s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 8-15min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly to obtain a filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, and continuously dispersing and mixing for 10-20min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 98-120 ℃, keeping warm and stirring while adding the multifunctional filler prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.
The water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention adopts acrylic emulsion with good water resistance, alkali resistance, stain resistance and other performances as a main material, adopts natural mineral sand and titanium dioxide as a filling material, adds organosilicon waterproofing agent and preservative as functional auxiliary materials, adds auxiliary agents and the like to prepare the required water-resistant light-corrosion-resistant exterior wall building coating.
2. The invention adopts hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate to prepare the preservative, which is used for filling the coating, can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of the coating, and can also enhance the flame retardance and the antibacterial and mildewproof properties of the obtained coating.
3. The invention pre-grinds and mixes natural mineral sand and titanium dioxide in the presence of paraffin oil, then adds an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative in the presence of 4-carboxy cinnamic acid, grinds and mixes, and finally carries out ultrasonic dispersion with an auxiliary agent aqueous solution to prepare the multifunctional filler; the multifunctional filler obtained by the invention has strong adsorbability and good dispersibility, greatly improves the dispersion binding force of the multifunctional filler and the acrylic emulsion, greatly reduces the addition of each raw material and reduces the preparation cost on the premise of ensuring the optimal performance.

The invention provides a water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of acrylic emulsion, 18 parts of natural mineral sand, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 1 part of a preservative, 4 parts of paraffin oil, 1 part of 4-carboxyl cinnamic acid, 5 parts of an auxiliary agent and 90 parts of water;
wherein the natural mineral sand is a compound of quartz sand, vermiculite sand and montmorillonite sand in any proportion; the organosilicon waterproofing agent is sodium methyl silicate; the preservative is a compound of hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate in a mass ratio of 1:1:1: 5; the auxiliary agent is a thickening agent and an anti-settling agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 50 parts of acrylic emulsion, 18 parts of natural mineral sand, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent, 1 part of preservative, 4 parts of paraffin oil, 1 part of 4-carboxy cinnamic acid, 5 parts of additive and 90 parts of water for later use;
s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 8min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly, and obtaining the filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 10min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, and continuously dispersing and mixing for 10min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 98 ℃, keeping warm and stirring while adding the multifunctional filler prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.
Example two
The invention provides a water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of natural mineral sand, 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 1.5 parts of a preservative, 5 parts of paraffin oil, 1.2 parts of 4-carboxycinnamic acid, 6 parts of an auxiliary agent and 100 parts of water;
wherein the natural mineral sand is a compound of quartz sand, vermiculite sand and montmorillonite sand in any proportion; the organosilicon waterproofing agent is sodium methylsiliconate; the preservative is a compound of hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate in a mass ratio of 2:1:1: 5; the auxiliary agent is a toughening agent, a defoaming agent and a flatting agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 55 parts of acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of natural mineral sand, 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent, 1.5 parts of preservative, 5 parts of paraffin oil, 1.2 parts of 4-carboxyl cinnamic acid, 6 parts of auxiliary agent and 100 parts of water for later use;
s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 10min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly, and obtaining the filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 12min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, continuously dispersing and mixing for 12min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 105 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring while adding the multifunctional filling material prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.
EXAMPLE III
The invention provides a water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of acrylic emulsion, 22 parts of natural mineral sand, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 3.5 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 2 parts of a preservative, 6 parts of paraffin oil, 1.5 parts of 4-carboxycinnamic acid, 7.5 parts of an auxiliary agent and 105 parts of water;
wherein the natural mineral sand is a compound of quartz sand, vermiculite sand and montmorillonite sand in any proportion; the organosilicon waterproofing agent is dimethyl silicone oil emulsion; the preservative is a compound of hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate in a mass ratio of 3:1:1: 5; the auxiliary agent is a flatting agent, an anti-skinning agent and an anti-sagging agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 60 parts of acrylic emulsion, 22 parts of natural mineral sand, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 3.5 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 2 parts of a preservative, 6 parts of paraffin oil, 1.5 parts of 4-carboxyl cinnamic acid, 7.5 parts of an auxiliary agent and 105 parts of water for later use;
s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 12min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly, and obtaining the filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 15min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, and continuously dispersing and mixing for 15min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 110 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring while adding the multifunctional filling material prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.
Example four
The invention provides a water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of acrylic emulsion, 24 parts of natural mineral sand, 7 parts of titanium dioxide, 4 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 2.5 parts of a preservative, 7 parts of paraffin oil, 1.8 parts of 4-carboxycinnamic acid, 9 parts of an auxiliary agent and 110 parts of water;
wherein the natural mineral sand is a compound of quartz sand, vermiculite sand and montmorillonite sand in any proportion; the organosilicon waterproofing agent is isobutyl silane; the preservative is a compound of hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate in a mass ratio of 1:1:1: 7; the auxiliary agent is thickening agent, toughening agent and anti-sagging agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 65 parts of acrylic emulsion, 24 parts of natural mineral sand, 7 parts of titanium dioxide, 4 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent, 2.5 parts of preservative, 7 parts of paraffin oil, 1.8 parts of 4-carboxyl cinnamic acid, 9 parts of auxiliary agent and 110 parts of water for later use;
s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 14min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly, and obtaining the filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 18min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, and continuously dispersing and mixing for 18min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 115 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring while adding the multifunctional filling material prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.
EXAMPLE five
The invention provides a water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of acrylic emulsion, 25 parts of natural mineral sand, 8 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of an organic silicon waterproof agent, 3 parts of a preservative, 8 parts of paraffin oil, 2 parts of 4-carboxycinnamic acid, 10 parts of an auxiliary agent and 120 parts of water;
wherein the natural mineral sand is a compound of quartz sand, vermiculite sand and montmorillonite sand in any proportion; the organosilicon waterproofing agent is sodium methyl silicate and dimethyl silicon oil emulsion; the preservative is a compound of hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, zinc 2-ethyl hexanoate and zinc borate in a mass ratio of 3:1:1: 7; the auxiliary agent is a leveling agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-resistant light-weight anticorrosive exterior wall building coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 70 parts of acrylic emulsion, 25 parts of natural mineral sand, 8 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent, 3 parts of preservative, 8 parts of paraffin oil, 2 parts of 4-carboxy cinnamic acid, 10 parts of auxiliary agent and 120 parts of water for later use;
s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 15min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly, and obtaining the filler;
s3, adding water into the auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 20min, adding the filler prepared in the step S2, and continuously dispersing and mixing for 20min to obtain multifunctional filler;
s4, adding the acrylic emulsion into a mixer together, stirring and preheating to 120 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring while adding the multifunctional filling material prepared in the step S3, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the waterproof light anticorrosive exterior wall building coating.

s2, adding the natural mineral sand, titanium dioxide and paraffin oil into a grinder, fully grinding and mixing uniformly, adding 4-carboxycinnamic acid, continuously grinding and mixing for 8-15min, and then sequentially adding an organic silicon waterproof agent and a preservative, fully grinding uniformly to obtain a filler;
