本发明属于镜片生产技术领域,公开了一种可订制紫外线显色高端镜片及其生产方法,所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片生产方法包括:喷涂变色涂层,其中变色涂层药水配方;进行表面处理;喷涂变色加硬涂层;再喷淋功能膜药水,用以进行防雾和防眩光;胶合面层,保护图文层药水被空气氧化而影响产品质量。本发明在底基片上通过自动控制喷头喷涂变色药水在紫外线照射可浮现订制图文。同时本发明中镜片在户外有紫外线的地方才会呈现图文,在夜晚非紫外线的灯光则不会呈现,可以给客户带来新鲜感和立体视觉感,可以根据客户的需求喜好,订制独有的图文标识,可以增加客户对眼镜品牌的印象分。

一种可订制紫外线显色高端镜片及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于镜片生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种可订制紫外线显色高端镜片及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,常规的镜片影印图文仅在镜片上常规染色,有光无光条件下镜片上均有图文呈现,影响美观和视野,而且镜片上常规影印图文层直接暴露在空气下,无保护层保护,容易被氧化而褪色,影响产品质量和品牌形象,另外无色镜片对视野和美观度的生产标准和要求更高,就更无法影印图文。
通过上述分析,现有技术存在的问题及缺陷为:常规的镜片影印图文仅在镜片上常规染色,有光无光条件下镜片上均有图文,影响美观和视野,无保护层,容易被氧化而褪色,且无色镜片对视野和美观度的生产标准和要求更高,就更无法影印图文。
解决以上问题及缺陷的难度为:
镜片在无紫外线照射时,不呈现喷涂色层;在施加紫外线照射时,可呈现客户订制的图文;增加有效保护喷涂色层的保护层,而不影响整体镜片质量,保护喷涂色层在镜片使用寿命内不被氧化而褪色。
解决以上问题及缺陷的意义为:
镜片在无紫外线照射时,不呈现喷涂色层,不影响镜片的常规使用功能;在施加紫外线照射时,可呈现客户订制的图文,加深客户对镜片质量和品牌的认同感;增加有效保护喷涂色层的保护层,在确保整体镜片质量下,保护喷涂色层在镜片使用寿命内不被氧化而褪色。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种可订制紫外线显色高端镜片及其生产方法。本发明不仅可应用在有色镜片上,亦可应用在无色镜片在订制图文。
本发明是这样实现的,一种可订制紫外线显色高端镜片生产方法,所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片生产方法,包括:
步骤一,喷涂变色涂层;
步骤二,进行表面处理;
步骤三,喷涂变色加硬涂层;
步骤四,再喷淋功能膜药水,用以进行防雾和防眩光;
步骤五,胶合面层,保护图文层药水被空气氧化而影响产品质量。
进一步,所述步骤一中,喷涂变色涂层主要成分包括:特殊新材料:20-50%,混合材料:30-80%,变色材料:1-20%。
进一步,所述步骤二中,表面处理过程为:烘干3-5小时,强化处理40-60秒。
进一步,所述步骤三中,喷涂变色加硬涂层具体过程为:通过烘干3-5小时,强化处理40-60秒。
进一步,所述步骤三中,喷涂变色加硬涂层主要成分为:硅烷水解产物,硅树脂,甲醇5-15%,乙二醇甲醚5-15%,乙醇10-30%,异丙醇10-50%,乙酸1-5%。
进一步,所述步骤四中,通过烘干3—5小时,加硬35—55秒,强化30—50秒。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种利用所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片生产方法制备的可订制紫外线显色高端镜片,所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片设置有:
镜片;
镜片上侧为喷涂变色涂层,喷涂变色涂层上侧为硬涂层,硬涂层上侧为胶合面层。
结合上述的所有技术方案,本发明所具备的优点及积极效果为:

S101:喷涂变色涂层;
S102:进行表面处理;
S103:喷涂变色加硬涂层;
S104:再喷淋功能膜药水,用以进行防雾和防眩光;
S105:胶合面层,保护图文层药水被空气氧化而影响产品质量。
本发明实施例提供的S101中,喷涂变色涂层主要成分包括:特殊新材料:
20-50%,混合材料:30-80%,变色材料:1-20%。
本发明实施例提供的特殊新材料采用丙烯酸合成树脂;混合溶剂采用异丙醇、酒精、丙二醇甲醚等混合而成;变色材料采用螺吡喃类染料。
变色涂层的外观为蓝黑的液体;气味为轻微刺激性气味;pH值为弱碱;沸点为95℃,无闪点,相对密度(水)位1.0左右,稳定性为常温常压下稳定,禁配物为强氧化剂、强酸、强碱等;聚合危害为不聚合,燃烧(分解)产物为:二氧化碳等。产品外观与性状:蓝黑色的溶液;主要用途:提供优异的变色性能。
本发明实施例提供的S102中,表面处理过程为:烘干3-5小时,强化处理40-60秒。
本发明实施例提供的S103中,喷涂变色加硬涂层具体过程为: 通过烘干3-5小时,强化处理40-60秒。
本发明实施例提供的S103中,喷涂变色加硬涂层主要成分为:硅烷水解产物,硅树脂,甲醇5-15%,乙二醇甲醚5-15%,乙醇10-30%,异丙醇10-50%,乙酸1-5%。产品外观与性状为半透明溶液,主要用途为:适用于结合变色涂层,提升其表面的耐磨性能。
物料化学性能为:外观半透明液体,气味轻微刺激性气味,pH值为5.5左右,沸点为70℃,闪点为28℃,相对密度(水=1)为0.935。
稳定性为常温常压下稳定,禁配物为强氧化剂,强酸强碱等,聚合危害为不聚合,燃烧(分解)产物为二氧化碳等。
本发明实施例提供的S104中,通过烘干3—5小时,加硬35—55秒,强化30—50秒。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的可订制紫外线显色高端镜片结构包括:镜片1上侧为喷涂变色涂层2,喷涂变色涂层2上侧为硬涂层3,硬涂层3上侧为胶合面层4。

7.一种利用如权利要求1~6任意一项所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片生产方法制备的可订制紫外线显色高端镜片,其特征在于,所述可订制紫外线显色高端镜片设置有:
镜片;
镜片上侧为喷涂变色涂层,喷涂变色涂层上侧为硬涂层,硬涂层上侧为胶合面层。
