Compared with the prior art that the butt joint connection between the plate edges is adopted, the trough-shaped plate 4 is more convenient to connect; in addition, the integral frame 3 formed by splicing a plurality of trough plates 4 has the advantages that the inclination of each trough plate 4 is not changed greatly due to the support of the side plates 5 of the trough plates 4 when the integral frame is placed on the ground of a toilet, so that the inclination of each trough plate 4 does not need to be adjusted in sequence.
Specifically, a second supporting mechanism 17 is installed at a corner in the groove of the groove-shaped plate 4, the second supporting mechanism 17 is fixedly connected to the groove-shaped plate 4 through a connecting seat 18, and when the height of the groove-shaped plate 4 is adjusted, the top surface of the groove-shaped plate 4 is adjusted through the second supporting mechanism 17. Specifically, the top plate of the trough plate 4 has a through hole opposed to the second support mechanism 17, through which the second support mechanism 17 can be operated from above the trough plate 4. Thus, after the toilet chassis is installed on the ground, the second supporting mechanism 17 can be operated through the through hole, so that the effect of on-site adjustment of the toilet chassis according to actual conditions is achieved.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the second supporting mechanism 17 includes an adjusting screw 19 and a support, the adjusting screw 19 upwardly penetrates the connecting seat 18, and the connecting seat 18 may be connected to the channel plate 4 by welding; the connecting socket 18 has an internal thread 21, and the internal thread 21 is used for being in threaded connection with the adjusting screw 19, so that the adjusting screw 19 can move up and down in the axial direction when the adjusting screw 19 is screwed.
The end of the adjusting screw 19 facing the top plate of the channel plate 4 has a catch 20, in particular the catch 20 may be a slot adapted for insertion of a screwdriver, such as the slot shown in fig. 12. The clamping structure 20 of the adjusting screw 19 is just opposite to the through hole formed on the top plate of the trough-shaped plate 4, and the screwdriver passes through the through hole from the top, so that the height of the adjusting screw 19 at the bottom of the trough-shaped plate 4 can be adjusted.

Claims (12)

1. A waterproof overhead system for a toilet, comprising:
the ground surface overhead unit comprises a first supporting plate (1) and a first supporting mechanism (2), wherein the first supporting mechanism (2) is connected with the first supporting plate (1) to enable the first supporting plate (1) to make the ground surface overhead;
the first support mechanism (2) comprises: the supporting device comprises a first bearing unit (8), a second bearing unit (9) and a limiting piece (10), wherein the first bearing unit (8) is connected with the second bearing unit (9) to support the second bearing unit (9), and a bearing surface (11) suitable for bearing the first supporting plate (1) is arranged on the second bearing unit (9); one end of a limiting piece (10) is connected with the first bearing unit (8), the other end of the limiting piece bypasses the edge of the second bearing unit (9) and is arranged on one side of the bearing surface (11), and the limiting piece (10) is suitable for limiting the first supporting plate (1);
the plugging component is arranged between the adjacent first supporting plates (1) and connected with the limiting part (10), and is suitable for plugging a gap between the adjacent first supporting plates (1).
2. The waterproof overhead system for toilets of claim 1, wherein the plugging assembly comprises:
the mounting bar (22) is provided with a positioning structure connected with the limiting part (10), the mounting bar (22) is installed on the first bearing unit (8) through the positioning structure, and the two sides of the mounting bar are respectively contacted with the side wall of the adjacent first supporting plate (1) to block the gap between the adjacent first supporting plates (1).

The waterproof overhead system for the toilet according to claim 2, characterized in that the positioning structure is a through hole (24), the size of the through hole (24) is matched with the outer contour of the stopper (10), and the through hole penetrates through the mounting bar (22) along the vertical direction so as to adapt to the adjustment of the first bearing unit (8) by the extension of an adjusting tool into the through hole (24); the mounting bar (22) is connected with the limiting piece (10) through the through hole (24) and is in contact with the bearing surface (11).
4. The waterproof overhead system for toilets of claim 2, wherein the plugging assembly comprises:
the connecting structure comprises a protruding portion and a connecting groove matched with the protruding portion, one of the protruding portion and the connecting groove is arranged on the limiting piece (10), and the other one of the protruding portion and the connecting groove is arranged on the mounting bar (22).

A water-proof overhead system for a toilet according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that it further comprises a chassis unit, assembled with the ground overhead unit, comprising a unitary frame (3) and a water-blocking rim (7), the water-blocking rim (7) being provided with at least one turn around the unitary frame (3).

The waterproof overhead system for the toilet according to claim 5, wherein the chassis unit comprises a trough plate (4) with a plurality of pieces arranged with openings facing downwards, the trough plate (4) is provided with a top plate and a side plate (5), the plurality of trough plates (4) are sequentially spliced to form a whole frame (3), and a water outlet (6) is arranged on the top plate of at least one trough plate (4) in the whole frame (3); the bottom edge of a side plate (5) of the trough plate (4) is a horizontal edge, the top edge of a part of the side plate (5) used for being connected with the top plate is a bevel edge, and the side plate (5) is supported at the bottom of the trough plate (4) and used for keeping the inclination angle of the trough plate (4).

The waterproof overhead system for the toilet according to claim 6, wherein the groove of the groove-shaped plate (4) is provided at a corner with a connection seat (18) for mounting a second support mechanism (17), the second support mechanism (17) being used for adjusting the height of the top surface of the groove-shaped plate (4).

The water-proof overhead system for toilets according to claim 7, wherein the second support mechanism (17) comprises an adjusting screw (19) and a support piece, the support piece is connected to the nut end of the adjusting screw (19), the adjusting screw (19) passes through the connecting base (18) upwards; one end of the adjusting screw rod (19) facing the top plate of the groove-shaped plate (4) is provided with a clamping structure (20), and a through hole opposite to the clamping structure (20) of the adjusting screw rod (19) is formed in the top plate of the groove-shaped plate (4).
9. The water-proof overhead system for toilets according to any of claims 1-4, characterised in that the first bearing unit (8) is located under the bearing surface (11); the limiting piece (10) is abutted to the bearing surface (11).

The waterproof overhead system for toilets according to claim 9, characterized in that the second supporting unit (9) is provided with a first through hole (12), the first through hole (12) penetrates the second supporting unit (9) in the vertical direction, and the first supporting unit (8) is in threaded connection with the second supporting unit (9) through the first through hole (12).
11. The waterproof overhead system for toilets according to claim 10, characterized in that the external force is adapted to pass through the blocking assembly and drive the first supporting unit (8) in motion, so as to screw the first supporting unit (8) with the second supporting unit (9).
