As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an order information modification method, including the following steps:
s100: receiving an order operation request of a user, and calling a verification rule to carry out first verification;
s200: if the first verification is successful, generating a manual processing task, sending the manual processing task to a customer service system, and receiving a manual processing result of the customer service system;
s300: if the manual processing result is a continuing processing notice, calling the checking rule to check for the second time;
s400: if the second verification fails, the order information is modified so that the order operation request meets the verification rule.
Therefore, the invention provides an order information modification method, which is suitable for verifying an order operation request of a user in the process of providing operation service for the user, firstly, when the order operation request is received through the step S100, the first verification is performed, if the first verification is successful, the request acceptance condition is met, at this time, the processing flow of the order operation request is transferred to a customer service system, and the manual processing result fed back by the customer service system is received, when the continuing processing notification fed back by the customer service system is received through the step S300, the second verification is performed, if the second verification is successful, the corresponding operation service can be provided for the user, if the second verification is successful, the condition that the order state is changed in the intervention period of the customer service system, for example, the insurance policy is unable to realize the order withdrawal operation beyond the hesitation period, the change of the order amount is unable to operate according to the crude oil price, at this time, the order information can be automatically modified through the step S400, namely, the order operation request of the user can be continuously executed, and the corresponding operation service can be provided for the user.
Therefore, in the invention, whether the order information needs to be modified is automatically judged through the steps S100-S300, and the order information is automatically modified through the step S400 without manually modifying the order information in the background of the system, so that the processing efficiency of the order operation request can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an order information modification system, which is applied to the order information modification method, where the system includes:
a user request receiving module M100, configured to receive an order operation request of a user;
the rule checking module M200 is used for calling a checking rule to perform first checking when receiving an order operation request of a user, and calling the checking rule to perform second checking after receiving a request processing notification of a customer service system;
the customer service system communication module M300 is used for generating a manual processing task and sending the manual processing task to a customer service system and receiving a manual processing result of the customer service system if the first verification is successful;
the order information modification module M400 is configured to modify the order information if the second verification fails, so that the order operation request meets the verification rule.
The various modules in the order information modification system of the present invention may be implemented using different systems. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the user request receiving module M100 may be implemented using a front-end system, the rule checking module M200 may be implemented using a rule engine system, the customer service system communication module M300 may be implemented using a workflow management system, and the order information modifying module M400 may be implemented using an order management system. In other alternative embodiments, the various modules may be implemented using other types of systems.
As shown in fig. 4, a timing chart of an order information modification method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which the user request receiving module M100, the rule checking module M200, the customer service system communication module M300, and the order information modification module M400 correspond to a front-end system, a rule checking system, a workflow management system, and an order management system, respectively, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, after receiving the order operation request of the user in step S100, the method further includes the following steps:
determining order information and operation types corresponding to the order operation request, wherein the order information at least can comprise order numbers, order establishment time, product information in orders and the like, the operation types at least can comprise types of order withdrawal, refund, order modification and the like, and specific types can be set according to requirements;
and determining a corresponding check rule according to the order information and the operation type.
The front-end system or the workflow system may store in advance a verification rule template corresponding to each operation type, and fill in parameters missing in the verification template according to the order information, thereby obtaining a verification rule corresponding to the order information and the operation type. For example, if the check rule template of the order withdrawal is set such that the time difference from the order establishment time to the current time is smaller than a certain time threshold, the expiration time of the order withdrawal is determined according to the order establishment time and the certain time threshold in the order information, the order withdrawal request lifted before the expiration time can be accepted, and the order withdrawal request lifted after the expiration time is rejected.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in this specific example, the step S100 of receiving an order operation request from a user and calling a verification rule to perform a first verification includes the following steps:
s110: a user logs in a service platform corresponding to the front-end system, and order information is obtained from an order information inquiry interface in the order management system according to the user information;
s120: receiving an order operation request sent by a user, and determining a front-end acceptance rule according to order information and operation types;
s130: and then, checking the front-end acceptance rule and the order information for the first time through a rule engine checking interface of the rule checking system.
After the first verification in step S100, if the verification fails, a blocking prompt is performed, that is, the order operation request of the user is refused, which indicates that the user has not satisfied the acceptance rule of the operation type when the user makes the request. If the verification is successful, step S200 is continued.
In this specific example, the step S200: generating a manual processing task, sending the manual processing task to a customer service system, and receiving a manual processing result of the customer service system, wherein the manual processing task comprises the following steps of:
s210: the workflow management system generates a manual processing task and sends the manual processing task to the customer service system;
s220: the customer service system distributes customer service personnel, contacts the user to carry out manual processing, and after the processing is finished, the customer service personnel outputs a manual processing result, wherein the manual processing result can comprise a stop processing notification and a continue processing notification, the stop processing notification means that the user does not need to resume the request, for example, the customer service personnel determines that the user does not need to lift the request for removing the bill again through communication with the user, and the continue processing notification means that the user still needs to resume the request;
s230: and the workflow management system acquires a manual processing result fed back by the customer service system, and if the manual processing result is a continuous processing notification, the step S300 is executed, namely, a rule engine check interface is called again to carry out second check. The rules checked at this time may be at least partially identical to the accepted rules.
If the second verification is successful, an operation request is directly submitted to the order management system, the order management system is called to execute corresponding operation on the order, and operation service is provided for the user. If the second verification fails, step S400 is executed, that is, the modified order information interface in the order management system is called, the information which does not accord with the verification rule in the order is modified, so that the order information accords with the verification rule, after the modification is completed, the rule engine verification interface is called again to carry out verification, and if the verification is successful, the operation service can be executed through the core submission interface. If the interface or the port is submitted to report errors, time polling pushing is set, and if the interface or the port fails continuously, an exception processing flow is entered.
In this embodiment, the manual processing result of the customer service system may include a stop processing notification and a continue processing notification. After the customer service personnel communicate with the user, the customer service personnel can directly submit a stop processing notice at the moment without requesting the order operation, and end the processing flow of the order operation request, and if the user still needs to request the order operation, the customer service personnel can directly submit a continuous processing notice. Specifically, in step S200, after receiving the manual processing result of the customer service system, the method further includes: and if the manual processing result is a stop processing notice, ending the processing flow of the order operation request.
Further, in order to ensure the processing timeliness of the order operation request, the time for processing the manual processing task by the customer service system can be further limited, if the manual processing result is not received within the limited time, the processing is continued, if the manual processing result is not received after the limited time is exceeded, the processing is overtime, the feedback of the customer service system is not continued, and the processing is directly carried out according to the continuous processing request. Specifically, in this embodiment, after the manual processing task is generated and sent to the customer service system in step S200, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether a manual processing result of the customer service system is received within preset waiting time;
if not, stopping waiting for the manual processing result and continuing to process the order operation request, calling the verification rule to carry out second verification, and selecting whether to execute the operation request or modify the order information according to the second verification result.
As shown in fig. 5, a timing diagram of the present invention is shown when the order information modification method is applied to a scenario in which a user withdraws an order request. The life workflow system corresponds to the workflow management system in fig. 4, the BPM (Business Process Management ) system corresponds to the rule checking system in fig. 4, and the core system corresponds to the order management system in fig. 4, and is responsible for management of policy and data storage.
When the user carries out the operations of returning and removing the bill through the electronic channel (WeChat, official network, telephone, etc.), the user needs to be manually contacted for carrying out the operation of saving the bill. In this embodiment, the verification rule includes an operation time limit corresponding to the order information and operation type. For example, the user can withdraw the bill at full rate by setting the operation time limit of the bill withdrawal to the hesitation period since the receipt date of the receipt. If the user has withdrawn the bill for more than the hesitation period, then the full refund withdrawal cannot be achieved. The duration of the hesitation period may be different for different policies, but the hesitation period is a fixed period for one policy.
In this scenario, first step S100: receiving an order operation request of a user, and calling a verification rule to carry out first verification, wherein the first verification corresponds to the following steps:
and receiving the order removing requirement of the user, and calling a policy information query interface of the core system to query order information of the user, wherein the order information at least comprises a policy number, policy receipt time, policy product type and the like.
And searching the acceptance rule corresponding to the withdrawal form according to the receipt time and the product type of the policy, and calling a BPM electronic verification interface of the BPM system to carry out first verification. If the first verification fails, the user is informed that the time limit is exceeded when the user lifts the list removing request, and at the moment, blocking prompt is carried out to reject the list removing request.
Specifically, in this example, in the step S100, the first verification is performed by calling the verification rule, which includes the following steps:
judging whether the request time of the order operation request is within the corresponding operation time limit, namely whether the time of the user for lifting the order removing request is within the hesitation period;
if yes, the user is informed to lift the form removing request in the hesitation period, the requirement of the acceptance rule is met, the first verification is successful, the step S200 is continued, otherwise, the user is informed to lift the form removing request after exceeding the hesitation period, the requirement of the acceptance rule is not met, the first verification fails, and the form removing request is refused.
After the first verification is successful, continuing to step S200, the life workflow system generates an electronic drop bill, and the customer service personnel contacts the user to drop the bill and fills out the drop result. If the order is successfully saved, customer service personnel submit a stop processing notice, a blocking prompt is carried out, the processing flow of the order removing request is ended, if the order is successfully saved, customer service personnel submit a continuing processing notice, and then step S300 is continued, and a BPM electronic verification interface is called for second verification. And if the single-node pulling result is not submitted yet in the single-node pulling time limit, calling the BPM electronic verification interface to carry out second verification.
In this embodiment, in the step S300, invoking the verification rule to perform the second verification includes the following steps:
if the order is not checked, judging whether the notification time of the continuing processing notification is within the corresponding operation time limit, if so, checking successfully for the second time, calling a core submitting interface, processing the order removing request, providing full charge removing service for the user, if not, checking failed for the second time, and indicating that the notification time of the continuing processing notification exceeds the hesitation period due to the order checking time, and then, modifying order information;
if the order saving time limit arrives and the order saving result is not received yet, performing second verification when the order saving time limit arrives, judging whether the time of the order saving time limit arrives is within the corresponding operation time limit or not, if yes, successfully performing the second verification, calling a core submitting interface to process the order removing request, providing full charge removing service for the user, if not, failing the second verification, and indicating that the notification time for continuing to process the notification exceeds the hesitation period due to the order saving time, and then modifying order information.
In this embodiment, in the step S400, the order information is modified so that the order operation request meets the verification rule, including the steps of:
and modifying the starting time point corresponding to the operation time limit in the order information, so that the notification time of the client for continuing to process the notification is within the corresponding operation time limit. In this specific example, the receipt date in the order information is modified, so that the expiration time of the hesitation period is changed, so that the notification time of the client to continue processing the notification is within the corresponding operation time limit.
The above-described timing charts in fig. 4 and 5 are merely application examples of the order information modification method of the present invention. In practical application, the verification rule may not be limited to the time limit corresponding to the operation type, but may also be other parameters, such as the amount of money, the status of the order, etc., and the type of the user operation request is not limited to the withdrawal request, but may also be a modification request of certain information in the order. For example, in one embodiment, the check rule allows the user to perform the order withdrawal operation when the amount is within a set range, and the order amount may change during the order withdrawal process, and no longer be within the set range, at which point the order information needs to be modified so that the order amount returns to the amount when the user initiates the order withdrawal request, so that the order withdrawal operation may continue. In another embodiment, the verification rule is that the order state is to be shipped, the user lifts the address modifying operation when the order state is to be shipped, and in the process of saving the order, the order state becomes shipped, and at this time, the user cannot modify the address due to the change of the order state, so that the user needs to modify the order state to be shipped, and the address modifying operation can be continuously performed by the user.
The embodiment of the invention also provides order information modification equipment, which comprises a processor; a memory having stored therein executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the order information modification method via execution of the executable instructions.
