Description

Compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation special for promoting growth of poultry by composite probiotic fermentation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of micro-ecological fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a compound traditional Chinese medicine fermented preparation specially used for promoting growth of poultry by fermenting composite probiotics and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The antibacterial principle of the compound traditional Chinese medicine fermentation and microecological preparation is different from that of the traditional antibiotics, the traditional antibiotics directly act on pathogenic bacteria or viruses, the pathogenic bacteria or viruses generate drug resistance after being used by livestock for a long time, and the compound traditional Chinese medicine fermentation and microecological preparation can interfere the metabolism of the bacteria or viruses by adjusting the immune function of organisms and achieve the aim of killing the pathogenic bacteria or viruses through autoimmune regulation.
The viable bacteria microecological preparation plays the most key role in animal breeding and is lactic acid bacteria, which secrete lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide and bacteriostat on one hand to inhibit the breeding of pathogenic bacteria and achieve the effect of preventing and treating diseases; on the other hand, the lactobacillus is fixedly planted on the inner wall of the intestinal tract, so that the growth of villi of the small intestine is promoted, the inner surface area of the intestinal wall is increased, and the absorption of nutrient substances is facilitated; the lactobacillus can also activate immune organs of animal body and improve immunity. The compound Chinese herbal medicine multiple fermentation is matched with probiotics to become a feed additive capable of replacing antibiotics for livestock and poultry, and the feed additive can be used for a long time.

150 black-feather green-shell egg chicks of 1 day old are selected, half of each male and half of each female are randomly divided into 5 groups, each group comprises 30 chickens, 3 repeats are set, and each cage comprises 10 chickens. Wherein, compound Chinese herbal medicines (derived from the original Chinese herbal medicine formula for promoting the growth and increasing the weight of animals produced by Guangxi agricultural and livestock science and technology Limited) are added into the group A according to the daily feeding amount of 1.0%, B, C, D groups are respectively added with the compound Chinese herbal medicine fermentation preparation prepared in the embodiment 3 according to the dosage of 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0%, and the blank control group without any medicine is added into the group E, and no antibiotic is added into the feed and the drinking water.
2. Feeding management
The test period started from 1 week old to 42 days old and amounted to 42 days. Four-layer stacked cage culture is adopted, so that the food and the water can be taken freely, the ventilation is realized under the longitudinal negative pressure, and the immunity is normal.
3. Detecting the index
3.1 determination of the Productivity
Weighing before feeding in 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 42 days, respectively, on empty stomach, calculating average body weight and average feed intake, and calculating feed conversion rate.
3.2 determination of disease resistance
And recording the morbidity of the chicken flocks every day, counting the morbidity and mortality, and calculating the morbidity and mortality.
3.3 Newcastle disease antibody level assay
Immunization with triple attenuated neobronchial vaccines was performed at 7 and 21 days of age, respectively, and newcastle disease antibody levels were detected at 21 and 35 days of age.
4. Statistical analysis of data
Data were initially processed with Excel, followed by one-way anova with SPSS11.5 software, and multiple comparisons with LSD, with results expressed as "mean ± standard deviation".
5. Results
5.1 Effect of Compound Chinese medicinal fermentation preparation on Green-shelled egg chick production Performance
The daily feed intake of the green-shell egg chicks is recorded, the weight of the chicks is weighed, statistics is carried out when the chicks are 42 days old, and the feed intake, the growth weight and the feed-meat ratio of each group of the chicks are shown in table 1.
