A shrimp shelling apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a base (1), an upper shell (2), a shelling cutter (3) and a cutting structure (4); the rear end of the upper shell (2) is hinged with the rear end of the base (1); the rear ends of the upper shell (2) and the base (1) are provided with linked clamping structures (5), and the clamping structures (5) are used for clamping shrimps to the rear part above the base (1); the top of the upper shell (2) is provided with a strip-shaped hole (2-1); the shelling knife (3) comprises: the shrimp peeling machine comprises a cutter head (3-1) and a driving rod (3-2) connected with the cutter head (3-1), wherein the driving rod (3-2) upwards extends out of the strip-shaped hole (2-1) and can drive the peeling knife (3) positioned on the base (1) to slide along the strip-shaped hole (2-1), the cutter head (3-1) comprises a shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1) capable of being in contact with the base (1), and a blade (3-1-2) arranged on one side, far away from the clamping structure (5), of the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1), the blade (3-1-2) is arranged along the sliding direction of the peeling knife (3), the cutting edge of the blade (3-1-2) is arranged far away from the end of the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1), shrimp shell supporting sheets (3-1-3) extending towards two sides of the blade are arranged between the cutting edge of the blade (3-1-2) and the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1);
The cutting structure (4) comprises: the cutting device comprises a first push rod (4-2), cutting teeth (4-1) connected with the first push rod (4-2), and a toothed structure (1-1) arranged at the front end of the base (1) and matched with the cutting teeth (4-1) in an inserting manner; the first push rod (4-1) extends upwards out of the strip-shaped hole (2-1) at the front end of the driving rod (3-2).

The shrimp shelling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sliding groove (2-1-1) is provided in the strip-shaped hole (2-1), a first sliding block (6) and a second sliding block (7) located at a front end of the first sliding block (6) are installed in the sliding groove (2-1-1), the driving rod (3-2) is inserted into a mounting hole provided in the first sliding block (6), and the first push rod (4-2) is inserted into a mounting hole provided in the second sliding block (7).
3. A shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said cutting structure (4) further comprises: and two ends of the second push rod (4-3) are hinged with the first push rod (4-2) and the cutting teeth (4-1) respectively.

A shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said holding structure (5) comprises: a turnover rod (5-1) and a pull rod (5-2); the turning rod (5-1) comprises a rotating end and a clamping rod, the rotating end is rotatably connected to the rear end of the base (1), the clamping rod is used for clamping shrimps onto the base (1), and two ends of the pull rod (5-2) are rotatably connected with the clamping rod and the upper shell (2) respectively.
5. The shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said shrimp meat ejecting block (3-1-1) adjacent to one side of said blade (3-1-2) is of a configuration having a middle portion recessed toward a rear end of said base (1).
6. A shrimp shelling device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the projection of the strip-shaped aperture (2-1) onto the base (1) is located at the front end of the holding structure (5) on the base (1).
7. A shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first push rod (4-2) and the drive rod (3-2) are connected by a connecting rod (8).

The shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base (1) defines a shrimp holding trough (1-2), said holding structure (5) is adapted to hold the shrimps against the bottom wall of said shrimp holding trough (1-2), and said shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1) is adapted to contact the bottom wall of said shrimp holding trough (1-2).
9. A shrimp shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the rear end of the upper shell (2) and the rear end of the base (1) are provided with cooperating support structures for supporting the upper shell (2) when the upper shell (2) is rotated to an angle relative to the base (1).
