Abstract

The invention provides an octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device which comprises a detection module, a fixing module and a pressure difference forming module; the pressure difference forming module comprises an anchor body (3) and a bidirectional water pump (4), wherein the anchor body (3) is of a cavity structure, and the bidirectional water pump (4) is arranged in the cavity of the anchor body (3); the fixing module comprises an anchor fluke (1) arranged at the lower end of the anchor body (3) and a cavity (2) arranged at the furling center of the anchor fluke (1), and the upper end of the cavity (2) is connected with the anchor body (3). Compared with the prior art, the octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device solves the problems of 'anchor walking' and difficult anchor lifting in the conventional anchoring, and has the following advantages: 1. by utilizing the bionics principle, an eight-claw design is adopted, and eight anchor claws enable the ocean floor to be firmly gripped like an octopus. 2. By utilizing the pressure principle, a pressure difference is formed through the bidirectional water pump, and the positioning and the releasing of anchoring are effectively completed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of anchoring equipment, in particular to a marine anchoring and positioning device.
Background
The anchoring and positioning device is a necessary device for ships, especially engineering ships, and uses anchors, anchor cables and anchor chains to tie marine structures or ships in a specified water area, so as to limit external force to change the state of the ships or structures, keep the ships or structures in a positioning mode on a preset position and stabilize the ships by means of the anchoring and positioning device.
The ship and the marine structure mainly adopt two modes of anchoring and dynamic positioning to ensure the stability of offshore construction. Compared with dynamic positioning, anchoring positioning has the advantages of less investment, convenient use and maintenance, high safety and the like. Therefore, mooring systems are widely used in marine structures and engineering vessel operations.
The invention patent with the publication number of CN108750013B entitled "anchoring positioning device" discloses an anchoring positioning mechanism, which adopts a mode of screwing a spiral anchor rod into soil for positioning by means of self gravity, and the device has resistance of spiral fan blades to improve the stability of anchoring positioning, but has the risk of 'anchor walking' when the stormy waves are large.
The stability of anchoring is extremely important for the mooring of ships, the occurrence of conditions such as breakage or 'anchor walking' brings great danger to crews, and in order to reduce the occurrence of similar accidents, a reliable anchoring positioning device needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device which can ensure that a ship anchor is tightly fixed with the sea bottom, effectively prevent the anchor walking situation and realize the reliability of anchoring and positioning.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device comprises a detection module, a fixing module and a pressure difference forming module;
the pressure difference forming module comprises an anchor body (3) and a bidirectional water pump (4), wherein the anchor body (3) is of a cavity structure, and the bidirectional water pump (4) is arranged in the cavity of the anchor body (3);
the fixing module comprises an anchor fluke (1) arranged at the lower end of the anchor body (3) and a cavity (2) arranged at the furling center of the anchor fluke (1), and the upper end of the cavity (2) is connected with the anchor body (3).

When the anchor is to be retracted, the bidirectional water pump (4) is controlled to be started, seawater in the sea is flushed into the cavity (2), the internal pressure is recovered to the ambient pressure, and then the ship anchor can be separated from the sea bottom, and the anchor retraction is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device solves the problems of 'anchor walking' and difficult anchor lifting in the conventional anchoring, and has the following advantages:

The detection module realizes the detection of the surrounding environment of the ship anchor, avoids hooking optical cable equipment on the seabed, finds a reasonable anchoring position, fixes the eight flukes 1 of the module to be embedded into seabed soil under the self gravity action of the ship anchor, thereby positioning the cavity 2, enabling the cavity to be embedded into the seabed soil to form a closed space and forming a closed space module, the bidirectional water pump 4 can pump water and drain water in two directions, when the water in the cavity 2 is pumped out by the bidirectional water pump 4, the pressure in the cavity 2 is smaller and smaller, and a large pressure difference is formed between the inside and the outside, thereby realizing ideal anchoring positioning.
The positioning principle of the octopus-imitating anchoring and positioning device is as follows:
slowly discharging an anchor chain 5 to a mooring place, embedding the eight flukes 1 and the thin-wall end of the cavity 2 into the ground, controlling to start the bidirectional water pump 4, pumping the seawater in the cavity 2 into the sea, enabling the downward-penetrating force generated by the difference of the internal and external pressure to enable the ship anchor to sink until the ship anchor is tightly connected with the seabed, and completing mooring positioning. When the anchor is to be retracted, the bidirectional water pump 4 is controlled to be started, seawater in the sea is flushed into the cavity 2, the internal pressure is recovered to the ambient pressure, and then the ship anchor can be separated from the sea bottom, and the anchor retraction is completed.
