Abstract
本发明涉及一种棉质单向导湿面料,包括拒水棉、吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架,采用拒水棉作为外层材料,用吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架作为内层材料,内层为双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,织造成复合针织面料,并通过碳刷处理。其优点在于:棉质花纱搭配杜邦拉架,具有一定的伸展性能,轻薄,薄而不透肤;采用双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,雀眼镂空形状棉面贴肤,可以迅速导出汗液水分,同时贴肤保持干爽,不粘皮肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉质单向导湿面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,消费者对服装的品质要求不再局限于舒适、防寒等基本特性,消费者希望能享受多功能性产品,消费者对于面料的功能及舒适度的要求也越来越高,棉纤维是一种天然纤维,其具有舒适的手感,透气和吸湿性能,性价比较高等优势,一直以来都最受消费者购买的服装材质,然而,当消费者选择棉制服装,在运动过程中较长时间适量出汗或大量出汗时,棉织物的高吸湿能力会带来一系列问题,主要表现在:1、普通棉质服装由于吸汗太多,导致水份过多渗透不干,穿着体验感觉不佳,活动受限;2、棉质服装出汗过多后,容易粘在湿的皮肤上,会导致消费者的穿着不适感;3、由于出汗水份过多,不易散发,可能会有大量细菌的滋生,从而容易产生异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种棉质单向导湿面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种棉质单向导湿面料,包括拒水棉、吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架,采用拒水棉作为外层材料,用吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架作为内层材料,内层为双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,织造成复合针织面料,并通过碳刷处理。
进一步的,复合针织面料为八层结构,第一层为拒水棉纱制成;第二层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第三层为拒水棉纱制成;第四层为吸湿速干棉纱制成;第五层为拒水棉纱制成;第六层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第七层为拒水棉纱制成;第八层为吸湿速干棉纱制成。
进一步的,吸湿速干棉纱为60S/1速干棉花纱、拒水棉为60S/1拒水棉、杜邦拉架刷为20D杜邦拉架刷。
进一步的,碳刷为采用8号刷毛机--主张力40N—入布张力15N—出布张力25N—机速30M/min。
进一步的,第一层和第二层复合形成第一组;第三层和第四层复合形成第二组;第五层和第六层复合形成第三组;第七层和第八层复合形成第四组。
进一步的,第一组、第二组、第三组和第四组形成完整花型的面料。
进一步的,吸湿速干棉纱过控制纤维中亲水基团羟基的数量和分布对棉纤维进行改性处理,在保留棉纤维原有优良的吸湿性的同时,提升水分从纤维表面和内部挥发的速度,从而使普通的色纺纱具有了良好和持久的吸湿快干性能。
进一步的,刷毛机的毛刷辊包括辊轴和毛刷套,辊轴两端与毛刷机轴连接,并由电机驱动其转动,毛刷套套设在辊轴表面。
进一步的,辊轴表面设有若干凸起,毛刷套内表面设有若干对应的镂空,凸起和镂空相互配合,毛刷套两端通过可拆固定套固定在辊轴上,与辊轴保持同步转动。
进一步的,辊轴内部设有空腔,空腔内设有负压吸附装置,凸起上设有连接空腔的通道。
本发明的有益效果是:棉质花纱搭配杜邦拉架,具有一定的伸展性能,轻薄,薄而不透肤;采用双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,雀眼镂空形状棉面贴肤,可以迅速导出汗液水分,同时贴肤保持干爽,不粘皮肤。另外面料的平纹面由于是平整结构,可以配合双面雀眼提花罗纹,快速把水份分散到平面扩散,让其水份能较快蒸发,从而达到单向导湿性能。

参照附图1-3,一种棉质单向导湿面料,包括拒水棉、吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架,采用拒水棉作为外层材料,用吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架作为内层材料,内层为双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,织造成复合针织面料,并通过碳刷处理。
一种棉质单向导湿面料,复合针织面料为八层结构,第一层1为拒水棉纱制成;第二层2为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第三层3为拒水棉纱制成;第四层4为吸湿速干棉纱制成;第五层5为拒水棉纱制成;第六层6为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第七层7为拒水棉纱制成;第八层8为吸湿速干棉纱制成。第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层为拒水棉纱编织成。更为轻薄,薄而不透肤。
第二层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架编织制成。
第六层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架编织制成。
第四层、第八层为吸湿速干棉纱编织制成。
一种棉质单向导湿面料,吸湿速干棉纱为60S/1速干棉花纱、拒水棉为60S/1拒水棉、杜邦拉架刷为20D杜邦拉架刷。
一种棉质单向导湿面料,碳刷为采用8号刷毛机--主张力40N—入布张力15N—出布张力25N—机速30M/min。
一种棉质单向导湿面料,第一层和第二层复合形成第一组;第三层和第四层复合形成第二组;第五层和第六层复合形成第三组;第七层和第八层复合形成第四组。

1.一种棉质单向导湿面料,其特征在于:包括拒水棉、吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架,采用拒水棉作为外层材料,用吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架作为内层材料,内层为双面雀眼提花罗纹结构,织造成复合针织面料,并通过碳刷处理;
复合针织面料为八层结构,第一层为拒水棉纱制成;第二层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第三层为拒水棉纱制成;第四层为吸湿速干棉纱制成;第五层为拒水棉纱制成;第六层为吸湿速干棉纱和杜邦拉架制成;第七层为拒水棉纱制成;第八层为吸湿速干棉纱制成;
第一层和第二层复合形成第一组;第三层和第四层复合形成第二组;第五层和第六层复合形成第三组;第七层和第八层复合形成第四组;
第一组、第二组、第三组和第四组形成完整花型的面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉质单向导湿面料,其特征在于:吸湿速干棉纱为60S/1速干棉花纱、拒水棉为60S/1拒水棉、杜邦拉架刷为20D杜邦拉架刷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉质单向导湿面料,其特征在于:碳刷为采用8号刷毛机--主张力40N—入布张力15N—出布张力25N—机速30M/min。
