本发明公开了一种锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置及滤波器。该调谐螺杆装置包括装配于滤波器盖板上的调谐螺杆,所述调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板通过螺纹连接,所述调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板螺纹连接处设有可轴向变形的环状伸缩槽,所述调谐螺杆上端设有延伸至环状伸缩槽对应处下部的轴向盲孔,所述轴向盲孔内壁位于环状伸缩槽对应处下部或上部设有内螺纹,所述轴向盲孔中设有与内螺纹配合连接的锁紧螺钉;当所述锁紧螺钉与轴向盲孔中的内螺纹拧紧时,所述锁紧螺钉对环状伸缩槽进行轴向压缩或拉伸,使环状伸缩槽发生弹性变形。该装置与滤波器之间锁紧效果牢固、稳定,同时该装置采用的物料较少,能够使装配该装置的滤波器实现整体减重。

锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置及滤波器
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体地指一种锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置及滤波器。
背景技术
滤波器是一种选频装置,可以使信号中特定的频率成分通过,而极大地衰减其他频率成分。空腔滤波器作为一种频率选择装置被广泛地应用于通信领域,与其他性质的滤波器比较,结构牢固,性能稳定可靠,体积小,Q值适中,且散热性能好,可用于较大功率和频率。空腔滤波器主要应用于各大通信基站的前端滤波,滤除带外强干扰信号。空腔滤波器包括腔体和盖板,腔体和盖板之间形成谐振腔,谐振腔内设有谐振管,谐振管对应的盖板上设有谐振螺杆装置。通过调整该谐振螺杆,改变其与谐振管的相对位置,来达到调整谐振频率的目的。
现有技术中的空腔滤波器在运输、安装过程中,谐振螺杆容易出现松动,进而影响整个滤波器的滤波性能。为解决上述问题,对比文件CN202888367U公开了“一种腔体滤波器及螺钉装置”,该螺钉装置包括位于滤波器盖板螺纹孔内上部的锁紧件和螺纹孔内下部的调谐螺杆,通过锁紧件下端面与调谐螺杆上端面之间产生预紧力,从而锁紧调谐螺杆。
然而,上述中国专利在使用过程中仍存在一定的弊端:其一,调谐螺杆与锁紧件之间的预紧力在初应力释放后,锁紧力急剧下降,常需用防松胶二次固化调谐螺杆;其二,单个调谐螺杆装置重量较重,在螺杆装置数量较大的滤波器上,螺杆重量占比较大,造成滤波器无法减重。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提高调谐螺杆的防松性能,提供一种锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置及滤波器。
为实现上述目的,本发明研制出了一种锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置包括装配于滤波器盖板上的调谐螺杆,所述调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板通过螺纹连接,其特别之处在于:所述调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板螺纹连接处设有可轴向变形的环状伸缩槽,所述调谐螺杆上端设有延伸至环状伸缩槽对应处下部的轴向盲孔,所述轴向盲孔内壁位于环状伸缩槽对应处下部或上部设有内螺纹,所述轴向盲孔中设有与内螺纹配合连接的锁紧螺钉;当所述锁紧螺钉与轴向盲孔中的内螺纹拧紧时,所述锁紧螺钉对环状伸缩槽进行轴向压缩或拉伸,使环状伸缩槽发生弹性变形。
进一步地,所述内螺纹位于轴向盲孔内壁对应于环状伸缩槽处的下部;当所述锁紧螺钉头部下端面抵接调谐螺杆上端面时,锁紧螺钉旋入轴向盲孔中的长度小于轴向盲孔孔深。
进一步地,所述内螺纹位于轴向盲孔内壁对应于环状伸缩槽处的上部;当所述锁紧螺钉向内旋入时,锁紧螺钉底部下端面可抵接轴向盲孔底端面。
进一步地,所述环状伸缩槽设于调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板螺纹连接的中间位置处。
进一步地,所述调谐螺杆外螺纹的螺距大于轴向盲孔内螺纹的螺距。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺钉头部上端面设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉的第一凹槽,且第一凹槽为十字槽。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺钉上端面设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉的第二凹槽,且第二凹槽为内六角槽。
进一步地,所述调谐螺杆上端外周壁上固设有用于外部工件将调谐螺杆旋入滤波器盖板螺纹内的螺栓头,且螺栓头为外六角螺栓头。
进一步地,所述环状伸缩槽壁厚为0.4~0.7mm,槽宽为 0.4~0.7mm。
本发明还研制出了一种滤波器,其至少包括滤波器腔体和覆盖于该滤波器腔体上的滤波器盖板,所述滤波器腔体底部向内设有安装台,所述安装台上设有谐振杆,其特别之处在于:所述谐振杆对应的滤波器盖板上设有如上述任一项所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置。
本锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置及滤波器之间采用的两种锁紧方案都是在调谐螺杆外壁上预设环状伸缩槽,通过锁紧螺钉对伸缩槽进行轴向拉伸或压缩,使环状伸缩槽发生弹性压缩或拉伸变形,进而实现该调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板内螺纹的紧密装配。上述两种方案的优点在于:
1.第一种方案,采用在锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆外壁上预设环状伸缩槽,通过嵌置的锁紧螺钉对环状伸缩槽进行轴向压缩,使环状伸缩槽发生弹性压缩变形,进而实现调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板内螺纹的紧密装配;锁紧螺钉在实现环状伸缩槽弹性压缩变形后,可以拆除且不影响锁紧效果,同时锁紧螺钉的拆除减少了原结构中的螺母及垫圈,实现了锁紧螺钉的重复利用和整个滤波器的减重;
2.第二种方案,采用在锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆外壁上预设环状伸缩槽,通过嵌置的锁紧螺钉对环状伸缩槽进行轴向拉伸,使环状伸缩槽发生弹性拉伸变形,进而实现调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板内螺纹的紧密装配;锁紧螺钉在实现环状伸缩槽弹性拉伸变形后,可以拆除且不影响锁紧效果,同时锁紧螺钉的拆除减少了原结构中的螺母及垫圈,实现了锁紧螺钉的重复利用和整个滤波器的减重;
在上述两种方案中,锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆与滤波器盖板内螺纹的紧密装配并未严重破坏调谐螺杆固有的外螺纹结构,因而调谐螺杆仍具有重复调整或拆装的功能。
本发明的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置与滤波器盖板之间锁紧效果牢固、稳定,同时该调谐螺杆装置采用的物料较少,能够使装配该装置的滤波器实现整体减重。

如图1~4所示,本滤波器中装配的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置包括装配于滤波器盖板11上的调谐螺杆2,所述调谐螺杆2与滤波器盖板11通过螺纹连接,所述调谐螺杆2与滤波器盖板11螺纹连接处设有可轴向压缩变形的环状伸缩槽22。所述调谐螺杆2上端设有延伸至环状伸缩槽22对应处下部的轴向盲孔21。所述轴向盲孔 21内壁位于环状伸缩槽22对应处下部设有内螺纹24,所述轴向盲孔21中设有与内螺纹24配合连接的锁紧螺钉3。当所述锁紧螺钉 3与轴向盲孔21中的内螺纹24拧紧时,所述锁紧螺钉3头部下端面抵接调谐螺杆2上端面,锁紧螺钉3旋入轴向盲孔21中的长度小于轴向盲孔21孔深。
所述环状伸缩槽22设于调谐螺杆2与滤波器盖板11螺纹连接的中间位置处。当需要将该锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置装配至滤波器盖板11上时,旋入轴向盲孔21中的锁紧螺钉3,直至锁紧螺钉 3头部下端面抵接调谐螺杆2上端面,这时继续向内旋入锁紧螺钉 3,锁紧螺钉3头部下端面将从上至下的挤压应力传递至调谐螺杆2 上端面。当挤压应力传递至环状伸缩槽22处时,由于设置在调谐螺杆2外周的环状伸缩槽22壁厚L较小,导致环状伸缩槽22发生弹性压缩变形,进而引发环状伸缩槽22上下两侧的啮合点A和啮合点B抱紧啮合滤波器盖板11内螺纹,将调谐螺杆2紧固地装配在滤波器盖板螺纹孔内,起到与双螺母预制锁紧的同等效用。另外,环状伸缩槽22弹性压缩变形是在调谐螺杆2主体上发生的,具有铆结压紧的功能,故装配更加牢固。
优选地,所述调谐螺杆2外螺纹的螺距大于轴向盲孔21内螺纹24的螺距。
优选地,所述调谐螺杆2上端外周壁上固设有方便利用扳手将调谐螺杆2拧进滤波器盖板11螺纹内的螺栓头23,且螺栓头23 为外六角螺栓头。
另外,锁紧螺钉3头部上端端面上设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉3的第一凹槽31,且第一凹槽31为十字槽,凹槽的形状不构成对本发明的限制。第一凹槽31的作用还包括用外部工件将第一锁紧螺钉3旋入或旋出轴向盲孔21。
该实施例中,所述环状伸缩槽22的壁厚L为0.5mm,槽宽为 0.6mm。该环状伸缩槽22在工作过程中能够顺应锁紧螺钉3向内抵紧时的压力而发生弹性压缩变形,另外环状伸缩槽22压缩弹性变形后,可以拆除锁紧螺钉3且不影响锁紧效果。

所述环状伸缩槽22设于调谐螺杆2与滤波器盖板11螺纹连接的中间位置处。当需要将该锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置装配至滤波器盖板11上时,旋入轴向盲孔21中的锁紧螺钉3,直至锁紧螺钉 3底部下端面能够抵接轴向盲孔21底端面,这时继续向内旋入锁紧螺钉3,锁紧螺钉3底部下端面将从上至下的挤压应力传递至螺纹盲孔21底端面。螺纹盲孔21底端面向下挤压时,由于设置在调谐螺杆2外周的环状伸缩槽22壁厚L较小,导致环状伸缩槽22发生弹性拉伸变形,进而引发环状伸缩槽22上下两侧的啮合点C和啮合点D抱紧啮合滤波器盖板11内螺纹,将调谐螺杆2紧固地装配在滤波器盖板11螺纹孔内,起到与双螺母预制锁紧的同等效用。另外,环状伸缩槽22弹性拉伸变形是在调谐螺杆2主体上发生的,具有铆结压紧的功能,故装配更加牢固。
优选地,所述调谐螺杆2外螺纹的螺距大于轴向盲孔21内螺纹24的螺距。
优选地,所述锁紧螺钉3上端面上设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉3的第二凹槽32,且第二凹槽32为内六角槽。凹槽的形状不构成对本发明的限制。第二凹槽32的作用还包括用外部工件将锁紧螺钉3旋入或旋出螺纹盲孔21。
该实施例中,所述环状伸缩槽22的壁厚L为0.6mm,槽宽为 0.7mm。该环状伸缩槽22在工作过程中能够顺应锁紧螺钉3向内旋转抵接轴向盲孔21底端面而发生的弹性拉伸变形。另外环状伸缩槽22弹性拉伸变形后,可以拆除锁紧螺钉3且不影响锁紧效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,包括装配于滤波器盖板(11)上的调谐螺杆(2),所述调谐螺杆(2)与滤波器盖板(11)通过螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述调谐螺杆(2)与滤波器盖板(11)螺纹连接处设有可轴向变形的环状伸缩槽(22),所述调谐螺杆(2)上端设有延伸至环状伸缩槽(22)对应处下部的轴向盲孔(21),所述轴向盲孔(21)内壁位于环状伸缩槽(22)对应处下部或上部设有内螺纹(24),所述轴向盲孔(21)中设有与内螺纹(24)配合连接的锁紧螺钉(3);当所述锁紧螺钉(3)与轴向盲孔(21)中的内螺纹(24)拧紧时,所述锁紧螺钉(3)对环状伸缩槽(22)进行轴向压缩或拉伸,使环状伸缩槽(22)发生弹性变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述内螺纹(24)位于轴向盲孔(21)内壁对应于环状伸缩槽(22)处的下部;当所述锁紧螺钉(3)头部下端面抵接调谐螺杆(2)上端面时,锁紧螺钉(3)旋入轴向盲孔(21)中的长度小于轴向盲孔(21)孔深。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述内螺纹(24)位于轴向盲孔(21)内壁对应于环状伸缩槽(22)处的上部;当所述锁紧螺钉(3)向内旋入时,锁紧螺钉(3)底部下端面可抵接轴向盲孔(21)底端面。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述环状伸缩槽(22)设于调谐螺杆(2)与滤波器盖板(11)螺纹连接的中间位置处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述调谐螺杆(2)外螺纹的螺距大于轴向盲孔(21)内螺纹(24)的螺距。
6.根据权利要求2所述的锁紧式滤波器调节螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺钉(3)头部上端面设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉(3)的第一凹槽(31),且第一凹槽(31)为十字槽。
7.根据权利要求3所述的锁紧式滤波器调节螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺钉(3)上端面设有用于外部工件定位锁紧螺钉(3)的第二凹槽(32),且第二凹槽(32)为内六角槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述调谐螺杆(2)上端外周壁上固设有用于外部工件将调谐螺杆(2)旋入滤波器盖板(11)螺纹内的螺栓头(23),且螺栓头(23)为外六角螺栓头。
9.根据权利要求1所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置,其特征在于:所述环状伸缩槽(22)壁厚为0.4~0.7mm,槽宽为0.4~0.7mm。
10.一种滤波器,其至少包括滤波器腔体(12)和覆盖于该滤波器腔体(12)上的滤波器盖板(11),所述滤波器腔体(12)底部向内设有安装台,所述安装台上设有谐振杆(13),其特征在于:所述谐振杆(13)对应的滤波器盖板(11)上设有如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的锁紧式滤波器调谐螺杆装置。
