技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车领域,具体涉及一种用于混合动力汽车的动力传动装置。
背景技术
目前,大部分的混合动力汽车都是采用油电混合动力的传动装置,而多数油电混合动力的传动装置都采用了双电机结构,即油电混合动力传动装置包括从燃油得到动力的发动机和依靠电力运转的驱动电机以外,还增加了一个发电机,发电机利用机动车运行的动力发电,为机动车提供电能,发动机停机后,利用驱动电机驱动机动车行驶,降低机动车废气排放,保护环境。但是发动机、发电机和驱动电机三者之间的连接和控制对混合动力车辆的行驶性能有直接影响。
申请号为CN111098688A的专利《一种混合动力驱动装置》公开了一种混合动力驱动装置,所述混合动力驱动装置包括后驱组件和前驱组件,后驱组件包括第一电机和传动轴,第一电机的输出轴被配置为选择性地与发动机输入轴及传动轴传动连接,传动轴用于驱动后桥;前驱组件包括第二电机,第二电机能够驱动前桥。所述混合动力驱动装置的发动机只在汽车高速行驶时参与驱动,混合动力模式简单,而且电机功率扭矩需求极高,汽车高速行驶时的电机热平衡对燃油经济性造成的影响极大。由此可见,汽车利用该混合动力驱动装置来传输动力,用户实用性差,且成本非常高,如何既可以省去传统变速器的多挡位设计,不但使发动机不论何时均都处于最经济的工作模式,还能够降低成本的同时,提高用户实用性是目前混合动力汽车领域中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术对应的不足,提供一种用于混合动力汽车的动力传动装置,使用多个同步器联动配合来实现发动机和驱动电机之间多个挡位的动力传动系统需求,不但可以匹配更小扭矩需求的驱动电机,驱动电机还可以配合发动机驱动模式实现更丰富的混合动力特性,在降低成本的同时,大大提高了用户实用性。
本发明的目的是采用下述方案实现的:一种用于混合动力汽车的动力传动装置,包括发动机、第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机,一输出轴、第一传动轴、第二传动轴相互平行支承于动力传动装置箱体内,一输入轴与输出轴位于同一轴心线上;
所述发动机通过一离合器与输入轴固定连接,所述输入轴上周向固定第一齿轮、第二齿轮;
所述第一驱动电机的转子空套在第二驱动电机的电机轴上,所述第二驱动电机的转子空套在输出轴上,使第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机的电机轴均与输出轴位于同一轴心线上,所述第一驱动电机的电机轴上周向固定第三齿轮,所述第二驱动电机的电机轴上周向固定第四齿轮;
所述第一传动轴上分别空套设置第五齿轮、第六齿轮,所述第五齿轮、第六齿轮之间设置用于调速的第一同步器;
所述第一传动轴上周向固定第六齿轮、第七齿轮、第八齿轮;
所述第二传动轴上分别空套设置第九齿轮、第十齿轮,所述第九齿轮、第十齿轮之间设置用于调速的第二同步器;
所述第二传动轴上周向固定第十一齿轮、第十二齿轮、第十三齿轮;

③ 本发明的技术方案通过多个同步器联动配合,可实现发动机和电驱动电机之间多个挡位的动力传动系统需求,可匹配更小扭矩需求的驱动电机。
④ 本发明的技术方案可实现双电机同时或独立发电,也可实现双电机同时或独立驱动车辆行驶,可以配合发动机驱动模式来实现更丰富的混合动力特性。
⑤ 本发明的技术方案中,所述第一传动轴、第二传动轴分别平行布置在输入轴两侧,结构紧凑,轴向空间短,利于在整车上布置。

所述发动机1通过一离合器8与输入轴7固定连接,所述输入轴7上周向固定第一齿轮9、第二齿轮10;
所述第一驱动电机2的转子空套在第二驱动电机3的电机轴上,所述第二驱动电机3的转子空套在输出轴4上,使第一驱动电机2、第二驱动电机3的电机轴均与输出轴4位于同一轴心线上,所述第一驱动电机2的电机轴上周向固定第三齿轮11,所述第二驱动电机3的电机轴上周向固定第四齿轮12;

此模式下,第一驱动电机2/第二驱动电机3均用于发电且存储在电池中。

当第三同步器27与第十四齿轮25/第十五齿轮26结合时,第一驱动电机2/第二驱动电机3通过第三齿轮11/第四齿轮12向第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6传递扭矩,动力通过第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6上的齿轮传递给输出轴4进行输出;
或者,当第三同步器27与第十四齿轮25/第十五齿轮26结合时,第一驱动电机2、第二驱动电机3通过第三齿轮11、第四齿轮12向第一传动轴5、第二传动轴6传递扭矩,动力通过第一传动轴5、第二传动轴6上的齿轮传递给输出轴4进行输出。
混合驱动模式:
所述离合器8的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘结合,第三同步器27与第十四齿轮25/第十五齿轮26结合,当第一同步器15与第五齿轮13/第六齿轮14结合时,或者当第二同步器21与第九齿轮19/第十齿轮20结合时,发动机1通过离合器8向输入轴7传递的扭矩依次通过第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6传递给输出轴4;
第一驱动电机2/第二驱动电机3通过第三齿轮11/第四齿轮12向第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6传递扭矩,动力通过第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6上的齿轮传递给输出轴4进行输出。
能量回收模式:
整车怠速时,发动机1处于怠速状态,所述离合器8的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有结合,第三同步器27与第十四齿轮25/第十五齿轮26结合,由于惯性,汽车继续行驶使车轮产生的动力通过输出轴4传递给第一传动轴5/第二传动轴6,第三齿轮11/第四齿轮12带动第一驱动电机2/第二驱动电机3的电机轴进行发电,并存储在电池中。
启动发动机:
当发动机1处于停止运行状态时,使离合器8的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘接合,第一驱动电机2/第二驱动电机3处于运行状态,第二电机4的电机轴输出的动力通过离合器8传递到发动机1的曲轴上,用于启动发动机1。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于混合动力汽车的动力传动装置,包括发动机(1)、第一驱动电机(2)、第二驱动电机(3),其特征在于,一输出轴(4)、第一传动轴(5)、第二传动轴(6)相互平行支承于动力传动装置箱体内,一输入轴(7)与输出轴(4)位于同一轴心线上;
所述发动机(1)通过一离合器(8)与输入轴(7)固定连接,所述输入轴(7)上周向固定第一齿轮(9)、第二齿轮(10);
所述第一驱动电机(2)的转子空套在第二驱动电机(3)的电机轴上,所述第二驱动电机(3)的转子空套在输出轴(4)上,使第一驱动电机(2)、第二驱动电机(3)的电机轴均与输出轴(4)位于同一轴心线上,所述第一驱动电机(2)的电机轴上周向固定第三齿轮(11),所述第二驱动电机(3)的电机轴上周向固定第四齿轮(12);
所述第一传动轴(5)上分别空套设置第五齿轮(13)、第六齿轮(14),所述第五齿轮(13)、第六齿轮(14)之间设置用于调速的第一同步器(15);
所述第一传动轴(5)上周向固定第六齿轮(16)、第七齿轮(17)、第八齿轮(18);
所述第二传动轴(6)上分别空套设置第九齿轮(19)、第十齿轮(20),所述第九齿轮(19)、第十齿轮(20)之间设置用于调速的第二同步器(21);
所述第二传动轴(6)上周向固定第十一齿轮(22)、第十二齿轮(23)、第十三齿轮(24);
所述输出轴(4)上分别空套设置第十四齿轮(25)、第十五齿轮(26),所述第十四齿轮(25)、第十五齿轮(26)之间设置用于调速的第三同步器(27);
所述第五齿轮(13)、第九齿轮(19)均与第一齿轮(9)啮合,所述第六齿轮(14)、第十齿轮(20)均与第二齿轮(10)啮合,所述第六齿轮(16)、第十一齿轮(22)均与第十四齿轮(25)啮合,所述第七齿轮(17)、第十二齿轮(23)均与第十五齿轮(26)啮合,所述第三齿轮(11)与第八齿轮(18)啮合,所述第四齿轮(12)与第十三齿轮(24)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第一驱动电机(2)、第二驱动电机(3)的电机轴均为空心轴。
