The traditional motorcade is generally an enterprise motorcade, a motorcade and team members belong to enterprise staff, the enterprise undertakes transportation responsibility, the motorcade is only responsible for dispatching work orders and managing the team members, and the transportation order achieves the carrying relationship between a cargo owner and the enterprise. Because the resource idle rate of enterprise motorcades is high, network motorcades have appeared in recent years, the captain and the team member are independent individuals, the motorcade is temporarily formed through an internet platform, and the captain can carry orders by himself or can dispatch the orders to the team member for carrying the orders after receiving the orders of the owners.
In the network fleet in the prior art, the fleet master still plays the role of dispatching work orders, and as the fleet master takes over freight orders, the owner of the freight generally defaults to have a carrying relationship with the fleet master, and if the freight is lost or the freight is lost, the owner of the freight can find the leader to take charge of the freight, and the fleet master and the team member are in a loose temporary relationship and may not know each other, so that the handling difficulty of freight disputes among the owner of the freight, the fleet master and the team member is caused, and the handling efficiency and the result of the freight disputes are influenced. Therefore, after the cargo owner sends a freight order and the captain acquires order information, how to quickly and accurately determine the carrying relationship among the captain, the team member and the cargo owner becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
Therefore, the freight orders in the prior art have the problems of low processing efficiency and inflexible processing mode.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a shipping order, including the following steps:
s100: receiving a booking request of a first class user terminal to a freight order, and establishing a pre-distribution relation between the freight order and a fleet to which the first class user terminal belongs;
s200: receiving an order allocation request of a first type of user terminal, and inquiring alternative vehicles and alternative second type users in a fleet to which the first type of user terminal belongs;
s300: generating an order distribution page based on the alternative vehicle and the alternative second-class user, and pushing the order distribution page to the first-class user terminal;
s400: and receiving the selection of the first type user terminal to the alternative vehicle and the alternative second type user in the order distribution page, and establishing a carrying relationship between the freight order and the selected vehicle and the selected second type user.
The freight order processing method of the present invention establishes a pre-allocation relationship between an order and a fleet of vehicles by receiving a reservation request using step S100, and receiving the order distribution request through steps S200 and S300, querying the alternative vehicle and the alternative second class user and pushing the order distribution page to the first class user terminal, by receiving the order distribution selection of the first type user terminal in step S400, the carrier relationship between the shipping order and the actually distributed second type user is established, thereby quickly determining the carriers, improving the efficiency of establishing the freight order, avoiding the simple establishment of the carrying relationship between the cargo owner and the captain, but the shipper establishes a shipping relationship with the actual shipper, thereby facilitating the rapid and accurate determination of responsible parties when a freight dispute appears subsequently, improving the subsequent processing efficiency of freight orders, and the processing mode is more flexible, and the query and management burden of the freight order processing system is reduced.
In this embodiment, the first type of user is a user in the fleet of vehicles in the manager status, such as a captain of the vehicle, and the second type of user is a user in the fleet of vehicles other than the first type of user, such as a team member. The first type of user terminal refers to terminal equipment used by the first type of user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and the like. The second type of user terminal refers to a terminal device used by the second type of user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like.
The first category of users may create a fleet of vehicles on the shipping platform, similar to creating a group. The first class of users can check the fleet information, perform vehicle management, driver management, mass notification, violation checking, positioning checking, fleet order management and the like. The first type of user can invite the driver to join the motorcade to become the second type of user, and the driver can also actively apply for joining the motorcade to become the second type of user. The driver can select whether the driver belongs to a driver with the vehicle when joining, if the driver with the vehicle is the driver with the vehicle, the driver with the vehicle defaults to the second class of users, the second class of users can select whether non-drivers with the vehicle are allowed to share the vehicle, if the driver with the vehicle is not allowed, the vehicle is bound with the second class of users, if the driver with the vehicle is allowed, the vehicle is not bound with the second class of users, and although the driver with the vehicle defaults to the second class of users, other users with the second class can also be selected to serve as the driver with the vehicle.
The following describes an implementation of the freight order processing method according to the present invention with reference to an embodiment in fig. 2. The cargo owner sends a freight order on the freight platform, the first type user can initiate a reservation request after seeing the freight order through the first type user terminal, specifically, the reservation request is successfully initiated when the payment reservation subscription is successful, then, corresponding to the step S100, the reservation request of the first type user terminal to the freight order is received, and the pre-distribution relationship between the freight order and the fleet to which the first type user terminal belongs is established, namely, the freight order cannot be reserved by other fleets.
In this embodiment, the step S100: after the pre-distribution relationship between the freight order and the fleet to which the first type of user terminal belongs is established, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether a protocol confirmation request or a protocol initiation request of the first type user terminal is received, specifically, judging whether the first type user terminal initiates a transportation protocol under the condition that a shipper does not initiate the transportation protocol, pushing a protocol confirmation page to the first type user terminal (as shown in fig. 3) under the condition that the shipper already initiates the transportation protocol, and judging whether the first type user terminal confirms the protocol;
if the first type user terminal sends the protocol confirmation request or the protocol initiation request, the first type user is considered to take over the freight order, the allocation to the second type user is not allowed, and only the first type user performs, so that the carrying relationship between the freight order and the first type user is established.
If the first type user terminal does not send a protocol confirmation request or a protocol initiation request, the first type user can distribute the freight order to the team members of the own fleet, namely the second type user, within a preset time range (for example, within 2 hours). The first type of user terminal may select "assign drivers" in the order processing page as shown in fig. 4, i.e. initiate an order assignment request.
Then, step S200 is performed: receiving an order allocation request of a first type of user terminal, and inquiring alternative vehicles and alternative second type users in a fleet to which the first type of user terminal belongs; the alternative vehicle refers to a vehicle which can be ordered in the fleet to which the first type of user belongs, and the alternative second type of user refers to a second type of user which can be ordered in the fleet to which the first type of user belongs. Then, step S300 is performed: and generating an order distribution page based on the alternative vehicle and the alternative second-class user, and pushing the order distribution page to the first-class user terminal, wherein the first-class user can enter the order distribution page shown in fig. 5.
In this embodiment, the step S400: receiving the selection of the first-class user terminal to the alternative vehicle and the alternative second-class user in the order allocation page, comprising the following steps:
receiving the selection of the first type of user terminal for the vehicle in the order distribution page;
judging whether the selected vehicle is bound with a second type of users or not;
if yes, determining the bound second type of users as the selected second type of users;
if not, the first class user can further select the driver on board, receive the selection of the first class user terminal to the second class user to be selected, and determine the second class user to be selected.
In this embodiment, the step S400: after establishing the carrying relationship between the shipping order and the selected vehicle and the selected second type of user, the method further comprises the following steps:
and generating a protocol initiation page or a protocol confirmation page, and pushing the protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page to the corresponding second-class user terminal.
Specifically, the protocol confirmation page is generated in the case where the shipper has initiated the transportation protocol, and the protocol initiation page is generated in the case where the shipper has not initiated the transportation protocol. In this embodiment, after the generating the protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether the selected second type user meets a preset first type user generation confirmation condition or not;
the first-class user generation confirmation condition refers to that the electronic signature authorization of the second-class user is successful and the check of the dependence letter is passed and a generation receiver is not set;
if the selected second type user meets the preset first type user generation confirmation condition, the first type user and the selected second type user can both initiate or confirm the protocol, the protocol and the state seen by the two persons are the same, and the effectiveness of the initiated or confirmed protocol is the same, the generated protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page is simultaneously pushed to the corresponding second type user terminal and the first type user terminal, and the second type user is finally used as a carrier no matter the first type user confirms the protocol or the second type user confirms the protocol;
if the selected second type user does not meet the preset first type user generation confirmation condition, the first type user is not qualified to initiate or confirm the protocol, only the second type user is qualified to initiate or confirm the protocol, the generated protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page is only pushed to the corresponding second type user terminal, and is not pushed to the first type user terminal any more.
In this embodiment, according to whether the second type of user meets the first type of user generation confirmation condition, the generated protocol initiation page or protocol confirmation page is pushed to the corresponding second type of user terminal in a form of forced popup, or the generated protocol initiation page or protocol confirmation page is simultaneously pushed to the corresponding second type of user terminal and the first type of user terminal in a form of forced popup. The first class user or the second class user can be ensured to initiate or confirm the protocol quickly by a forced popup mode, and the order establishing efficiency is accelerated.
Therefore, in the freight order processing method, the mode that the captain simply allocates the work order in the prior art is changed, and the captain allocates the order. As used herein, "order" refers to the shipping relationship between the owner and the cargo carrier (which may be the captain or the crew), and "work order" refers to the assignment of work tasks between the captain and the crew within the internet fleet. And the whole order processing flow can ensure that the actual carrier (whether the captain or the team member) can reach a transportation agreement with the cargo owner, so that the resource allocation efficiency is improved, the complexity of follow-up responsibility is reduced, and the operation burden of the order management system is reduced.
In this embodiment, the shipping order processing method further includes the steps of:
receiving an exit request sent by a second type user terminal or a request for deleting the second type user sent by a first type user terminal, and determining the second type user to be deleted;
inquiring all freight orders establishing a carrying relationship with the second type of user to be deleted, and judging whether the second type of user to be deleted has an unfinished freight order;
and if so, rejecting the second type of user to be deleted in the fleet. That is, if a team member requests to quit or the captain deletes a team member, whether the team member or the vehicle related to the team member has an unfinished order is checked, and if the unfinished order exists, the team member is not allowed to quit or the team member is deleted.
In this embodiment, the shipping order processing method further includes the steps of:
receiving a fleet resolving request sent by the first type of user terminal;
inquiring all freight orders establishing carrying relation with users in the fleet requesting to be dispersed and freight orders establishing pre-distribution relation with the fleet, and judging whether the fleet requesting to be dispersed has unfinished freight orders;
if so, the fleet is refused to be disassembled. That is, if the captain is in front of the fleet, the platform checks whether there are unfinished orders in the fleet, and if there are unfinished orders, the fleet is not allowed to be disassembled.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a shipping order processing system, configured to implement the shipping order processing method, where the system includes:
the order booking module M100 is used for receiving a booking request of a first class user terminal for a freight order and establishing a pre-distribution relation between the freight order and a fleet to which the first class user terminal belongs;
the allocation request module M200 is used for receiving an order allocation request of the first type of user terminal, and inquiring alternative vehicles and alternative second type users in a fleet to which the first type of user terminal belongs;
the page pushing module M300 is configured to generate an order distribution page based on the alternative vehicle and the alternative second-class user, and push the order distribution page to the first-class user terminal;
and the allocation confirming module M400 is used for receiving the selection of the alternative vehicle and the alternative second type user from the first type user terminal in the order allocation page and establishing a carrying relationship between the freight order and the selected vehicle and the selected second type user.
The freight order processing system of the invention establishes a pre-distribution relationship between an order and a fleet when receiving a booking request through the order booking module M100, inquires an alternative vehicle and an alternative second class user and pushes an order distribution page to a first class user terminal when receiving the order distribution request through the distribution request module M200 and the page pushing module M300, establishes a carrying relationship between a freight order and an actually distributed second class user by receiving an order distribution selection of the first class user terminal through the distribution confirmation module M400, thereby quickly determining a carrier, improving the freight order establishment efficiency, establishing the carrying relationship between a freight owner and a vehicle captain instead of establishing the carrying relationship between the pure freight owner and the vehicle captain, establishing the carrying relationship between the freight owner and the actual carrier, being convenient for quickly and accurately determining a responsible party when a freight dispute occurs subsequently, and improving the subsequent processing efficiency of the freight order, and the processing mode is more flexible, and the query and management burden of the freight order processing system is reduced.
In the freight order processing system of the present invention, the functions of each module may be implemented by using the specific implementation of the freight order processing method described above, which is not described herein again.
Further, the freight order processing system further includes a protocol confirmation module, and the protocol confirmation module is configured to generate a protocol initiation page or a protocol confirmation page after the allocation confirmation module M400 establishes a carrying relationship between the freight order and the selected vehicle and the selected second type user, and push the protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page to the corresponding second type user terminal. Specifically, the protocol confirmation page is generated in the case where the shipper has initiated the transportation protocol, and the protocol initiation page is generated in the case where the shipper has not initiated the transportation protocol. In this embodiment, after the protocol confirmation module generates a protocol initiation page or a protocol confirmation page, it is determined whether the selected second type of user meets a preset first type of user generation confirmation condition; if the selected second type user meets the preset first type user generation confirmation condition, the first type user and the selected second type user can both initiate or confirm the protocol, the protocol and the state seen by the two persons are the same, and the effectiveness of the initiated or confirmed protocol is the same, the generated protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page is simultaneously pushed to the corresponding second type user terminal and the first type user terminal, and the second type user is finally used as a carrier no matter the first type user confirms the protocol or the second type user confirms the protocol; if the selected second type user does not meet the preset first type user generation confirmation condition, the first type user is not qualified to initiate or confirm the protocol, only the second type user is qualified to initiate or confirm the protocol, the generated protocol initiation page or the protocol confirmation page is only pushed to the corresponding second type user terminal, and is not pushed to the first type user terminal any more.
Further, the freight order processing system further comprises a quit confirmation module, which is used for receiving a quit request sent by the second type user terminal or a request for deleting the second type user sent by the first type user terminal and determining the second type user to be deleted; inquiring all freight orders establishing a carrying relationship with the second type of user to be deleted, and judging whether the second type of user to be deleted has an unfinished freight order; and if so, rejecting the second type of user to be deleted in the fleet.
Further, the freight order processing system further comprises a dismissal confirmation module, which is used for receiving a quit request sent by the second type user terminal or a request for deleting the second type user sent by the first type user terminal, and determining the second type user to be deleted; inquiring all freight orders establishing a carrying relationship with the second type of user to be deleted, and judging whether the second type of user to be deleted has an unfinished freight order; and if so, rejecting the second type of user to be deleted in the fleet.
The embodiment of the invention also provides freight order processing equipment, which comprises a processor; a memory having stored therein executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the shipment order processing method via execution of the executable instructions.
