The working principle of the invention comprises the following processes:
under the normal state, the car hopper outer frame 10 is locked with the locking mechanism 108 through the rotary guide assembly 15, the two dump bins 12 are respectively positioned at the head and the tail of the rotary car frame body 1, under the normal state, the upper tops of the plurality of rolling balls 105 are contacted with the bottom of the car hopper outer frame 10 to play a supporting role for the car hopper outer frame 10, and a damping spring 3 and a damping connecting block 4 are arranged between the rotary car frame body 1 and the car body supporting frame 2, so that a good damping effect is achieved in the process of material transportation, and excessive falling of materials in the dump bins 12 caused by uneven roads is prevented;
