When the support plate 13 is pulled up by the first traction rope 12, the vertical distance between the support plate 13 and the material pushing plate 16 is shortened, so that the third traction rope 21 is in a relaxed state, and when the material pushing plate 16 slides towards the material outlet 101, the third traction rope 21 does not pull the material pushing plate 16 to prevent the material pushing plate 16 from sliding towards the material outlet 101.
When clearing up the rubbish in the collecting box 1, the working process is as follows:
starting the motor 11, the output shaft of the motor 11 drives the rotating shaft 10 to rotate forward, so that the first traction rope 12 wound on the rotating shaft 10 is continuously wound up, and the bearing plate 13 is pulled up by the first traction rope 12 which is continuously wound up.
During the process that the supporting plate 13 moves upwards without touching the brake strip 15, the vertical distance between the supporting plate 13 and the ejector plate 16 is continuously shortened, so that the third traction rope 21 between the supporting plate 13 and the ejector plate 16 is in a relaxed state.
When the support plate 13 moves upward and the stopper bar 15 is turned up as shown in fig. 10, the stopper bar 15 is turned from the horizontal state as shown in fig. 7 to the vertical state as shown in fig. 10, and the shutter door 5 is turned from the vertical state as shown in fig. 7 to the horizontal state as shown in fig. 10. In the process that the shielding door 5 is rotated to the horizontal state as shown in fig. 10, the second pulling rope 18 pulls the material pushing plate 16 to slide towards the material outlet 101, so that the material pushing plate 16 pushes the garbage on the upper end surface of the supporting plate 13 out of the material outlet 101 onto the shielding door 5. At this time, the worker sweeps the garbage on the shielding door 5 down for collection.
When the garbage in the collecting box 1 is cleaned up, the bearing plate 13, the brake strip 15, the shielding door 5 and the material pushing plate 16 need to be reset, and the working process is as follows:
the output shaft of the motor 11 drives the rotating shaft 10 to rotate reversely, the first traction rope 12 wound on the rotating shaft 10 is gradually loosened, and the loosened first traction rope 12 is dropped by the supporting plate 13. As the support plate 13 moves downward, the vertical distance between the support plate 13 and the ejector plate 16 increases, so that the third traction ropes 21 between the support plate 13 and the ejector plate 16 are tightened. Continuing with the downward movement of the support plate 13, the support plate 13 can pull the material pushing plate 16 by pulling the third pulling rope 21, so that the material pushing plate 16 moves away from the discharge hole 101. When the material pushing plate 16 moves away from the discharge hole 101, the material pushing plate 16 can pull the shutter door 5 by pulling the second pulling string 18, so that the shutter door 5 is turned to a state of shielding the discharge hole 101, that is, turned from the state shown in fig. 10 to the state shown in fig. 7.
Through the above process, it can be known that: when no discharging mechanism is arranged in the collecting box 1, if the garbage in the collecting box 1 needs to be cleaned, the garbage in the collecting box 1 needs to be manually drawn out, and the efficiency of cleaning the garbage in the collecting box 1 is reduced.
In this respect, the present embodiment provides a discharge mechanism in the collecting chamber 1. And, when the first haulage rope 12 is released to the receiving and releasing subassembly, the supporting plate 13 not only descends, but also pulls the scraping wings 16 through the third haulage rope 21 to reset, and the scraping wings 16 pulls the shielding door 5 through the second haulage rope 18 to shield the discharge hole 101 again, and the action process of the whole discharging mechanism is coherent, so that the artificial participation is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
Furthermore, when the garbage on the conveyor 4 enters the collecting box 1 from the upper open end of the collecting box 1, it is easy to hang on the pushing plate 16, and unless the garbage hanging on the pushing plate 16 is manually removed, it is difficult to clean the garbage hanging on the pushing plate 16, thereby reducing the efficiency of cleaning the garbage in the collecting box 1. To this end, in the embodiment, the guide plate 19 is arranged above the material pushing plate 16, so that the garbage falling into the collecting box 1 can fall onto the supporting plate 13 in the collecting box 1 along the guide plate 19, and the garbage is prevented from being hung on the material pushing plate 16, so that the garbage hung on the material pushing plate 16 is not required to be picked off manually, the garbage on the supporting plate 13 is only required to be pushed out from the material outlet 101 by the material pushing plate 16, and the efficiency of cleaning the garbage in the collecting box 1 is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, an included angle a between the stopper 15 and the shielding door 5 is an obtuse angle. As shown in fig. 10, if the included angle a between the braking strip 15 and the shielding door 5 is a right angle, when the supporting plate 13 overturns the braking strip 15, the shielding door 5 not only opens the discharge hole 101, but also is in a horizontal state, after the pushing plate 16 pushes the garbage on the supporting plate 13 out of the discharge hole 101 of the collecting box 1, the garbage is only translated to the shielding door 5 in the state of opening the discharge hole 101, and at this time, the garbage on the shielding door 5 needs to be manually swept down, which is not beneficial to further improving the cleaning efficiency.
