Meanwhile, the management server generates accessory supplementary information based on the second box closing instruction; and sending the accessory supplementary information to the management terminal. The management terminal is a communication terminal of an accessory manager, and when the accessory manager receives accessory supplement information, the current target accessory cabinet is known to need to supplement accessories.
Except that the accessory supplementary information is sent to the management terminal after the second box closing instruction is received, when the management server monitors that the quality guarantee time of the accessories in the target accessory cabinet exceeds the preset quality guarantee time, the accessory supplementary information is sent to the management terminal to prompt an accessory manager to manage the accessories in the accessory cabinet.
In the present embodiment, the process of the accessory manager supplementing accessories can be realized through the steps C1 to C5:
step C1, responding to the accessory supplement operation of the control interface aiming at the target accessory cabinet, and starting the scanning equipment of the target accessory cabinet;
generally, before an accessory manager performs accessory supplement operation on a control interface of a target accessory cabinet, the identity information of the accessory manager needs to be used for logging in a management server to realize communication interaction.
Step C2, acquiring attribute information corresponding to an accessory label of an accessory to be supplemented by scanning with scanning equipment;
the accessory tag may be a two-dimensional code tag or a barcode tag, which is not limited herein. Typically, accessory labels are affixed to the outer surface of the accessory to facilitate scanning.
Step C3, searching second target attribute information matched with the attribute information from the plurality of specific attribute information;
step C4, generating a third unpacking instruction based on the second target attribute information;
and step C5, sending the third unpacking instruction to the target accessory cabinet, so that the target accessory cabinet opens the accessory box opening corresponding to the second target attribute information based on the third unpacking instruction to store the accessory to be supplemented.
In this embodiment, the accessory box opening corresponding to the second target attribute information matched with the attribute information of the accessory to be supplemented is the accessory box opening for storing the accessory to be supplemented, so that a third box opening instruction can be generated based on the second target attribute information, so that the target accessory cabinet opens the accessory box opening corresponding to the second target attribute information based on the third box opening instruction to store the accessory to be supplemented.
In general, the parts manager also recycles the fault parts stored in the target parts cabinet and the parts exceeding the preset warranty time, and the specific recycling process can be realized through steps D1 to D3:
step D1, responding to the accessory recovery operation aiming at the control interface, and generating a fourth box instruction; the fourth box command carries storage position information corresponding to the accessories to be recovered;
during actual operation, part of the fault accessories and/or the accessories exceeding the preset warranty time can be recycled according to the requirement, or all the fault accessories and/or the accessories exceeding the preset warranty time can be recycled, and when part of the accessories are recycled, the accessory manager needs to perform accessory recycling operation on accessory information corresponding to the accessories needing to be recycled on an operation interface so as to determine the recycled accessories.
Generally, all recycling controls are configured on the control interface in advance, and when a part manager recycles all failed parts and/or parts exceeding a preset warranty time, all recycling controls can be subjected to part recycling operation to determine recycling parts. The accessory retracting operation is a point touch operation or a long press operation, and is not limited herein.
And D2, sending the fourth box instruction to the target accessory cabinet, so that the target accessory cabinet opens the accessory box opening corresponding to the storage position information based on the fourth box instruction to get the accessory to be recovered.
Because the fourth case instruction carries the position information of depositing that remains to retrieve the accessory correspondence, consequently, the target accessory cabinet can open corresponding accessory case mouth based on this position information of depositing to make the accessory administrator take from the accessory case mouth and wait to retrieve the accessory.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the embodiment of the invention provides an accessory getting device, wherein the device is applied to a management server, the management server is in communication connection with a communication terminal of a maintenance worker and a plurality of accessory cabinets, the management server stores geographical position information of each accessory cabinet and accessory type information corresponding to accessories stored in each accessory cabinet; fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a component retrieving apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, comprising:
a receiving module 302, configured to receive a query instruction for querying an accessory to be picked up, where the query instruction is sent by a communication terminal; the query instruction carries target accessory category information;
a first determining module 304, configured to determine an optional accessory cabinet from the multiple accessory cabinets according to accessory category information and target accessory category information corresponding to accessories stored in each accessory cabinet;
a second determining module 306, configured to determine, from the selectable accessory cabinets, a target accessory cabinet closest to the communication terminal based on the geographic location information of the selectable accessory cabinets;
a sending module 308, configured to send an accessory query response message to the communication terminal; the accessory query response message carries the geographical position information of the target accessory cabinet so as to indicate maintenance personnel to obtain the accessories corresponding to the category information of the target accessories from the target accessory cabinet.
The embodiment of the application provides an accessory getting device, wherein a query instruction for querying accessories to be got, which is sent by a communication terminal, is received; the query instruction carries target accessory category information; determining an optional accessory cabinet from a plurality of accessory cabinets according to accessory category information and target accessory category information corresponding to accessories stored in each accessory cabinet; determining a target accessory cabinet closest to the communication terminal from the optional accessory cabinets based on the geographical position information of the optional accessory cabinets; sending an accessory inquiry response message to the communication terminal; the accessory query response message carries the geographical position information of the target accessory cabinet so as to indicate maintenance personnel to obtain the accessories corresponding to the target accessory category information from the target accessory cabinet. Maintenance personal can get the accessory corresponding to the target accessory category information from the nearest target accessory cabinet based on the target accessory category information corresponding to the accessory to be taken for maintenance of the express cabinet, so that the taking time of the maintenance personal is saved, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
The accessory picking device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the accessory picking method provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an accessory getting system, fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of an accessory getting system, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes a management server 400 and an accessory cabinet 401, the accessory cabinet 401 is provided with a control host 402 interacting with the management server 400; the control host 402 is configured to perform the accessory pick-up method described above.
An electronic device is further provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device, where the electronic device includes a processor 121 and a memory 120, the memory 120 stores computer-executable instructions capable of being executed by the processor 121, and the processor 121 executes the computer-executable instructions to implement the accessory retrieving method.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the electronic device further comprises a bus 122 and a communication interface 123, wherein the processor 121, the communication interface 123 and the memory 120 are connected by the bus 122.
The Memory 120 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 123 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, and the like may be used. The bus 122 may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 122 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 5, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The processor 121 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 121. The Processor 121 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the device can also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory, and the processor 121 reads the information in the memory and completes the steps of the accessory retrieving method of the foregoing embodiment in combination with the hardware thereof.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, and when the computer-executable instructions are called and executed by a processor, the computer-executable instructions cause the processor to implement the accessory getting method, and specific implementation may refer to the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The computer program product of the accessory getting method and system provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a computer readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the relative steps, numerical expressions, and values of the components and steps set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present application.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium executable by a processor. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present application. Claims (10)

1. The accessory getting method is applied to a management server, the management server is in communication connection with a communication terminal of a maintenance worker and a plurality of accessory cabinets, the management server stores geographical position information of each accessory cabinet and accessory category information corresponding to accessories stored in each accessory cabinet; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a query instruction for querying accessories to be obtained, which is sent by the communication terminal; the query instruction carries target accessory category information;
determining an optional accessory cabinet from a plurality of accessories according to accessory category information corresponding to accessories stored in each accessory cabinet and the target accessory category information;
determining a target accessory cabinet closest to the communication terminal from the selectable accessory cabinets based on the geographical position information of the selectable accessory cabinets;
sending an accessory inquiry response message to the communication terminal; and the query response message carries geographical position information of a target accessory cabinet so as to indicate the maintenance personnel to obtain accessories corresponding to the target accessory category information from the target accessory cabinet.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target component cabinet closest to the communication terminal from among the selectable component cabinets based on the geographical location information of each of the selectable component cabinets comprises:
calculating the path distance between the communication terminal and each optional accessory cabinet based on the terminal coordinate information of the communication terminal and the geographical position information of each optional accessory cabinet;
and determining the selectable part cabinet with the shortest calculated path distance as the target part cabinet.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein each of the parts cabinets includes a plurality of parts cabinets for storing parts, and the management server further stores storage location information and parts warehousing time corresponding to each of the parts stored in each of the parts cabinets, wherein the storage location information is relative location information of the parts cabinets in which the parts are stored;
a step of retrieving an accessory corresponding to the target accessory category information from the target accessory cabinet, including:
responding to a login operation that the maintenance personnel logs in the management server by using the identity information of the maintenance personnel, and sending the accessory category information of the accessory to a control interface of the target accessory cabinet;
responding to the selection operation aiming at the accessory category information, and selecting matched accessory category information matched with the target accessory category information from a plurality of accessory category information;
judging whether the number of accessories corresponding to the matched accessory category information is multiple or not;
if yes, acquiring accessory warehousing time corresponding to the matched accessory category information;
generating a first unpacking instruction based on the storage position information corresponding to the longest accessory warehousing time;
and sending the first unpacking instruction to the target accessory cabinet so that the target accessory cabinet opens a target accessory box opening corresponding to the storage position information based on the first unpacking instruction to obtain an accessory corresponding to the target accessory category information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the management server is further communicatively coupled to a lock control module of each of the accessory cabinet ports; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a first box closing instruction sent by a lock control module of the target accessory box opening;
generating prompt information based on the first box closing instruction; wherein the prompt message includes at least one of: the accessory has received the information and the accessory return time;
and sending the prompt information to the communication terminal.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the management server further stores specific attribute information corresponding to each of the accessory ports;
after retrieving the accessory corresponding to the target accessory category information from the target accessory cabinet, the method further comprises:
receiving attribute information corresponding to the fault accessory sent by the target accessory cabinet; the fault accessories are accessories which are replaced by maintenance personnel by using accessories to be obtained;
searching first target attribute information matched with the attribute information from a plurality of specific attribute information;
generating a second unpacking instruction based on the first target attribute information;
and sending the second unpacking instruction to the target accessory cabinet so that the target accessory cabinet opens an accessory box opening corresponding to the first target attribute information based on the second unpacking instruction to store the fault accessory.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
monitoring that the return time of the accessories to be picked exceeds the preset return time of the accessories, and generating return prompt information;
and sending the return prompt message to the communication terminal.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the management server is further communicatively coupled to a management terminal of an accessory administrator; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a second box closing instruction sent by a lock control module of an accessory box port for storing the fault accessory;
generating accessory supplementary information based on the second box closing instruction;
and sending the accessory supplementary information to the management terminal.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
in response to an accessory replenishment operation directed at a manipulation interface of the target accessory cabinet, initiating a scanning device of the target accessory cabinet;
acquiring attribute information corresponding to an accessory label of an accessory to be supplemented by scanning the accessory by using the scanning equipment;
searching second target attribute information matched with the attribute information from the specific attribute information;
generating a third unpacking instruction based on the second target attribute information;
and sending the third unpacking instruction to the target accessory cabinet so that the target accessory cabinet opens an accessory box opening corresponding to the second target attribute information based on the third unpacking instruction to store the accessory to be supplemented.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
generating a fourth box instruction in response to an accessory recycling operation for the control interface; the fourth box command carries storage position information corresponding to the accessories to be recovered;
and sending the fourth box instruction to the target accessory cabinet, so that the target accessory cabinet opens an accessory box opening corresponding to the storage position information based on the fourth box instruction to get the accessory to be recovered.
10. The accessory getting system is characterized by comprising a management server and an accessory cabinet, wherein the accessory cabinet is provided with a control host interacting with the management server;
the control host is configured to perform the accessory picking method of any of claims 1-9.
