the inclined plane damping shaft is obliquely arranged at the bottom of the damper main body and comprises: the inclined rod, the inclined plane damping spring and the rotating shaft are arranged on the inclined plane;
the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the device main body, and a spring cavity is arranged in the rotating shaft;
the inclined damping spring is arranged in the spring cavity;
the first end of the diagonal rod extends into the spring cavity to be connected with the inclined plane damping spring, and the second end of the diagonal rod is rotatably connected with the damper main body.
7. The anti-winding auxiliary device for cables of 10kV and below power distribution networks as claimed in claim 6, wherein the device body is provided with a mounting cavity for mounting the damper body;
the bottom surface of the shock absorber main body is connected with the cavity bottom of the mounting cavity through the vertical shock absorption spring;
a damping cavity is arranged on the side surface of the damper main body;
the side cavity wall of the installation cavity is connected with a horizontal plate which is horizontally arranged;
the upper cavity wall and the lower cavity wall of the damping cavity are connected with the horizontal plate through the vertical damping spring.
8. The anti-wind assistor for cables of 10kV and below distribution networks of claim 1, wherein the lifter comprises a lifter body, a screw, a threaded sleeve, a horizontal bevel gear, a vertical bevel gear, a rotating disc and a second stopper;
the lifter body is arranged on the device body;
the screw rod and the threaded sleeve are arranged in the lifter main body;
the screw sleeve is in threaded fit connection with the screw rod;
the end part of the threaded sleeve extends out of the lifter main body and is fixedly connected with the supporting plate;
the horizontal bevel gear is in synchronous rotating connection with the screw;
the vertical bevel gear is in meshed connection with the horizontal bevel gear;
the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the vertical bevel gear and rotates coaxially with the vertical bevel gear;
the second limiting part is movably arranged on the lifter main body and used for limiting the rotation of the rotating disc when the second limiting part is abutted against the rotating disc.
9. The anti-wind aid for 10kV and below distribution network cables of claim 1, further comprising a clamping structure for fixing the cable box;
the clamping structure includes: the clamping structure comprises a clamping structure main body, a first clamping block, a second clamping block, a motor, a first clamping block threaded sleeve, a second clamping block threaded sleeve, a first clamping block screw rod and a second clamping block screw rod;
the clamping structure main body is arranged on the shock absorber and is provided with a cavity;
the motor, the first clamping block screw rod and the second clamping block screw rod are all arranged in the cavity;
the motor is connected with the first clamping block screw rod and the second clamping block screw rod and is used for controlling the first clamping block screw rod and the second clamping block screw rod to rotate;
the first clamping block threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the first clamping block screw rod;
the second clamping block threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the second clamping block screw rod;
the first clamping block is fixedly connected with the first clamping block threaded sleeve;
the second clamping block is fixedly connected with the second clamping block threaded sleeve;
the cavity is provided with a sliding groove for the first clamping block and the second clamping block to slide;
the motor drives the first clamping block and the second clamping block to slide along the sliding groove by controlling the first clamping block screw rod and the second clamping block screw rod to rotate;
the cable box is clamped and fixed on the clamping structure main body through the first clamping block and the second clamping block.
10. The anti-wind assistor for 10kV and below distribution network cables of claim 1, characterized in that the device body is specifically a vehicle body; and the bottom of the vehicle body is provided with rollers.
