Background
The medium in the nuclear island process system of the nuclear power plant is radioactive water, and a water filter of the radioactive water system is mainly used for removing corrosion products and suspended solid particles existing in water in a colloid form in a primary loop and a secondary loop of the nuclear power plant, and is key equipment for ensuring water quality, reducing the radioactivity level of the medium and the environment and improving the working environment. At present, the radioactive water filter for the process water loop of the nuclear power plant is commercialized, and the manufacturers for providing the filter only comprise a few companies such as Pall company in the united states, 3L company in canada and the like. Most of radioactive water filters used in nuclear power plants which are commercially operated at home are imported products at abroad, and imported goods have the problems of high cost, unstable supply period, poor after-sale service and the like, so that a water filter meeting the filtering and purifying requirements needs to be designed urgently to realize the localization of the water filter.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a water filter for the treatment of radioactive water that can trap more particulate impurities with radioactivity while ensuring that the loss of particulate impurities with radioactivity is minimized when removing and disposing of the spent filter cartridge.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a water filter for treating radioactive water comprises a shell, wherein a shell end cover is arranged at the upper end of the shell, a filter element assembly and a filter element support frame are arranged in the shell, the filter element support frame is positioned above the filter element assembly, and the filter element assembly is compressed and fixed through the filter element support frame;

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a water filter for treating radioactive water, which includes a housing 1, a housing end cap 2 is disposed at the upper end of the housing 1, a filter element assembly 3 and a filter element support frame 4 are disposed in the housing 1, and the filter element support frame 4 is disposed above the filter element assembly 3; the cylindrical surface of the shell 1 is provided with a shell water inlet 5, a shell water outlet 6 and an exhaust port 7.
The shell water inlet 5 is positioned in the middle area of the cylindrical surface of the shell 1 and is higher than the top surface of the filter element assembly 3, and the shell water outlet 6 is close to the bottom of the shell 1. The shell water inlet and the shell water outlet are connected with an external water treatment system through the quick connection assembly.
The gas vent 7 is close to the top of the shell 1, and in the working process, certain air can be generated in the shell 1 due to the action of water flow, so that certain pressure is caused, and if unnecessary gas is not discharged in time, the normal filtration of the filter element assembly 3 is influenced. Therefore, the exhaust port 7 is arranged to discharge the redundant gas in the shell 1 from the exhaust port in time, so as to ensure the normal work of the water filter.
The filter element assembly 3 comprises a filter element 31, the upper end and the lower end of the filter element 31 are respectively provided with a filter element upper end cover 32 and a filter element lower end cover 33, the outer surface of the filter element 31 is covered with a layer of filter element protection net 34, the middle of the filter element upper end cover 32 is provided with a filter element water inlet 36, and radioactive water enters the inside of the filter element 31 through the filter element water inlet 36 for filtering; an annular groove is formed in the cylindrical surface of the filter element upper end cover 32, a sealing ring 35 is arranged in the groove, the cross section of the sealing ring 35 is Y-shaped, and the material of the sealing ring is ethylene propylene diene monomer. Filter core upper end cover 32 places on casing 1's inside boss, realizes filter element group spare 3 fixed, guarantees water filter's sealed through sealing washer 35 between filter core upper end cover 31 and the casing 1 inner wall, prevents that unnecessary water from getting into the lower extreme of casing 1, along with casing delivery port 6 discharges, causes unnecessary pollution. The filter element 31 is cylindrical, the surface is multi-pleated, the material is modified glass fiber, the filtering precision range is wide, and the filter element can filter activated corrosion products and suspended solid particles with the particle size of 0.1-100 mu m.
Cartridge support frame 4 includes an upper ring 41 and a lower ring 42, upper ring 41 having a diameter greater than a diameter of lower ring 42, and upper ring 41 and lower ring 42 are connected by three elongated links 43. The filter element support frame 4 is arranged on the upper surface of the filter element upper end cover 32, the bottom surface of the lower ring is contacted with the top surface of the filter element upper end cover 32, and the top surface of the upper ring and the top surface of the shell 1 are at the same horizontal height. Compress tightly filter element group spare 3 through filter core support frame 4 and fix in casing 1, hollow structure's filter core support frame 4 can hold more volumes of water simultaneously.
The shell end cover 2 is provided with a fastening bolt, the shell 1 and the shell end cover 2 are connected through the fastening bolt, the shell 1 is sealed, and meanwhile, the filter element support frame 4 is compressed and fixed.
The working principle of the water filter for treating radioactive water provided by the embodiment is as follows:
when the water filter works, radioactive water containing particle impurities enters the filter through a water inlet in the shell and then enters the filter element with the filtering effect, the particle impurities in the water are intercepted by the filtering medium, and clean water permeates through the filtering material and flows out, so that the separation of the liquid and the particle impurities is realized. Along with the continuous entering of water that contains particulate impurity, the particulate impurity that filtering medium held back is more and more, and the pore of filter media can become littleer and more, leads to the pressure differential of entry and export to rise constantly, when reaching the setting value, just needs to change the filter element subassembly.
The working process of the water filter for treating radioactive water provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the water filter is connected into a process water treatment system of a primary loop and a secondary loop of a nuclear power plant, process water enters an area above a filter element upper end cover 32 inside a shell 1 from a shell water inlet 5 of the shell 1 through a quick connection assembly, then enters the filter element 31 from a filter element water inlet 36 of the filter element upper end cover 32 for filtering, filtered liquid can be leached out to the lower end of the shell 1, and finally the filtered liquid is discharged through a shell water outlet 6.
The invention ensures that more radioactive particulate impurities are captured and simultaneously reduces the loss of the radioactive particulate impurities as much as possible when the waste filter element is removed and disposed; by adopting the Y-shaped sealing ring, the sealing effect of the filter element can be improved, and the service life of the filter element can be prolonged; the glass fiber filter material and the multi-fold structure with different modified filter precisions can meet the filter precision requirements of various water treatment systems of nuclear power plants, and a feasible technical route is provided for realizing the localization of the water filter for radioactive water.
