Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention relates to a mating instrument, which includes an instrument main body, an instrument auxiliary material, and an identification device, wherein:
the instrument body includes: the controller is used for controlling the electrifying of the instrument main body; the signal reading device is connected with the controller and is used for sending an energizing signal to the controller according to the read signal;
the identification device comprises: the device comprises a first signal module, a second signal module and a disposable fixing device, wherein the first signal module and the second signal module respectively comprise preset keys, and the keys are matched; the first signal module is arranged in the disposable fixing device which is fixedly connected to the auxiliary material of the instrument; the signal reading device can read and write the first signal module and the second signal module.
The present embodiment describes the technical solution of the present invention with a specific application example of a medical device including an instrument main body and an instrument auxiliary material.
In the use process of the medical equipment, the used instrument auxiliary material needs to be a disposable auxiliary material in order to ensure the sanitary safety of the use, and the used instrument auxiliary material needs to be a genuine auxiliary material matched with the instrument main body in order to ensure the normal operation of the instrument and the use effectiveness of the auxiliary material, so that the use of the non-genuine auxiliary material is prevented.
The medical equipment of the embodiment comprises an instrument main body, instrument auxiliary materials and an identification device, and the specific structure and the specific function are as follows:
the instrument main body comprises a controller and a signal reading device, the signal reading device is connected with the controller, the signal reading device sends a read signal to the controller, the controller receives the read signal and then controls the electrifying of the instrument main body, the controller can be realized through a main control circuit board, the electrifying of the instrument main body can be realized through a relay, namely, the electrifying or the outage of the instrument main body can be realized through the on-off of the main control circuit board, and the technical means are conventional technical means and are not repeated.
The identification device comprises a first signal module, a second signal module and a disposable fixing device, wherein the first signal module and the second signal module respectively comprise preset keys, and the keys are matched; the signal reading device can read and write signals of the first signal module and the second signal module. The first signal module is arranged in the disposable fixing device, and the disposable fixing device is installed and fixed on the auxiliary material of the instrument when in use.
In this embodiment, the disposable fixing device has a circular structure with an opening, one end of the opening is a clamping column with a clamping tooth, the other end of the opening is a unidirectional clamping groove, the clamping tooth can be clamped into the clamping groove, the clamping tooth and the clamping groove are unidirectional clamping, once the clamping is carried out, the disposable fixing device cannot be disassembled, the NFC coil of the disassembled NFC tag which is the normal means is distributed over the whole circular structure, and once the NFC tag is disassembled by the abnormal means (such as violent means such as shearing), the NFC tag inside the disposable fixing device is destroyed, so that the NFC tag cannot be read.
As a preferred embodiment, in this embodiment, the signal reading device adopts an NFC induction coil, and the first signal module and the second signal module are NFC tags, specifically, the first signal module is a first NFC tag, the second signal module is a second NFC tag, and the first NFC tag is disposed in the circular structure of the opening. The first NFC tag and the second NFC tag are written into the first key and the second key respectively when shipped from the factory, and the first key is paired with the second key. In the invention, the signal reading device, the first signal module and the second signal module also adopt other signal reading modes, and the technical means for realizing the signal reading function can be adopted.
The matching method of the medical equipment of the embodiment is as follows:
s1, mounting and connecting an instrument auxiliary material fixed with a disposable fixing device on an instrument main body, reading a first key of a first NFC label in the disposable fixing device by an NFC induction coil, and sending the read first key to a controller.
S2, the operator approaches the second NFC label to the reading range of the NFC induction coil, so that the NFC induction coil reads out the second key of the second NFC label, and sends the read second key to the controller.
S3, the controller compares the read first key with the read second key, if the first key and the second key are successfully paired, the controller controls the instrument main body to be electrified, and meanwhile, the controller sends a signal to the signal reading device to write information, and the signal reading device respectively writes corresponding used record information into the first NFC tag and the second NFC tag after receiving the information; if the pairing of the two is unsuccessful, the instrument body cannot be energized.
Since the instrument auxiliary material used as the medical instrument is usually required to be disposable in the actual use process, in order to prevent the instrument auxiliary material from being reused, the signal reading range of the signal reading device is adjusted, and only after the instrument auxiliary material is connected to the instrument main body, the distance at this time can enable the signal reading device to read the first signal module in the disposable fixing device, and the position outside the signal reading range cannot be read. After taking out instrument auxiliary material, the first signal module in the disposable fixing device exceeds the signal reading range, and then the first NFC label can not be read, and when the instrument auxiliary material is connected to the instrument main body again, even if the first NFC label and the second NFC label are read again simultaneously, the power can not be supplied. However, because some special application occasions need to take out the auxiliary materials of the instrument and then use the auxiliary materials again, the interrupt time t can be set in the controller, for example, 5 minutes, when the auxiliary materials of the instrument are taken out and then are installed and connected on the instrument main body again within 5 minutes, the NFC induction coil reads the first key of the first NFC label for the second time, the electrification can still be controlled at the moment, but if the auxiliary materials of the instrument are installed and connected on the instrument main body again after exceeding 5 minutes, the auxiliary materials of the instrument are considered to be reused and cannot be electrified, and the specific interrupt time t can be set according to different use environments.
In the matching process of the matched instrument, the controller can control the electrifying of the instrument main body only after the signals of the first NFC label and the second NFC label are read and the keys in the two NFC labels are successfully matched, and the electrifying of the instrument main body can be controlled by the mode, so that the following effects can be realized:
1. the matching property of the auxiliary materials of the instrument is ensured, namely, only the auxiliary materials of the genuine products matched with the main body of the instrument can be read and matched with the key of the second NFC label.
2. Because the genuine auxiliary material is inherently provided with the disposable fixing device, the disposable fixing device cannot be removed, and once the disposable fixing device is forcibly removed, the first NFC label in the disposable fixing device is destroyed, so that the first NFC label cannot be read, and at the moment, the instrument main body cannot be electrified because the first NFC label cannot be read although the second NFC label can be read. Because the non-genuine auxiliary material does not have the first NFC label, the non-genuine auxiliary material cannot be used, and only the genuine auxiliary material can be used effectively.
3. Through writing corresponding used record information into the first NFC label and the second NFC label, when the first NFC label and the second NFC label are read for the second time, the used record information can be read, and the power cannot be supplied at the moment, so that the disposable use of the auxiliary materials of the instrument is ensured.
In order to prevent the identification function of the invention from damaging the instrument main body, the invention provides a preferred embodiment, namely, a shell of the instrument main body is provided with a press-and-bullet type probe with an anti-disassembly function, meanwhile, the instrument main body is provided with a wireless communication module, the press-and-bullet type probe and the wireless communication module are connected with a controller, a locking or unlocking signal is sent out through a remote control end, the wireless communication module receives the locking or unlocking signal and then transmits the locking or unlocking signal to the controller, the controller controls the press-and-bullet type probe to work, for example, when the shell is removed in a locking state, the pressure at the press-and-bullet type probe disappears, and an alarm signal is sent out through the controller, so that an alarm is triggered. For convenient operation, the APP can also be used as a remote control end to send out a locking or unlocking signal.
In order to acquire the use information of the instrument, the controller sends the acquired instrument auxiliary material information to the cloud background through the wireless communication module, for example, the used auxiliary material information. The wireless communication module can be devices with wireless communication functions, such as a 4G/5G wireless communication module, an NB-IOT wireless communication module and the like.
The above embodiments are only illustrative for explaining the technical solution of the present invention, and not limiting the technical solution of the present invention to be applied to the medical apparatus, the technical solution of the present invention is suitable for the matched apparatus, and the scope of the present invention is as defined in the claims.
