The invention discloses a method for shortening the average emergency response time of a distribution network line trip accident, which adopts a server system and a computer terminal of an intelligent scheduling operation system based on multi-fusion; and the server system is used for providing signal information required by automatic accident recording, analyzing and processing the obtained information, and sending the data processing result to the intelligent scheduling operation system computer terminal based on multi-fusion. The invention can effectively solve the problems of long average response time of accident handling and excessive statistical difficulty of trip in bad weather.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the relationship between electric energy and human life and production is more and more compact, and the influence of line trip accidents on the society is increasingly increased. the computer terminal of the intelligent scheduling operating system based on multi-fusion is used for sending a data processing request to the server and displaying a received data processing result to a dispatcher;
the computer terminal of the intelligent scheduling operating system based on multi-fusion comprises an intelligent extraction module for making accident information based on a webpage and an intelligent identification module for emergency repair departments;
the intelligent extraction module for accident information and the intelligent identification module for emergency repair departments based on the webpage can display main information of power grid accidents so as to facilitate scheduling accident processing and analysis recording of personnel, wherein the accident processing and analysis recording comprises starting time, a transformer substation, a fault equipment name, a voltage grade, line reclosing, accident conditions and remarks.
The server system includes: the system comprises a local dispatching automation mirror database, a power distribution automation mirror database, power utilization information, a PMS and a GIS; the local dispatching automation mirror database is used for acquiring signal information when the power grid accident occurs, extracting key signals for analysis, obtaining the starting time of the power grid accident, a transformer substation, the name of fault equipment, the voltage grade, line reclosing and accident condition information, and helping a dispatcher to deal with the accident; the power distribution automation mirror database is used for judging the line automation action condition and assisting the power grid accident handling; the power utilization information is used for distribution network emergency maintenance service and informs a user of power failure condition of a line accident; and fault information is respectively input into the PMS and the GIS to assist in line patrol.
The invention can effectively solve the problems of long average response time of accident handling and excessive statistical difficulty of trip in bad weather.
