(2) adding 18 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal into the mixed solution, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding 5 parts by weight of curdlan while stirring, stirring and mixing uniformly, drying, grinding and sieving with a 110-mesh sieve to obtain a refining agent;
s4, adding water into the filtered refined oil according to the mass ratio of 2.5:1, stirring and dispersing, standing for layering, and separating oil from water to obtain the rapeseed oil finished product.

s4, adding water into the filtered refined oil according to the mass ratio of 3:1, stirring and dispersing, standing for layering, and separating oil from water to obtain the rapeseed oil finished product.

1. A low erucic acid and low glucosinolate rapeseed oil squeezing extraction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting low erucic acid rapeseeds and flaxseeds as raw materials, cleaning, sending the raw materials to a multifunctional roller baking machine, drying for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, then heating to 160 ℃ and baking for 4-6 hours to obtain a baking raw material;
s2, sending the baking raw material to a refrigeration house for storage, taking out the baking raw material and sending the baking raw material to a multifunctional roller baking machine again, heating to 140-;
s3, performing microwave treatment on the secondary baking material, quenching to room temperature after the microwave treatment is completed, performing squeezing oil, centrifuging and removing impurities from the squeezing oil, adding a fine preparation, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 1-2 hours, and filtering;
s4, adding water into the filtered refined oil, stirring and dispersing, standing for layering, and separating oil from water to obtain the rapeseed oil finished product.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the canola oil to the flaxseed oil in the step S1 is 2-5: 1.
3. The pressing and extracting method of canola oil with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature raising rate in step S1 is 2-8 ℃/min.
4. The squeezing and extracting method of low erucic acid and low glucosinolate rapeseed oil according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the refrigerator in the step S2 is-10 to 0 ℃, and the preservation time is 30 to 70 hours.
5. The pressing and extracting method of canola oil with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature raising rate in step S2 is 10-20 ℃/min.
6. The squeezing and extracting method of canola oil with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the microwave treatment power in step S3 is 500-700W, and the microwave treatment time is 5-10 min.
7. The squeezing and extracting method of low erucic acid and low glucosinolate rapeseed oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the centrifugation speed in step S3 is 8000-10000r/min, and the centrifugation time is 10-20 min.
8. The pressing and extracting method of low erucic acid and low glucosinolate rapeseed oil according to claim 1, wherein the refining agent in the step S3 is prepared by the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding 3 parts by weight of potassium cinnamate, 3 parts by weight of manganese sulfate and 1 part by weight of sodium bicarbonate into 35 parts by weight of water; stirring, dispersing and dissolving to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding 18 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal into the mixed solution, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding 5 parts by weight of curdlan while stirring, stirring and mixing uniformly, drying, grinding and sieving with a 80-120-mesh sieve to obtain the refining agent.
9. The squeezing extraction method of canola oil with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of refined oil to water in step S4 is 1-3: 1.
