Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mine ventilation safety, in particular to a coal seam slotting gas treatment outburst prevention process.
Background
The pre-pumping of coal seam gas and the exploitation of the protective layer are effective outburst elimination measures for safety exploitation of the outburst coal seam. No matter whether the mining condition of a protective layer exists or not, surface drilling, cross-layer drilling or bedding drilling and pre-pumping coal bed gas are necessary choices for eliminating outbursts of the coal bed. The gas drilling of the pre-pumping coal seam becomes a main factor for restricting the mine production succession due to large drilling engineering quantity and long construction period. And in a few mines, soft mudstone at the top/bottom of a coal mining layer is used as a protective layer, and outburst elimination of a outburst coal layer is realized by matching with drilling and pre-pumping coal layer gas. The exploitation of the mudstone as a protective layer not only increases the investment of gas control, but also needs drilling to extract coal bed gas, and in addition, the more exploited mudstone also forms the discharge of solid waste.
In the single outburst coal seam gas treatment process, a working face machine tunnel and an air tunnel top/bottom plate rock tunnel are generally constructed firstly, coal seam strip gas is pre-pumped by utilizing the rock tunnel to construct coal seam through-layer drilling holes, outburst elimination of a coal seam strip area is realized, then coal seam bedding drilling holes are constructed in the machine tunnel and the air tunnel, and the coal seam gas is pre-pumped by matching with coal seam strengthening anti-reflection measures. However, due to the limited prediction range of bedding drilling, the amount of bedding drilling engineering for two-lane construction of a working face is very large, and due to the fact that the length of a single hole of a drilling hole is large, the drilling track is deviated, and the coal seam gas is pre-pumped in the bedding drilling hole, so that the whole area of the coal seam in the range of the working face is difficult to effectively cover, so-called blank zones are formed, so that local outburst elimination cannot reach the standard, and potential safety hazards are buried for the mining of the working face.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a coal seam slotting gas treatment outburst prevention process, which can reduce the labor intensity of drilling construction and the gas extraction period, can eliminate a gas extraction blank zone caused by the deviation of a drilling track, and improves the effectiveness of an outburst prevention effect.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a coal seam slotting gas treatment outburst prevention process, which comprises the following steps:

s4, a communicating roadway is communicated between the front parts of the working face air roadway and the working face machine roadway and is positioned at the front end of the sealing wall;
and S5, enclosing a coal seam mining part by the primary cutting channel, the working face air way, the communicating way and the working face machine way, wherein the coal seam mining part is matched with a sawing and mining device.
Further, in step S2, the number of the initial cut channels is 1.
Further, in step S2, the number of the initial cutting channels is 2 to 5, and all the initial cutting channels are arranged in parallel.

And furthermore, limiting devices matched with the sawing and mining mechanism are arranged in the working face air way and the working face machine way.
Further, the outer surfaces of the primary cutting channel, the working face air lane and the working face machine lane are coated with cement sealing layers.
Further, the sawing and mining mechanism adopts a frame shearer, or a sawing shearer, or a planing shearer, or a drilling shearer, or an impact shearer, or a drum shearer.
Furthermore, the width of the primary cutting channel, the working face air lane and the working face machine lane is 4-8 m, and the height of the primary cutting channel, the working face air lane and the working face machine lane is 2-5 m.

The invention not only can reduce the labor intensity of drilling construction and the gas extraction period, but also can eliminate the blank zone of gas extraction caused by the deviation of the drilling track, thereby improving the effectiveness of outburst prevention effect.
