateway equipment, the elevator service gateway equipment sends the elevator information to first identity authentication equipment 3, and the first identity authentication equipment 3 displays the elevator information to the person B after receiving the elevator information corresponding to the person B and simultaneously controls a corresponding access control device to open the door of the person B.
The elevator group control system comprises an elevator dispatching platform, elevator group control equipment and first identity authentication equipment arranged on an access control device; after the first identity authentication device passes the identity authentication of the target person entering the target area, the first identity authentication device sends the identity information of the target person to the elevator service gateway device, and if the current moment belongs to a preset time period, the destination floor information corresponding to the target person can be determined based on the identity information of the target person; the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information taken by the target personnel and returns the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment so as to be displayed to the target personnel, and meanwhile, the first identity authentication equipment controls the access control device to release the target personnel; firstly, when the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted, the time period information of the current moment is taken into consideration when the destination floor information corresponding to the target personnel is determined, namely, the different requirements of different personnel on the floor information in different time periods are taken into consideration, so that the accuracy of dispatching the elevator for the target personnel is improved, and the passenger carrying efficiency of the elevator can be improved; in addition, in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when the target personnel perform identity authentication at the entrance guard of the target area, the elevator is allocated to the target personnel, and the elevator information taken by the target personnel can be fed back to the target personnel in time through the first identity authentication equipment, so that the target personnel can know the taken elevator information conveniently, and great convenience is brought to the taking of the elevator of the personnel.
For the elevator group control system provided by the embodiment of the application, based on the same thought, the embodiment of the application also provides an elevator group control method which is applied to the elevator service gateway equipment. Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of an elevator group control method according to the present application, where, as shown in fig. 5, the method at least includes the following steps:
step 202, receiving identity information of a target person entering a target area, which is sent by first identity authentication equipment;
step 204, judging whether the current moment is within a preset time period; if yes, go to step 206;
step 206, determining destination floor information corresponding to the target person according to the identity information and a preset rule, and sending the destination floor information and the starting floor information corresponding to the target person to an elevator dispatching platform so that the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information corresponding to the target person according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information;

According to the elevator group management and control method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the first identity authentication equipment passes the identity authentication of the target personnel entering the target area, the first identity authentication equipment sends the identity information of the target personnel to the elevator service gateway equipment, and if the current moment belongs to a preset time period, the destination floor information corresponding to the target personnel can be determined based on the identity information of the target personnel; the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information taken by the target personnel and returns the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment so as to be displayed to the target personnel, and meanwhile, the first identity authentication equipment controls the access control device to release the target personnel; firstly, when the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted, the time period information of the current moment is taken into consideration when the destination floor information corresponding to the target personnel is determined, namely, the different requirements of different personnel on the floor information in different time periods are taken into consideration, so that the accuracy of dispatching the elevator for the target personnel is improved, and the passenger carrying efficiency of the elevator can be improved; in addition, in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when the target personnel perform identity authentication at the entrance guard of the target area, the elevator is allocated to the target personnel, and the elevator information taken by the target personnel can be fed back to the target personnel in time through the first identity authentication equipment, so that the target personnel can know the taken elevator information conveniently, and great convenience is brought to the taking of the elevator of the personnel.

a processor 404, configured to determine whether the current time is within a preset time period; if yes, determining destination floor information corresponding to the target person according to the identity information and a preset rule, and sending the destination floor information and starting floor information corresponding to the target person to the elevator dispatching platform so that the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information corresponding to the target person according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information.
The elevator service gateway device provided in the embodiment of the present application may implement all the method steps of the method embodiments shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, which are not described herein again.
According to the elevator service gateway equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, after the first identity authentication equipment passes the identity authentication of the target personnel entering the target area, the first identity authentication equipment sends the identity information of the target personnel to the elevator service gateway equipment, and if the current moment belongs to a preset time period, the destination floor information corresponding to the target personnel can be determined based on the identity information of the target personnel; the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information taken by the target personnel and returns the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment so as to be displayed to the target personnel, and meanwhile, the first identity authentication equipment controls the access control device to release the target personnel; firstly, when the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted, the time period information of the current moment is taken into consideration when the destination floor information corresponding to the target personnel is determined, namely, the different requirements of different personnel on the floor information in different time periods are taken into consideration, so that the accuracy of dispatching the elevator for the target personnel is improved, and the passenger carrying efficiency of the elevator can be improved; in addition, in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when the target personnel perform identity authentication at the entrance guard of the target area, the elevator is allocated to the target personnel, and the elevator information taken by the target personnel can be fed back to the target personnel in time through the first identity authentication equipment, so that the target personnel can know the taken elevator information conveniently, and great convenience is brought to the taking of the elevator of the personnel.
Corresponding to the elevator group control method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application provide a network device, as shown in fig. 8, including a processor 510, a transceiver 520, a memory 530, and a bus interface. Wherein:
in the embodiment of the present application, the network device 500 further includes: a computer program stored in the memory 530 and executable on the processor 510, which when executed by the processor 510, implements all the method steps of the elevator group control method described above, and achieves the same technical effects, and is not repeated here.
In fig. 8, a bus architecture may comprise any number of interconnecting buses and bridges, with various circuits of the one or more processors, as represented by processor 510, and the memory, as represented by memory 530, being chained together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripheral devices, voltage regulators, power management circuits, etc., which are well known in the art and, therefore, will not be described further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. Transceiver 520 may be a number of elements, including a transmitter and a receiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 510 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 530 may store data used by the processor 510 in performing operations.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the processes of the above method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effects, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is given here. Wherein the computer readable storage medium is selected from Read-Only Memory (ROM), random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), magnetic disk or optical disk.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk), including several instructions for causing a terminal (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method described in the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (14)
1. An elevator group control system, the system comprising: the elevator dispatching platform, the elevator service gateway equipment and the first identity authentication equipment are arranged on the access control device;
the first identity authentication equipment is used for carrying out identity authentication on a target person entering a target area, and after the identity authentication is passed, the identity information of the target person is sent to the elevator service gateway equipment;
the elevator service gateway device is used for determining destination floor information corresponding to the target person according to a preset rule when the current moment is determined to be in a preset time period, sending the destination floor information and starting floor information corresponding to the target person to the elevator dispatching platform, and sending a call instruction to the elevator dispatching platform when the current moment is determined not to be in the preset time period; the call instruction carries the information of the starting floor so that the elevator dispatching platform dispatches an elevator to the starting floor;
the elevator dispatching platform is used for determining elevator information taken by the target personnel according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information, returning the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment through the elevator service gateway equipment, displaying the elevator information to the target personnel by the first identity authentication equipment, and controlling the access control device to open the door to the target personnel; wherein the elevator information comprises elevator identification information;
The elevator dispatch platform is further configured to:
and determining arrival time information of an elevator on which the target person takes based on the distance information between the first identity authentication device and an elevator area and the average walking speed of the person, so that the elevator arrives at the target person simultaneously or lags behind the arrival of the target person, and returning the arrival time information to the first identity authentication device through the elevator service gateway device so that the first identity authentication device displays the arrival time information to the target person.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the elevator service gateway devices comprise a first elevator service gateway device corresponding to a first sub-elevator group and a second elevator service gateway device corresponding to a second sub-elevator group; the first sub-elevator group comprises an elevator set leading to floors below a preset floor threshold, and the second sub-elevator group comprises an elevator set leading to floors above the preset floor threshold;
the elevator dispatching platforms comprise a first elevator dispatching platform for dispatching the first sub-elevator group and a second elevator dispatching platform for dispatching the second sub-elevator group;
The first elevator service gateway device is configured to send the destination floor information and the starting floor information to the first elevator dispatching platform when the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor information does not reach the preset floor threshold, and the first elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information taken by the target person from the first sub-elevator group according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information;
and the second elevator service gateway device is used for sending the destination floor information and the starting floor information to the second elevator dispatching platform when the number of floors corresponding to the destination floor information reaches the preset floor threshold value, and determining the elevator information taken by the target person from the second sub-elevator group by the second elevator dispatching platform according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the elevator dispatch platform comprises a primary elevator dispatch platform and a backup elevator dispatch platform;
the elevator service gateway device is specifically configured to:
transmitting the destination floor information and the starting floor information to the main elevator dispatching platform; and if the response information returned by the main elevator dispatching platform is not received within the preset time length, the destination floor information and the starting floor information are sent to the backup elevator dispatching platform.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the first authentication device is further to:
when the target personnel repeatedly perform identity authentication, judging whether an elevator dispatching flow corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation of the target personnel is finished; if yes, the operation of sending the identity information of the target personnel to the elevator service gateway equipment is executed; otherwise, the elevator information corresponding to the previous identity authentication operation is displayed to the target personnel.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the elevator service gateway device is further configured to:
and sending a release instruction to the first identity authentication equipment so that the first identity authentication equipment controls the access control device to open the door for the target personnel.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the first authentication device has the distance information stored therein;

7. The system of claim 1, further comprising a second authentication device disposed within the hoistway;
the second identity authentication device is configured to perform identity authentication on the target person, and after the identity authentication is passed, if the current time is not within the preset time period, display floor information selectable by the target person at the current time, so as to allow the target person to select the floor information; and the elevator dispatching platform is also used for acquiring the target floor information selected by the target personnel and sending the target floor information to the elevator dispatching platform so as to enable the elevator dispatching platform to dispatch an elevator.
8. An elevator group control method applied to an elevator service gateway device, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving identity information of a target person entering a target area, which is sent by first identity authentication equipment;
judging whether the current moment is within a preset time period or not;
if yes, determining destination floor information corresponding to the target person according to the identity information and a preset rule, and sending the destination floor information and starting floor information corresponding to the target person to an elevator dispatching platform so that the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information corresponding to the target person according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information;
If the current moment is not in the preset time period, sending a call instruction to the elevator dispatching platform; the call instruction carries the information of the starting floor so that the elevator dispatching platform dispatches an elevator to the starting floor;
acquiring the elevator information returned by the elevator dispatching platform, and sending the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment, so that the first identity authentication equipment displays the elevator information to the target personnel and controls a corresponding access control device to open the door;
and receiving arrival time information returned by the elevator dispatching platform, and sending the arrival time information to the first identity authentication equipment so that the first identity authentication equipment can display the arrival time information to the target personnel, wherein the arrival time information is determined by the elevator dispatching platform based on the distance information between the first identity authentication equipment and an elevator area and the average walking speed of the personnel, and is determined for enabling the elevator to arrive at the target personnel simultaneously or lag the arrival of the target personnel.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
And sending a release instruction to the first identity authentication equipment so that the first identity authentication equipment controls the access control device to open the door for the target personnel.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving the distance information sent by the first identity authentication equipment;
and sending the distance information to the elevator dispatching platform so that the elevator dispatching platform can determine the arrival time information of the elevator taken by the target person based on the distance information and the average walking speed of the person.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein the sending the destination floor information and the starting floor information corresponding to the target person to the elevator dispatch platform comprises:
the destination floor information and the starting floor information are sent to a main elevator dispatching platform;
judging whether response information returned by the main elevator dispatching platform is received within a preset time length;
and if the judging result indicates that the response information returned by the main elevator dispatching platform is not received within the preset time length, the destination floor information and the starting floor information are sent to the backup elevator dispatching platform.
12. An elevator service gateway device, comprising:
the communication module is used for receiving the identity information of the target personnel entering the target area, which is sent by the first identity authentication equipment; the elevator information returned by the elevator dispatching platform is obtained and sent to the first identity authentication equipment, so that the first identity authentication equipment displays the elevator information to the target personnel and controls a corresponding access control device to open the door;
the processor is used for judging whether the current moment is in a preset time period or not; if yes, determining destination floor information corresponding to the target person according to the identity information and a preset rule, and sending the destination floor information and starting floor information corresponding to the target person to the elevator dispatching platform so that the elevator dispatching platform determines elevator information corresponding to the target person according to the destination floor information and the starting floor information; if the current moment is not in the preset time period, sending a call instruction to the elevator dispatching platform; the call instruction carries the information of the starting floor so that the elevator dispatching platform dispatches an elevator to the starting floor; acquiring the elevator information returned by the elevator dispatching platform, and sending the elevator information to the first identity authentication equipment, so that the first identity authentication equipment displays the elevator information to the target personnel and controls a corresponding access control device to open the door; and receiving arrival time information returned by the elevator dispatching platform, and sending the arrival time information to the first identity authentication equipment so that the first identity authentication equipment can display the arrival time information to the target personnel, wherein the arrival time information is determined by the elevator dispatching platform based on the distance information between the first identity authentication equipment and an elevator area and the average walking speed of the personnel, and is determined for enabling the elevator to arrive at the target personnel simultaneously or lag the arrival of the target personnel.
13. A computer device comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory, and a communication bus; the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete communication with each other through a bus; the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor is configured to execute a program stored on the memory to implement the method steps of any one of claims 8-11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method steps of any of claims 8-11.
