Abstract

本发明提供一种耐碱性涂覆布,涉及耐碱防具领域。该耐碱性涂覆布,包括外层防碱布和软纺基布,所述外层防碱布包括若干耐腐蚀软管,所述耐腐蚀软管外壁位置固定连接有外层防护布料,所述耐腐蚀软管表面位置贯穿开设有若干均匀分布的耐碱中和贯穿孔,所述耐腐蚀软管内壁填充有中和耐碱层,若干所述耐腐蚀软管通过编织的的方式织得外层防碱布所述耐腐蚀软管为橡胶材料,所述内腐蚀软管的外直径为两毫米内径为一点二毫米,所述中和耐碱层为珍珠棉材料,且珍珠棉材料通过草酸浸泡十二小时后烘干。本发明的耐碱性涂覆布的耐碱性好,保证较长的使用寿命,且蒸汽不会侵入防护服,保证工作人员具有良好的工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐碱防具领域,具体为一种耐碱性涂覆布。
背景技术
在现有技术中化工工业中有很多的工作环境为碱性环境,人们长时间在碱性环境下工作会造成中毒,或皮肤腐蚀溃烂,造成工作时存在安全隐患。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐碱性涂覆布,解决了碱性环境工作危险性较大的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种耐碱性涂覆布,包括外层防碱布和软纺基布,所述外层防碱布包括若干耐腐蚀软管,通过耐腐蚀软管将粘附在外层防碱布的碱性蒸汽中和,耐腐蚀软管本身具有加强筋的作用,同时避免碱性环境的侵蚀具有增加使用寿命的效果,所述耐腐蚀软管外壁位置固定连接有外层防护布料,外层防护布料使得耐碱性涂覆布表面更加的美观柔软,所述耐腐蚀软管表面位置贯穿开设有若干均匀分布的耐碱中和贯穿孔,通过耐碱中和贯穿孔可以使得碱性蒸汽与珍珠棉接触中和,所述耐腐蚀软管内壁填充有中和耐碱层,若干所述耐腐蚀软管通过编织的方式织得外层防碱布。
优选的,所述耐腐蚀软管为橡胶材料,所述耐腐蚀软管的外直径为2mm,内径为1.2mm,在耐腐蚀软管内形成空腔,方便塞入珍珠棉,所述中和耐碱层为珍珠棉材料,且珍珠棉材料通过草酸浸泡十二小时后烘干,使得珍珠棉呈弱酸性,与碱性蒸汽发生中和反应。
优选的,所述软纺基布的具体制备方法如下:
步骤一:以精对苯二甲酸或对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,经纺丝制成纤维布;
步骤二:所述步骤一中所得到的纤维布在防潮积液中恒温浸泡四个小时,得到软纺基布,在纤维布表面形成疏水层,通过疏水层避免碱性蒸汽浸入衣物导致工作环境不舒适。
优选的,所述防潮基液的制备方法如下:
步骤一:按下述配方称取各重量份原料:石蜡30-40份、硅酸铝8-9份、聚四氟乙烯10-13份;
步骤二:将石蜡在100-110°C的环境下融化,通过在融化的石蜡中加入硅酸铝和聚四氟乙烯进行搅拌,得到防潮基液,防潮基液与纤维布料形成疏水层。
优选的,所述防潮基液浸泡纤维布的恒温环境为100-115°C的环境,100-115°C的环境避免防潮基液冷凝干结,使得纤维布与防潮基液充分接触。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种耐碱性涂覆布。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置外层防碱布,可以有效的将防护服位置的碱性蒸汽进行中和,有效的避免碱性蒸汽侵蚀防护服,使得防护服耐碱性更强。
2、本发明通过设置软纺基布,本发明软纺基布有效的避免蒸汽被纤维布吸收,使得蒸汽在纤维布表面滑落,保证防护服内部干爽,保证工作人员具有良好的工作环境。

实施例一:
如图1-3所示,本发明实施例提供一种耐碱性涂覆布,包括外层防碱布1和软纺基布2,外层防碱布1包括若干耐腐蚀软管103,耐腐蚀软管103外壁位置固定连接有外层防护布料101,耐腐蚀软管103表面位置贯穿开设有若干均匀分布的耐碱中和贯穿孔102,耐腐蚀软管103内壁填充有中和耐碱层104,若干耐腐蚀软管103通过编织的方式织得外层防碱布1。内腐蚀软管103的外直径为2mm,内径为1.2mm,中和耐碱层104为珍珠棉材料,且珍珠棉材料通过草酸浸泡十二小时后烘干。
软纺基布2的具体制备方法如下:
步骤一:以精对苯二甲酸或对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,经纺丝制成纤维布;
步骤二:步骤一中所得到的纤维布在防潮积液中恒温浸泡四个小时,得到软纺基布2。
防潮基液的制备方法如下:
步骤一:按下述配方称取各重量份原料:石蜡30份、硅酸铝8份、聚四氟乙烯10份;
步骤二:将石蜡在100°C的环境下融化,通过在融化的石蜡中加入硅酸铝和聚四氟乙烯进行搅拌,得到防潮基液。
防潮基液浸泡纤维布的恒温环境为100°C的环境。
实施例二:
防潮基液按下述配方称取各重量份原料:石蜡34份、硅酸铝9份、聚四氟乙烯12份。
实施例三:
防潮基液按下述配方称取各重量份原料:石蜡40份、硅酸铝8份、聚四氟乙烯13份。
各实施例与现有技术的实验数据对比
传统防护服 本发明的耐碱性涂覆布制成一体式的防护服
碱中毒概率 12.2% 2.3%
使用寿命 90天 232天
工作原理:将本发明的耐碱性涂覆布制成一体式的防护服,在碱性工作环境下工作的工作人员将防护服穿戴好,当耐碱性涂覆布遇到碱性环境内碱性蒸汽时与珍珠棉的草酸发生中和反应,避免防护服腐蚀,同时软纺基质的存在避免蒸汽浸入防护服内部,有效的保证防护服内干燥,保证使用者穿着舒适,且穿着后的防护服通过清水冲洗,再通过外层防护碱布与草酸浸泡。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐碱性涂覆布,包括外层防碱布和软纺基布,其特征在于:所述外层防碱布包括若干耐腐蚀软管,所述耐腐蚀软管外壁位置固定连接有外层防护布料,所述耐腐蚀软管表面位置贯穿开设有若干均匀分布的耐碱中和贯穿孔,所述耐腐蚀软管内壁填充有中和耐碱层,若干所述耐腐蚀软管通过编织的方式织得外层防碱布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性涂覆布,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀软管为橡胶材料,所述耐腐蚀软管的外直径为2mm内径为1.2mm,所述中和耐碱层为珍珠棉材料,且珍珠棉材料通过草酸浸泡十二小时后烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性涂覆布,其特征在于:所述软纺基布的具体制备方法如下:
步骤一:以精对苯二甲酸或对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,经纺丝制成纤维布;
步骤二:所述步骤一中所得到的纤维布在防潮积液中恒温浸泡4-4.3个小时,得到软纺基布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐碱性涂覆布,其特征在于:所述防潮基液的制备方法如下:
步骤一:按下述配方称取各重量份原料:石蜡30-40份、硅酸铝8-9份、聚四氟乙烯10-13份;
步骤二:将石蜡在100-110°C的环境下融化,通过在融化的石蜡中加入硅酸铝和聚四氟乙烯进行搅拌,得到防潮基液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性涂覆布,其特征在于:所述防潮基液浸泡纤维布的恒温环境为100-115°C的环境。
