Abstract
The invention relates to a small-sized radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function, belonging to the technical field of radioactive waste radiation safety protection, wherein the module comprises a water inlet pipeline, a filter core, a water discharge pipeline and a filter cavity, and the filter core is positioned in the center of the interior of the filter cavity; the water inlet pipeline penetrates through a panel on the filter cavity close to the liquid inlet end of the filter core and is connected with the liquid inlet end of the filter core, and the water discharge pipeline penetrates through a panel on the filter cavity close to the liquid outlet end of the filter core and is connected with the liquid outlet end of the filter core; a water inlet is formed in the upper portion of the outer surface of the side of the water inlet pipeline of the filter cavity, and a water outlet is formed in the lower portion of the outer surface of the side of the water discharge pipeline. The filtering module provided by the invention adopts the filtered product (water) as a shielding material, can weaken radiation irradiation generated by the accumulated radioactive substances on the filter core, ensures the occupational safety of workers, and simultaneously reduces the shielding dead weight of a single filtering module.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of radioactive waste radiation safety protection, and particularly relates to a small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function.
Background
Normally, in facilities containing radioactive substances, such as nuclear power plants and post-treatment plants, aiming at the source of radioactive waste liquid, a targeted removal system or equipment, generally a fixed filtering and purifying system, is designed in the design stage of the nuclear facilities, and radiation shielding of a filter core, a desalting bed and the like is realized through concrete so as to reduce radiation irradiation to workers.
However, in the case of equipment maintenance, overhaul, nuclear facility decommissioning or accident, the opening of some radioactive pipelines is overhauled or broken, which may result in temporary radioactive waste liquid in some areas, such as radioactive waste liquid leakage during the nuclear power plant valve overhaul, and radioactive waste water generated during the nuclear facility decommissioning. For the condition that the fixed filtering and purifying system can not be adopted to treat the radioactive waste water, a temporary radioactive waste liquid filtering device needs to be arranged, and the radioactive waste water can meet the requirements of subsequent treatment or discharge after being filtered and purified. The filter cartridge has an enrichment effect on radioactive substances, and after the filter cartridge runs for a period of time, a large amount of radioactive substances are accumulated, and if no measures are taken, a higher level of radiation irradiation is generated on workers, so that the occupational safety of the workers is harmed.
Traditional filter equipment has set up special shielding body to each filtration module, and the material of shielding body comprises steel, plumbum etc. and all has certain thickness, greatly increased filtration module's weight.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function, which can weaken radiation irradiation generated by radioactive substances accumulated on a filter cartridge, ensure the occupational safety of workers and reduce the shielding dead weight of a single filtering module.

the water inlet pipeline penetrates through a panel on the filter cavity, which is close to the liquid inlet end of the filter core, and is connected with the liquid inlet end of the filter core, and the water outlet pipeline penetrates through a panel on the filter cavity, which is close to the liquid outlet end of the filter core, and is connected with the liquid outlet end of the filter core;
and a water inlet is formed in the upper part of the outer surface of the side of the water inlet pipeline of the filter cavity, and shielding liquid is injected into the filter cavity through the water inlet.
Further, in the small-sized radioactive waste liquid filtering module with the self-shielding function, a water outlet is formed below the outer surface of the filter cavity on the side of the water discharging pipeline.
Further, when the small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with the self-shielding function is used, the drainage pipeline is connected with the water inlet through a pipeline, and water filtered by the filter cartridge is injected into the filter cavity through the water inlet to form a shielding body.
Further, as for the small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with the self-shielding function, the water inlet and the water outlet are respectively provided with a sealing piece for sealing the filter cavity.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and drawings attached to the description.
The invention provides a small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function, which is suitable for filtering low radioactive waste liquid. The module is of a hollow structure, and when the module is not used, the module is filled with air and is not filled with any liquid, so that the module is light in weight. When the module is used, filtered water is injected into the hollow structure through the water injection port arranged above the module, and the water is used as a shielding material of the filter core, so that radiation irradiation of a radiation field to workers is reduced. After the filtering operation is finished, the water outlet at the lower part is opened to discharge water, so that the original state can be recovered, and the transportation after the use is finished is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a small-sized radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water inlet pipeline 1, a filter cartridge 2, a water outlet pipeline 3, and a filter cavity 4, wherein the filter cartridge 2 has a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end, and is disposed in the center of the filter cavity 4, the water inlet pipeline 1 passes through a panel of the filter cavity 4 near the liquid inlet end of the filter cartridge and is connected to the liquid inlet end of the filter cartridge 2, and the water outlet pipeline 3 passes through a panel of the filter cavity 4 near the liquid outlet end of the filter cartridge and is connected to the liquid outlet end of the filter cartridge 2.
A water outlet 6 is arranged below the outer surface of the side of the water discharging pipeline on the filter cavity 4, and water in the filter cavity 4 is discharged from the water outlet 6 after the filtering operation is finished, so that the transportation after the use is convenient.
In this embodiment, the filter cavity 4 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, a cylindrical structure, or other hollow three-dimensional structures.
In this embodiment, a seal, such as a plug, is provided on each of the inlet 5 and the outlet 6 for sealing the strainer chamber 4.
In this embodiment, the inlet line 1 is provided at its end with an inlet line connection 7, such as a flange, a pipe clamp, a union, etc., by means of which an external line is connected for connection to the liquid to be filtered.
In this embodiment, the end of the drain line 3 is installed with a drain line connector 8, such as a flange, a pipe clamp, a union, etc., and the external line is connected through the connector to connect with other filtering modules to form a filtering module or a water pump.
Preferably, the diameter of the water inlet 5 is the same as the diameter of the drain line 3, so as to facilitate the butt joint of the drain line 3 and the water inlet 5.
The invention also provides a small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with a self-shielding function, which comprises a plurality of filtering modules, wherein the drainage pipeline of each filtering module is connected with the water inlet pipeline of the adjacent filtering module to form an end-to-end series structure. When in use, the drain pipeline of the last filter module is connected with the water inlet 5 of each filter module through a pipeline, so that the filtering efficiency can be improved.
The working process of the small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with the self-shielding function provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
after the filter module is operated, the sealing part on the water outlet 6 of the filter module is ensured to seal the water outlet, the sealing part on the water inlet 5 is opened, filtered clean water coming out of the water outlet pipeline 3 is injected into the filter cavity 4 through the water inlet 5 until the water surface reaches the lower edge of the water inlet 5, and then the sealing part of the water inlet is closed. The water shield is formed to attenuate radiation generated by the radiation source integrated in the filter cartridge. After the filtration is finished, the sealing piece of the water outlet 6 is opened, clean water in the filter cavity 4 is poured out, and the cavity is restored to a hollow state, so that the filter cavity is convenient to carry.
According to the small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with the self-shielding function, the filtered product (water) is used as a shielding material, rays generated by accumulated radioactive substances in the filter core can be attenuated, the small radioactive waste liquid filtering module is suitable for various places related to radioactive waste liquid treatment, the dose rate level outside the filtering module can be effectively reduced, and the safety of workers is further ensured; the shielding material of the filtering module is obtained from local materials simply and easily, a shielding device aiming at accumulated radioactive substances of the filter core is not required to be independently arranged, the defects that the existing radioactive waste liquid filtering device is inconvenient to carry due to the mass of the shielding structure, and the like are overcome, the shielding dead weight of a single filtering module is reduced, and the filtering module is convenient to carry in a narrow and small space area.

1. A small radioactive waste liquid filtration module with self-shielding function, characterized in that it comprises a water inlet line (1), a filter cartridge (2), a water drain line (3) and a filter chamber (4), wherein:
the filter core (2) is provided with a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end and is positioned in the center of the interior of the filter cavity (4);
the water inlet pipeline (1) penetrates through a panel, close to the liquid inlet end of the filter core, on the filter cavity (4) to be connected with the liquid inlet end of the filter core (2), and the water outlet pipeline (3) penetrates through a panel, close to the liquid outlet end of the filter core, on the filter cavity (4) to be connected with the liquid outlet end of the filter core (2);
a water inlet (5) is formed in the upper portion of the outer surface of the side of the water inlet pipeline of the filter cavity (4), and shielding liquid is injected into the filter cavity (4) through the water inlet (5).
2. The module for filtering small radioactive waste with self-shielding function according to claim 1, wherein a drain opening (6) is opened below the outer surface of the filter chamber (4) on the side of the drain line.

The small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with self-shielding function according to claim 2, wherein the water drainage line (3) is connected with the water inlet (5) through a pipe in use, and water filtered by the filter cartridge (2) is injected into the filter cavity (4) through the water inlet (5) to form a shield.

6. The small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with self-shielding function according to claim 1, wherein the filter cavity (4) is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, a cylindrical structure or other hollow three-dimensional structures.

The small radioactive waste liquid filtering module with self-shielding function according to claim 1, wherein a water inlet line connector (7) is installed at the end of the water inlet line (1), and an external line is connected through the water inlet line connector (7) so as to connect the liquid to be filtered.
