本发明涉及清洁去污技术领域,特别是涉及一种清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,经常会遇到衣服或者其它织物粘上难清洗的污渍的情况,例如:粘上果汁、酱油、辣椒油、咖啡渍、红酒渍等。这些污渍用普通的洗衣粉或者洗衣液很难彻底地清洗干净,一般都是采用含有漂白功能的清洁剂去清洗去污。
目前,含有漂白功能的清洁剂按所采用的漂白剂成分可分为含氧漂白和含氯漂白两种清洁剂。含氧漂白清洁剂主要成分是过碳酸盐或者双氧水。过碳酸盐在使用时存在着释放慢且释放不完全的缺点。而双氧水则不稳定,使用时也很麻烦。含氯漂白清洁剂主要成分是次氯酸,氯气的味道很大,十分难闻,且使用后衣物比较硬。
因此,现有的具有漂白功能的清洁剂尚待改进。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于避免现有技术中的清洁剂释放慢无法快速去污或者性质不稳定而影响去污效果的缺陷,提供一种清洁剂,该清洁剂具有去污力强、去污速度快、性质稳定且无气味、使用安全的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:还原漂白剂10~40份,表面活性剂5~20份,乳化剂5~20份,油性溶剂30~50份,稳定剂1~5份,酶1~5份,抗氧化剂0.1~2份,所述油性溶剂为异构十六烷烃、异构十二烷烃中的一种或两种混合。
进一步的,所述还原漂白剂为连三亚硫酸钠、连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钾、焦亚硫酸钠、二氧化硫脲中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、a-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲基乙酰基化合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇400单月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为消光粉、EDTA、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述酶为超氧化歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷甘胱肽过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、特丁基对苯二酚、茶多酚的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,本发明的清洁剂还包括香料0.1~2份。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述清洁剂的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:在搅拌锅内加入油性溶剂,然后加入抗氧化剂,搅拌溶解;接着加入还原漂白剂,搅拌成均匀的料液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的料液经过胶体磨研磨,制成微米级的料浆;
S3:将步骤S2制得的料浆重新加入搅拌锅中,加入乳化剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、酶,搅拌混合均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得的料液用高压均质机均匀,静止消泡后灌装。
进一步的,所述的制备方法步骤S3中还加入了香料进行搅拌混合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的清洁剂采用还原漂白剂为主要去污活性成分,能够将污渍通过还原反应达到清洁的功效;采用活泼的还原漂白剂去污力强,但由于其活泼性质导致不稳定,且易受潮分解,与空气中的氧气反应;本申请中采用油性溶剂异构十六烷烃、异构十二烷烃来增加还原漂白剂去污时的渗透力,又可以隔绝还原漂白剂与空气接触,使还原漂白剂性质更加稳定,配方在乳化剂和表面活性剂及抗氧化剂的辅助下,形成了既有强的快速去污力的情况下又能够保持稳定的性质;另外,异构十六烷烃、异构十二烷烃作为不燃溶剂,遇火不能燃烧,使用时更加安全。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:还原漂白剂10~40份,表面活性剂5~20份,乳化剂5~20份,油性溶剂30~50份,稳定剂1~5份,酶1~5份,抗氧化剂0.1~2份,所述油性溶剂为异构十六烷烃、异构十二烷烃中的一种或两种混合。
在本发明的清洁剂中,还原漂白剂起到快速去污的功效;使用异构十六烷烃或异构十二烷烃作油性溶剂,解决还原漂白剂容易吸潮分解,容易和空气中氧化的弊端;使用过氧化氢酶,超氧化歧化酶等酶制剂和抗氧化剂结合,有效的分解清洁剂中的氧离子,保护还原漂白剂剂不被氧化反应。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述还原漂白剂为连三亚硫酸钠、连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钾、焦亚硫酸钠、二氧化硫脲中的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、a-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲基乙酰基化合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇400单月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述稳定剂为消光粉、EDTA、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述酶为超氧化歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷甘胱肽过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶中的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、特丁基对苯二酚、茶多酚的一种或两种以上混合。
作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明的清洁剂还包括香料0.1~2份。
所述清洁剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:在搅拌锅内加入油性溶剂,然后加入抗氧化剂,搅拌溶解;接着加入还原漂白剂,搅拌成均匀的料液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的料液经过胶体磨研磨,制成微米级的料浆;
S3:将步骤S2制得的料浆重新加入搅拌锅中,加入乳化剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、酶,搅拌混合均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得的料液用高压均质机均匀,静止消泡后灌装。
可选的,所述的制备方法步骤S3中还加入了香料进行搅拌混合。
本发明的清洁剂的使用方法如下:直接将清洁剂涂抹在污垢处,片刻后直接用清水冲洗即可,时间短,效果明显。
实施例1
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:异构十六烷烃40份、三乙醇胺5份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、EDTA-2Na 2份、连二亚硫酸钠40份、BHT抗氧化剂0.5份、过氧化氢酶1份、香精1份。
实施例2
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:异构十六烷烃40份、三乙醇胺5份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、EDTA-2Na 2份、亚硫酸钠40份、BHT抗氧化剂0.5份、过氧化氢酶1份、香精1份。
实施例3
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:异构十二烷烃40份、三乙醇胺5份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、EDTA-2Na 2份、连二亚硫酸钠40份、BHT抗氧化剂0.5份、超氧歧化酶1份、香精1份。
实施例4
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:异构十二烷烃40份、三乙醇胺5份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、EDTA-2Na 2份、亚硫酸氢钠40份、BHT抗氧化剂0.5份、过氧化氢酶1份、香精1份。
实施例5
一种清洁剂,其按重量份计包括以下组份:异构十二烷烃40份、三乙醇胺5份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、EDTA-2Na 2份、焦亚硫酸钠40份、BHT抗氧化剂0.5份、过氧化氢酶1份、香精1份。
去污能力测试:
(一)测试方法:取市售的含氧漂白粉为对照组;实施例1-5的清洁剂为实验组1-5,用量相等。取一块5*5CM的棉布上涂抹上果汁,另一块涂抹上咖啡,另一块涂抹上酱油,另一块涂抹上辣椒油然后分别用对照组和实验组的进行清洁,观察其漂白能力。实验结果如下表1所示:

从以上表1的实验结果可以看出,本发明的清洁剂对果汁,咖啡污渍,酱油,辣椒油的清洁能力比含氧漂白清洁剂的清洁能力强。尤其是辣椒油这种顽固污垢,能够完全去除。选择不同的还原剂,其漂白能力也不相同。活性高的还原剂漂白能力强。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种清洁剂,其特征在于,按重量份计包括以下组份:还原漂白剂10~40份,表面活性剂5~20份,乳化剂5~20份,油性溶剂30~50份,稳定剂1~5份,酶1~5份,抗氧化剂0.1~2份,所述油性溶剂为异构十六烷烃、异构十二烷烃中的一种或两种混合。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述还原漂白剂为连三亚硫酸钠、连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钾、焦亚硫酸钠、二氧化硫脲中的一种或两种以上混合。
3.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、a-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲基乙酰基化合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇400单月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上混合。
5.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为消光粉、EDTA、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或两种以上混合。
6.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述酶为超氧化歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷甘胱肽过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶中的一种或两种以上混合。
7.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为:丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、特丁基对苯二酚、茶多酚的一种或两种以上混合。
8.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:还包括香料0.1~2份。
9.权利要求1至8任意一项所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:在搅拌锅内加入油性溶剂,然后加入抗氧化剂,搅拌溶解;接着加入还原漂白剂,搅拌成均匀的料液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的料液经过胶体磨研磨,制成微米级的料浆;
S3:将步骤S2制得的料浆重新加入搅拌锅中,加入乳化剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、酶,搅拌混合均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得的料液用高压均质机均匀,静止消泡后灌装。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中还加入了香料进行搅拌混合。
